Worst food ever! Cold and undercooked omelette. My husband received the wrong order. He ordered steak eggs and got some type of steak tips that were dry and awful tasting. 1st and foremost the FRONT of HOUSE STAFF are phenomenal and always are including the hired security and/or Sheriffs there late nights. I have been coming to IHOPs for several decades because my grandfather took us here growing up before early morning fishing in New York & down South. I continue to go to IHOP no matter what state I'm in because it's an American classic diner and you get to still have that I. This day in age with affordable pricing for all. The inside looks like your typical old school diner with hints of modernism. Comfortable booths to sit and enjoy a meal with family and friends. Food is always pretty good , classic American diner breakfast and dinner meals now. Now with that said I was highly disturbed (late night Saturday) Sunday Morning, check the cameras between 120am & 135am. One of their cooks walks into the men's bathroom. Few of my friends we all went to the bathroom also. The cook was in there using the bathroom for a while doing his business, flushes then walks STRAIGHT out the bathroom, be lined it out not stopping to wash his nasty a$$ hands. Not even fake like he was going to was his hands like I've seen horrible works do at other places. This bathroom has a huge sign that says ALL Employees must wash hands. I guess he's excluded. After washing my hands and leaving I found the new young night manager and asked him who was the guy in the with tshirt that just walked back in the kitchen. He said oh my cook. I let him know you might want to go and tell him to wash his hands that's disgusting. As a person whom has worked in the industry and firmly for health departments in other states it's disturbing to see a cook do this, it shows how concerned we should be about the food safety and cleanliness off kitchen staff and safety of our food. read more

If I could rate service 10 stars for Joyce and her service! Joyce was actually on her break when she not only seated us but served us. Alan was supposed to serve us, he literally looked directly as us, and completely dismissed us. Joyce saw this and came over, stating that even though she is on break she will be our server. I felt so bad and was very appreciative that she did this. She was very attentive, she made sure our food was made correctly, and even gathered a to-go meal for us as we ate our sit-down meal. Many ihop places to go but wanted to call out one of the best I've been to in the area and around the country. To start, the inside is very clean and kept up. Tables are bussed and sanitized as soon as people depart. The wait staff are courteous and timely for taking breakfast orders and bringing a carafe of coffee (I've noted many ihops no longer give you your personal coffee making you have to wait too long for a refill). The fajita omelette and spinach mushroom omelette were prepared perfectly and served hot. Just like in the pictures. And the manager made a point to continually monitor every customer table to be sure all was being handled properly. We have breakfast options in the area but this particular ihop is our "go to". read more

I'm always surprised by low ratings at National chain restaurants and especially at an iconic IHOP! It was Veteran's Day yesterday and my husband wanted to treat me to breakfast. Every year this restaurant offers military veterans the Red, White & Blue pancake breakfast for free. While that is nice of them, it isn't a very healthy breakfast. I opted for the Poblano omelette instead and it was incredible. Savory poblano pepper sauce covered the fluffy eggs and delicious meat and cheese. It even had fresh Serrano peppers on top!! Really good! Our server was a bubbly young lady named "Asha" who was the epitome of a delightful server. She was polite, swift, considerate and super sweet. Our coffee was always freshly refilled and anything we needed was provided promptly. This review will be about the new "Steakhouse Premium BLT." I saw on my Facebook profile of the new pork belly menu that they added and was surprised to see something that I've always wanted to see more of. Thick slices of pork belly like this is the most common form of meat in Korea called "Sangyupsal." It is wonderful to see it on the menu at iHop. THE DEBUNK: Before I left to iHop to try out this new pork belly burger I was skeptical and looked for reviews about it to see what I was in for. They said the pork belly was too fatty and not enough meat, and that the slices were thin. Well I can tell you now that when the "Steakhouse Premium BLT" came out I was more than glad to see that it was pork belly exactly the way I wanted it. And this is coming from a guy who grew up eating pork belly in traditional Korean food his whole life. THE TASTE: Taking my first bite into it I was shocked at how delicious it was. Usually when pork belly is cooked there can be some tugging and a little bit of excessive chewing. Although delicious it can be a bit annoying, however, the "Steakhouse Premium BLT" was flawless. Not only was the pork belly easy to pull away, but it also had a delicious sweet and savory maple taste to it. If you know pork belly like I do, you know that there will be about half fat half meat ratio. For those who thought it was too fatty, I got a cut that was perfectly equal on both sides. The meatiness of the pork belly was there to present satisfying chewing and the fat, oh the fat, was there to give it an explosion of juicy goodness. I have shared some pictures that show what's darn good. THE PRESENTATION: As usual I know that when food comes out it doesn't look as good as it does in commercials, but hot doggo did this burger/BLT look exactly like it did in the commercials. They even got it perfect right down to the lettuce. Loved it, great stuff. THE SERVICE: The servers here were so kind to me, they made sure to provide everything that I needed and more. They had a perfect balance of letting my girlfriend and I have our alone time and coming to ask if we needed anything. Not only that I saw the manager of the store out taking care of empty tables, making sure they were sanitized, and even came by to make sure we got our refills. This shows to me that the manager does care about their employees as our server could have been in the bathroom at the time or taking a quick break. They blatantly ignored a curbside customer who is high risk for covid and unable to come inside and that is not acceptable. This is the closest 24 hour diner next to me. So sometimes after working an overnight shift I grab some food on the way home. I usually finish around 4:00 - 4:30 am not many places are opened. Most times the service is decent it's a smaller IHOP located next to a hotel. There's only one server on staff and she's usually good. The food comes out quick, and the way I like it. My only gripe was that the waitress gave me an old pot of coffee that was cold. I looked at her and said hey this isn't even warm, may I please have a fresh pot. She was embarrassed and apologized, it's sad though since I always leave a good tip there and the staff are very friendly. I probably won't be back for awhile, how can you not have fresh or hot coffee at a 24/7 diner and it's slow? There wasn't even 4 tables with customers, I was quite disappointed.
