I'm a fan of this IHOP. First, it's consistently clean & well staffed. There is ample parking and you can call ahead to add your name to the seating list. Second, the food is consistently decent to good. I enjoy the crepes. Hubs likes their country fried steak. I've had the chicken & waffles which is decent assuming you have realistic expectation when ordering it at IHOP. I've enjoyed several omelets as well as a few sandwiches. Today I got the cinnamon dippers (donut holes) at the end which were well received and are great for sharing, there were seven on the plate. Two friends got the hot chocolate & it looked delicious. Over all a good experience on a consistent basis both for AM & evening visits leaving me realizing I am a fan of this IHOP.

Our server Joshua was an absolute treat! And a delight! He brought us so much joy and was very helpful with everything!! So funny!! Haha! The food was typical ihop food pretty yummy! And the restaurant was pretty quiet because it was 12:50 at night! Would recommend

Usually, I am not satisfied with IHop, but this food was not what I was expecting. We wanted to have breakfast before reaching home, but all the diners were off our course. We went in, and we already started off badly, honestly. We asked to sit outside, and we had to actually go hunt down a waiter. Once the waiter came, we ordered our food. We got big steak omelets, breakfast crepes, pancakes, sirloin tips and eggs, and hash browns. For drinks, we got blue raspberry lemonade splasher and mango lemonade. I started questioning my taste buds. Whoever was cooking for this IHop needs to be cooking for all the IHop. Those sirloin tips were seasons to perfection. The crepes were so nice and light.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of ihop, maybe just not this one. Our server really rushed us to order, but then the food was slow to come out. He also forgot the one thing you go to IHOP for.... The pancakes.... The bathrooms were really clean. The staff started smoking so that's all I could smell when I was eating. I probably won't come back to this location.

This ihop is super convenient and it's nice that they have such flexible hours. The restaurant is a lot bigger than expected with short wait times. Staff is not super great, but we get what we needed and go. I enjoyed my omelette and hash brown.

I was here because I got last place in fantasy football in one my leagues. I did an entire workout in the morning, ran couple miles and lifted weights and came hungry. My mission was to eat as many pancakes as possible within 24 hours because the last place punishment was to stay at an IHOP for 24 hrs, but you deduct a full hour when you eat each pancake. I ended up staying there from 1pm until 7pm. A total of 6 hours and consumed 18 pancakes. Honestly it was a miserable experience but the servers were all very nice and friendly. This was my first time attending this ihop location although it's right in my neighborhood.

We had a wonderful experience here! The server was just fantastic and everything came out hot and fast. The coffee cup was never empty despite the restaurant being incredibly busy. We had an excellent experience!

I haven't been to an IHOP in years but after the incredible service of Chris, the manager, and his wonderful staff, I'll definitely be adding this to our rotation. It's going to be a busy day and my husband called in a order to go. He picked up and in typical husband fashion, he didn't check the order. He had ordered a side of sausage as the entree would include an order of bacon. When he got home and so proudly presented his hunter gathered meal, it had the side order of bacon instead of sausage! I know it seems like such a minuscule thing but sometimes you know what you want. My husband had already left to tend to errands and I'm left wishing I didn't have just bacon. I called IHOP and told them what happened and the staff had the manager pick up without me even asking! He asked where I lived and said he would deliver it as I was only 6 minutes away. A couple of minutes later, he personally delivers the side order of sausage to my door! Incredible. So impressed. I'm not one to love chain restaurants but with this location being managed with by a service minded individual, I will definitely be returning. Thanks again!

Tried the new tacos! They were really good! Service was good! Ambiance was just like how any ihop is!

It works for me. Occasionally stop here for their breakfast food. My biggest issue with IHOP is, their lunch and dinner menus are lackluster. Its chain wide. On a plus note you can have breakfast at any time. The pancakes, waffles, French toast, bacon, and hash browns are tasty. The coffee is okay but I'd rather have a stronger brew. Does it work? Yes for general purposes. Employees are very friendly. Service here is very good. I like the cleanliness and atmosphere of this restaurant. This is convenient to Dulles Airport. I go here occasionally and glad it exists. Parking is plentiful, and the value is quite good. Wait times are quick also.

As soon as we entered, General Manager Sam welcomed us like old friends. After we were seated, my wife asked if he had previously worked at The Dabney, and sure enough, that's where we recognized him from. It was great catching up as he shared what he'd been doing since then and how his dream had always been to open his own restaurant. Seeing that dream come to life made the evening feel even more special. The restaurant was busy (definitely make reservations), but we were able to enjoy cocktails while we waited for our table. My Grey Goose martini with bleu cheese olives was phenomenal and set the tone for the rest of the meal. We started with the Bison Tartare and the Ceviche. The bison tartare was leaner than traditional beef tartare, and the crispy chips added the perfect savory crunch. The ceviche was incredibly fresh and bright. For our entrées, I had the ribeye while my wife ordered the Dory. The ribeye was cooked perfectly--juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. My wife couldn't stop talking about how buttery and delicious the fish was. To finish the evening, we ordered the 100-Year Port Flight featuring 10-, 20-, 30-, and 40-year ports. Vertical tastings are such a fun way to experience how a wine evolves over time. The 40-year was absolutely outstanding, and the 20-year was another favorite. The 10-year was enjoyable but still showed its youthful character compared to the older vintages. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between upscale and relaxed. The main dining room can feel a little tight when the restaurant is full, while the bar area has a few TVs for anyone wanting to catch a game. One thoughtful touch that stood out was the women's restroom being stocked with amenities like hair ties and hair clips. We noticed they also offer a tasting menu, and after this experience, that's already on our list for our next visit. Between the outstanding hospitality, exceptional food, excellent cocktails, and welcoming atmosphere, Evelyn Rose absolutely earned five stars.

