Cute spot. Ample parking. Got seated immediately and drinks were served quickly. The wait for the food was really long though. Ordered the chicken and waffles and it took 46 minutes to get it. The chicken was dry, but the waffles were delicious. The wait for the check was really long too, but thankfully another staff member was able to help get my bill. It was worth a try but probably will not return due to the wait time.

I'm on a high protein diet so it was really hard to decide what to get when everything looks and sounds so yummy! I went with veggies omelette eggs white which was about 23g of protein. Shout out to our waitress Sarah for recommending the best coffee ever! Iced Vanilla Caramel mhmm! And being so patience with us. Can't wait to comeback when I'm back in town!

Randomly searching breakfast spots near me and stumbled across this place.. Stopped by on a rainy Saturday morning, so the place wasn't packed.. which was perfection for me, by the way. Extremely cozy and quaint atmosphere.. definitely a hidden gem. The chicken and waffles were delicious; waffle was nice and golden-tan brown, powdered sugar added a nice touch. Chicken was cooked just right and seasoned very well, and the house potatoes were great as well. Will most certainly be stopping by again soon

Chilaquiles with eggs over easy and chorizo.

Visiting from out of state and looking for a unique brunch experience on a Saturday morning. Parking lot not too full, but don't let that tell a story. Wow! What a flavorful treat for brunch. Had the chilaquiles with eggs over easy and chorizo. I was a little concerned with heat level and they offered to do half red (mild) and half green (medium). That was perfect, I got both flavor profiles and not too much heat. Highly recommend this place!

I loved this place!!! Staff is super friendly and helpful. It's a former Taco Bueno restaurant I think. It's clean with a nice set up. I was in the area and decided to check it out because of the great reviews. I couldn't decide between the chilaquiles or the huevos rancheros. My serve said chilaquiles is the most ordered thing she has noticed so did that and I wasn't disappointed. I got some churros to go and they were so yummy! I love that their menu is a blend of Mexican and comfort food. It's worth checking out and it's on Route 66!

My wife and I loved a brunch. We split an omelette, potatoes, and a pancake. Server was great, wish we could remember her name.

Have you ever heard about a place and thought "I'll never go there, they're WAY too busy!" Well,…read morethat's what I've always thought about Bramble. I've been interested Bramble for years but would always hear that it's impossible to be seated, especially during peak hours, so I've avoided it. Besides, Tulsa has a VARIETY of other breakfast restaurants with less wait time and are more price friendly. I held off for a while. By time I went, they weren't even at their East Downtown location anymore. But, on Friday August 8th, I saw an opening. After months of distance, I made plans with a friend to meet face-to-face for breakfast. She initially offered to meet at Wildflower but I to try my luck at Bramble (they're only a block apart). I arrived around 10:20am to check out the table wait. It was packed but I was surprised at how much floor space there was. She came about 5-10mins later and voilà! We were seated in like 5mins after that. As we coasted toward our table, in the middle toward the back, I noticed how the modern fixtures & décor compliment the rustic building: large glass windows, light fixtures throughout and large art pieces to capture your thoughts. We were met with 2 servers, one brand new & a seasoned staff-lady who was showing him the ropes. It was great having 2 servers; it felt like we got twice the attention. The experienced waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu which was great because it was HUGE. Front & back, full of appealing options. Given the capacity of the restaurant, I expected the wait for the food to be super long so when the servers returned, I asked for the Breakfast Chimichanga (something I never had or heard of before). As we caught up, I began to appreciate the ambiance & efficiency of the restaurant. Besides a few waiting to pay, no one seemed angry or displeased. The food arrived quicker than I thought! For prime-time seating, it came in about 5-10mins. Having never eaten a chimichanga before, I was definitely surprised at what I ordered and had second thoughts. It was without a doubt good but I figured the meal would've been heartier considering the list of ingredients that were included. I felt the meal was more crisp bread (tortilla) than hashbrown, eggs, or chorizo. I am 100% taking the blame on the meal because I didn't know what I want. My friend got some combination of eggs, meat, potatoes & a margarita, she loved it. Somehow, Bramble has come to be known as one of the more bourgeois brunch restaurants in all of the land. Now that I've atleast ate there, I can say that it's not as overwhelming as it's been made out to be. Unfortunately I feel like the meal choice wasn't up my alley but I do think that Bramble can be both enjoyable& fulfilling under the right circumstances. I'd be glad to return when/if the time is right.

Bramble is a solid breakfast/brunch option. Service is…read moreusually attentive and prompt. It usually is very busy so there likely will be a wait for a table especially on weekends. The breakfast poutine is delicious as is the quinoa bowl. It's got a chill vibe overall with a bit of an industrial feel. If you're lucky you may get street parking, but there is a lot across the street. Pricing is average for the type of place, most plates running $10-15x
