Aside from being unorganized & unprofessional the staff argues in front of the customers. I had to stand & wait for my food that was 25 minutes late. In just 25 minutes I could see they lacked management, organization and leadership. The hostess was one of the nastiest people I ever encountered. How I was greeted made me want to walk out. The food choices are many and breakfast is out favorite time with the grandkids from the Funny Face pancakes to the new Girl Scout Mint Chocolate Chip pancakes. This is a good location. They've added on another seating area so they can accommodate a lot of patrons. The parking lot is more than sufficient for the size of the restaurant. The wait staff are very friendly and check quite regularly to make sure you have what you need. They also make sure you have napkins and other side bars that you might need. I like when you sit down they ask you what you'd like to drink so that they can bring that over with the waiter. They've added a lot more things to their menu last time I had the eggs Benedict with the bacon jam and oh my God was it good. Today I had the lemon ricotta French toast and crêpes. Both were very tasty. The French toast came with two eggs over easy bacon and hashbrowns. I like their hashbrowns especially when I have a runny egg that I can mix into it I like that. My Son had the breakfast in a crêpe, he loved it. I like their iced tea. He likes their water, so it was a good combo. Our waiter was awesome, he checked on us just enough was light and bubbly and knowledgeable about the menu. They have lots of new things to try. Can't wait to go back I feel for breakfast. Ordered a big steak omelette with no cheese and it came with cheese, also the steak was disgusting, I asked to have it taken off as I just ate the pancakes it came with. She brought me the bill with a senior discount applied rather than taking the omelette off and just charging for the pancakes and coffee. Surprisingly nice experience at this IHOP. Even though the parking lot was full and it was busy on Saturday morning, the service was good. Our waiter was friendly and good spirited. He came by to ask if we had everything we needed during our meal, and when we asked for hot sauce / extra plate, he promptly brought what we requested over. Open 24 hours they claim, called to make an order and it took forever for someone to answer the phone. Young lady asked me to hold on a min bc she was in the middle of doing something. I came here with my family for breakfast on a Saturday morning and oh boy, was it packed- there was barely any space to move in the waiting area between people waiting to be seated and delivery persons picking up orders. Despite how crowded it was, the wait for a table for 5 was surprisingly quick- 20 minutes. The food is exactly what you would expect at IHOP- good. I would like to commend the waitstaff as they handled the Saturday morning crowd with smiles on their faces with top notch customer service. Ordered carryout this evening. The waitress had next to no clue what she was doing putting in the order. The wait was ridiculously long and the staff had no coordination with each other. All of the wait staff was running in every direction and the cooks were putting food up on the counter in random order. $55 for 3 meals was obscene for the service received. The manager was more concerned with her Easter decorations than catering to her patrons. Needs A LOT of improvement. Let's see... -Waited over 30 mins for my order -Waitress messed up one of the meals...strawberry short stack when I specified strawberries inside the pancakes doesn't mean plain pancakes with a side of strawberries and strawberry sauce! -Wait staff has zero coordination...no seating chart, no wait list, and everyone's grabbing the wrong orders -Cooks shouting and putting all the meals up in random places on the counter Dude...help each other out and make a system!! We ordered coffee and asked for extra creamer and they never delivered it.