We really loved all of the dishes, but for sure the ravioli with wild asparagus and ramps is one I will remember for a long time. The octopus was also a memorable dish, and the poussin was complex, layer after layer of flavor and the salt level was so good...just perfect food, perfectly executed. Oh, and shout out to the owner's dad, who is in his 90s and makes the bread, a rich sourdough, served warm, that has a 50 year old starter at its essence. Yum. And honestly, they pulled out all the stops for their recent New Years Eve dining experience - I'm talking caviar, white truffle, A5 wagyu, a custom cocktail (because they know I like gin and yuzu) and a painfully decadent dessert - What a way to send out 2025! I mean, honestly, the meal was exquisite and so perfectly executed. Each dish is crafted with a passion and care for food that absolutely shines. I mean the Foie Gras (sp??) - I don't even really like the stuff, put the way they sauteed it, put it on top of some sort of savory cake and slathered it with this balsamic gastrique - it was like bacon and pancakes smothered in maple syrup just amplified to 100. Bottom line: I would eat this every day (and amplify my weight by 100 too). The snow crab, I don't know if it's the care in selecting the product or the techniques used to prepare it (probably both ), but they packed so much crab flavor into that dish! They offer a prix-fixe menu that changes seasonally (?) for brunch and dinner. The ingredients here are high-quality and well prepared and cared for before serving. I've heard great things about Maple Ave from a friends, so I took my family here for dinner this past Wednesday. We really enjoyed the creativity of how the dishes were crafted and plated here and the execution was also phenomenal. This time around, it was 59.00 per person for a 4-course prix-fixe dinner (two appetizers, one entree, and one dessert). Since there were only a couple options per section, we were able to try all the options they had. FIRST: APPLE HAZELNUT SOUP Creamy, pale colored soup with a thicker consistency similar to butternut squash soup. It was lightly sweet, yet savory at the same time. There were some pickled apples and toasted hazelnuts delicately sprinkled on top that added a bit of a crunch. The soup was unique and we enjoyed it. FIRST: ROOTCAKE Between the rootcake and the apple hazelnut soup, the rootcake was my favorite. The vegetables were caramelized and made into a patty, topped generously with almonds with some umami aïoli and pimenton sauce. The rootcake was so good. Each bite was hearty and rich, and it's such a unique way to prepare vegetables. The sauce enhanced each bite and the almonds provided a nutty texture. I would recommend the rootcake as your first option. SECOND: CRISPY SQUASH NUGGETS I didn't think I would enjoy the crispy squash nuggets as much as I did. The roasted squash is breaded with panko crumbs, sitting in some dill yogurt sauce and topped with some raisins and radish. The squash were perfectly seasoned and crispy with a soft interior that left my taste buds wanting more. The dill yogurt sauce was a good complement. I'd definitely recommend this option if you're not a fan of mushrooms and/or you want something more crispy. SECOND: WILD MUSHROOM RISOTTO One of the best mushroom risottos I've ever had. It's rich and creamy, filled with truffle flavor. The shiitake mushrooms had a dry, crispy texture. The manchego shavings on top were a great plus. The squash was used for coloring and probably some flavoring? Not sure. The whole thing was really good and memorable. I'd definitely recommend! THIRD: SHRIMP I'm not a huge fan of shrimp, but my family loved it along with the citrus braised fennel. I was a fan of the creamy semolina, though! Overall, it wasn't for me, but that's more of a personal preference. THIRD: PORK CONFIT STEAK The pork they used was pork belly (?) and seared very nicely, topped with perfectly crispy potatoes, mangoes (?), brown butter sweet potato puree and chimi churri sauce. The pork belly melted in my mouth but as someone who's not the biggest fan of fatty pork, I wish it was a leaner cut. The potatoes were so good and went well with the sweet potato puree. Even though I didn't love the pork confit steak, I'd recommend this entree over the shrimp. FOURTH: MOCK FRIED "APPLE" PIE It was zucchini instead of apple and you can't even tell. I loved the crispy pie exterior which was lightly topped with cinnamon. The vanilla bean ice cream was my favorite as it was creamy and smooth. The dulce de leche and lavender honey were nice touches. Very nice way to end the meal. All the food here were so rich with lots of complex flavors. Each dish was so beautifully plated with many vibrant colors. We were quite full after all the food we ate. I would recommend coming here with another person to try all the options they offer here! The food here is unique and well-executed, and I'd be open to come back to try a different seasonal menu.
