I love coming to this IHOP, then any other ones. The people greet you when you come in , to be seated. Usually there isn't much waiting time to. Mornings are the best to come, by the noon it does get a little busy. The quality of the food & service is better, then any other IHOP I've been too. It's close to Hard Rock Casino. Always clean when I come in. If your on your way out of town, and it's early in the morning, this is the restaurant to go too. read more

Overall service at this location is terrible. Cleanliness is definitely lacking as well. Employees look unprofessional and thrown together. Condensation on vents could drop into your food or beverage at any time. We actually considered running to the Taco Bueno next door while we waited for our food. When we finally got our food, our orders were mixed up. Because our server was highly inattentive, the larger party who came in after us with a different server got their food long before we did. The taste of the food is about what it is at every other location within the chain, but it's worth your time to go to another one in the area. read more

Traveling through Tulsa and needing to find food later at night. IHOP was open and had social distancing dine in available. It was set up well to keep space and our server was wearing a mask. This location has been going downhill for awhile. This last time was absolutely my last chance for them. The floor had food everywhere. The table was poorly cleaned off onto the seat with just a damp towel that was on another table no disinfectant at all. The hostess got ripped by the waitress for seating us in her section. The hostess was apologetic to the waitress nobody cared about us customers though. The waitress also let us know she was not going to serve us by looking at us as she helped the table next to us three times never even trying to get our drink order or offering a hello. Super crowded on a Sunday morning but we still didn't have to wait that long for a party of 5 (20 minutes). Had breakfast there recently. I noted that the restaurant had a cleaner appearance than some IHop restaurants I have been in. We were seated promptly, and our order for four came fairly quickly. We ate breakfast and had a mix of eggs, pancakes, waffles, and other breakfast items. All were prepared adequately and there were no negative comments from our party. It was standard IHop fare, but it came quickly, the coffee was hot, and the service was good. Our waitress, Shelby with green hair, was very kind and professional while the entire rest of the staff was arguing, slamming the doors, and saying how they needed to "watch that table" so they don't run.
