After seeing multiple commercials for the current iHop meal deals, I decided to take my family out for Breakfast at night! This location has ample parking and on this Wed night, the restaurant was not crowded. It appeared clean and spacious. We were sat in a booth as requested. Our waitress arrived timely and greeted us and took our orders. I appreciated the patience she took during our ordering as we were teaching our children to order independently. The drinks arrived and shortly after, the children's food, and then me & my husband's food. Everything was prepared as requested and plated nicely. We were brought warm syrup and extra napkins. Refills were offered proactively. Not only did the children's pancakes have smiley faces, but so did my family. :-) I enjoyed the dining experience at this iHop location and plan to return. *Con: Really a preference... they attempted to seat 1 side of the restaurant which in turn had it a little noisy because we were all seated so close. I would have preferred they maybe sat every other booth before packing us all together in booths back to back. They had the space. Still plan to return!

This one lady named Tazz that works there is real cool because she used to work at the IHOP in Silver Spring on Tech Road. I like having her as my server On another note I went late night a couple of months ago I had this other server who was short with glasses, but she wasn't all that great because she tried to argue about the cheese in my eggs which I said I did NOT want.

I am impressed with the way the bathroom looks. It was really clean. And the service was great. Our server is named Nikki. And she was amazing. Food was really good.

Delicious!!!! The hashbrowns were cold but other than that... Service was fine. Ambiance was normal for ihop.

    $7 Oreo milkshake

I get that everything is getting pricey but really though $7 for a milkshake? Then it's in a kids TOGOOO cup it was a pretty good milkshake but it was over in two sips. I'm a very sllllooowww drinker. the food wasn't really good Noooo I wasted my monnneeyyy. The two stares are for the lady who didn't get overwhelmed and rude when it got busy at 2:30 in the morning with what looked like no help. BUT SOMEONE PLZ TELL ME THEY GOT ME SO I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK!! Lol there's no way a baby cup is $7 like did y'all run out of Togo cups for the big kids or this is an every day thing. I don't remember it being $7! Annnddddd in this palm size cup.

Went in to place a to go order was pretty empty so I received fast service I go a full stack, hash brown w/ cheddar cheese, turkey sausage and 2 fried eggs everything came out perfect, for my breakfast for dinner

Okay, y'all be SLEEPING on iHOP burgers. International House of Pancakes, who?? Ok ok... I know what you're thinking. Who goes to iHop for burgers? You go for the pancakes (duh) and other breakfast goodies. But listen to me. If you love yourself a good, juicy, delicious burger, get it from here. This location. I HIGHLY recommend the jalapeño kick burger. When I tell you that the burger comes out looking like it does in the photos, I'm telling youuuuuu, you won't regret it. I don't know how this started, but ever since I had a burger from this specific iHop location, I never order anything else. I've tried getting their burgers at other iHop locations and they're not bad. I'm just saying that this specific location does it right like 9 out of 10 times. So you know when you go out to eat with your partner and you both want the same thing, but then you order different things, so that you can share and eat off each other? Lol, me and my partner get the same burger here because it's worth not sharing. Go with the fries or onion rings - it doesn't disappoint. Writing this review is making me drool just thinking about it. Oh - their service is also very nice as well :) Looks like we're getting iHop for dinner!

    Undercooked Turkey Bacon Strips

Horrible service. I came to this establishment for a quick breakfast and was ignored. I sat for about 10 minutes and no one stopped by the table. Another couple sat two tables down from me and received immediate service with water and tea. The waitress then proceeded to take their order. Then she came over to me and I asked her why hadn't she come over to take my order first and I had been there for a while. Her response was they are regulars and she knew what they wanted. That is not acceptable and if I plan to spend my money I should be treated with respect and quality service and not met with excuses of why you served another table that arrived later than me. I asked for another server and she said ok and walked away. I sat for another 10 minutes and no one came to the table. I finally went up to the host and ask to speak to the manager. I was told the manager wasn't in but he could take my order. He proceeded to take my order while I was standing up versus coming to the table. I will never visit this IHOP again. They need to work on their service and delivery. My food was delivered 20 minutes later. Pancakes were hard, bacon undercooked after I specifically asked for crisp. Not acceptable ...

Waiting for 45 minutes, uh but I need my pumpkin pancakes today!

I don't write reviews lightly, but what happened at Willy's has crossed every line of safety,…read moreprofessionalism, and basic human decency. My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.

The coffee is bold and strong, and for the price, getting a full pot that keeps you going without needing refills is a great value. The drink selection looks limited at first, but they quietly offer some very tasty juices. The kale apple stands out for me -- not normally my thing, but it works. I think there are better places for pancakes. I think there are better places for French toast. That said, it's still worth trying them -- what's missing for me might shine through for you. Where First Watch really wins: * Bacon Egg & Cheese (artisanal level good) * Million Dollar Potatoes (upgrade every time) * Crispy regular bacon * Sausage breakfast plates * Thoughtfully built savory options These plates feel crafted, not just assembled. The atmosphere brings a modern diner / brunch vibe that fits perfectly with what people are looking for today. Bright, busy, and comfortable. Location tip: Try not to sit near the kitchen -- it gets loud with staff conversations. Service is mixed * Some staff members are excellent * Others feel more transactional If you're ordering eggs, go scrambled or omelette over over-easy. Mine were undercooked previously, and it's an easy fix. Good coffee Strong savory menu Modern brunch vibe Some inconsistency Sweet items not standout (for me) That still lands First Watch at 4 stars. Originally, we planned to go for my birthday, but when we couldn't get a reservation the day before, we made other plans. Fast forward to last week, excited to finally check it out I called to book a table for four for Sunday, August 10th, 2025. That included our friends who recommended the place. During the call, the music in the background made it hard for the hostess to hear me, so I had to repeat my info several times. By the end of the call, she confirmed everything and told me our reservation was set. We all made plans, kids with family, the whole day lined up. This was supposed to be stop #1 before hitting a few more spots together. But when we arrived, the hostess told us our reservation was canceled because we hadn't paid a deposit. This was news to us. No one mentioned a deposit during my call. I checked their website before booking, no deposit policy listed. Our friends even pointed out they'd been there before, sat in the same section they could see from the door, and were never asked to pay a deposit. Instead of trying to help, the hostess told us it wasn't their responsibility to inform customers about the deposit. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just moved on to the next guests while we were left outside figuring out our next move. Later that night, I messaged the business on Yelp hoping to clear things up. The reply I got back felt like an AI-generated template. So careless they even left "Sample Text Below" in the message. That told me everything I needed to know: the staff's behavior is a reflection of the leadership. For a place that only allows brunch with reservations, you'd think they'd have a clear and consistent process. Clearly, that's not the case. I wanted to like Illusions. I still believe in giving a place the benefit of the doubt. But this experience showed me that customer service here isn't a priority, and that's something no good food can make up for.

Free, surface parking lot in a shopping center (Food Lion). I arrived at 120 and checked my party in. No one is seated until 130p, so everyone just stood around waiting for their name to be called. Also, when you reserve, they send you a link to officially make your reservation and also pay a $20 deposit, that is taken off the check for whomever made the reservation My guest and I were seated in a comfy booth. Our waiter came over and was attentive to our needs/questions and explained how everything worked as "newbies". The buffet brunch was $55. If you want unlimited mimosas (OJ/Pineapple) that was an extra $20 and for flavors (Strabwerry, etc.) is was an extra $25. The buffet menu and "made to order items" were included in the $55. There was also an a la carte option. 18% gratuity is automatically added! DJ AJ Showtime and hostess started playing right before 130p and the restaurant lights were dimmed a bit. Music was great! Various food options (except any kind of desert) and they were all pretty good. There were two women who put food on your plate. It seemed like, we got in line for the buffet on order of seating. We sat down 2nd, so we were first in line. I went back for a 2nd plate (to try the soul food) and there was never a line at all. Mimosas came in a carafe. And midway thru, the guy brought a bottle of champagne to our table! Around 230 the Black Woman owner also came around and gave everyone shots. That was pretty cool, and kept everyone engaged. If you wanted to "dance" it was done in your seat. No people dancing on seats or anything lol Bathroom had 2 stalls, and was tight when you walk in Only hiccup was that it didn't seem like there was any air. Myself, guest and other tables were fanning ourselves down with napkins. Waiter said there is air but so many people in there... I had a great time!

In fairness, the place was busy but that also is typical on a Sunday around noon. We had a party of 5 and had to wait approximately 20-30 minutes to be seated. We received our coffee and waters however there were no spoons in our napkin of silverware so we had to use knives to stir in the creamer and sugar for the coffee. The waitress also brought a drinking cup full of half-n-half to the table for us to use in our coffee. This made quite a mess since pouring from a drinking cup resulted in drips and spillage onto the table. It was busy so we could not get the attention of anyone to ask for spoons after we realized they were not in the napkins. Jokes of course ensued about whether we were to use our fingers to stir our hot coffee. Later, when our entree's arrived, they had put 2 separate orders onto one plate and even though we requested fruit on the side for our french toast, the fruit was on top of the toast.
