When a person in my group suggests going to IHOP, I wince and try to avoid coming here due to bad experiences at other locations but, service at this location was not bad. We were seated right away and ordered food shortly there after. The food was fast, nicely prepared and had a pleasant taste. Both the interior and exterior of the building was clean and the booth seat was clean and free from any tears in the fabric. Good experience all around.

1st and foremost the FRONT of HOUSE STAFF are phenomenal and always are including the hired security and/or Sheriffs there late nights. I have been coming to IHOPs for several decades because my grandfather took us here growing up before early morning fishing in New York & down South. I continue to go to IHOP no matter what state I'm in because it's an American classic diner and you get to still have that I. This day in age with affordable pricing for all. The inside looks like your typical old school diner with hints of modernism. Comfortable booths to sit and enjoy a meal with family and friends. Food is always pretty good , classic American diner breakfast and dinner meals now. Now with that said I was highly disturbed (late night Saturday) Sunday Morning, check the cameras between 120am & 135am. One of their cooks walks into the men's bathroom. Few of my friends we all went to the bathroom also. The cook was in there using the bathroom for a while doing his business, flushes then walks STRAIGHT out the bathroom, be lined it out not stopping to wash his nasty a$$ hands. Not even fake like he was going to was his hands like I've seen horrible works do at other places. This bathroom has a huge sign that says ALL Employees must wash hands. I guess he's excluded. After washing my hands and leaving I found the new young night manager and asked him who was the guy in the with tshirt that just walked back in the kitchen. He said oh my cook. I let him know you might want to go and tell him to wash his hands that's disgusting. As a person whom has worked in the industry and firmly for health departments in other states it's disturbing to see a cook do this, it shows how concerned we should be about the food safety and cleanliness off kitchen staff and safety of our food.

Came in with the Hubby and our 7 year old son. It was so good! You can tell their potatoes are made with fresh grease. They're the best fried potatoes I've had in a long time. Perfectly crispy. I got the pesto Benedict and it hit the spot. Absolutely love the flavor combinations. Our son had the smiley face pancake. And hubby had the Colorado omlette, which was huge & filling. The manager, Bianca, was walking around making sure everyone was good. It was great! I definitely recommend this location.

If I could rate service 10 stars for Joyce and her service! Joyce was actually on her break when she not only seated us but served us. Alan was supposed to serve us, he literally looked directly as us, and completely dismissed us. Joyce saw this and came over, stating that even though she is on break she will be our server. I felt so bad and was very appreciative that she did this. She was very attentive, she made sure our food was made correctly, and even gathered a to-go meal for us as we ate our sit-down meal. It was laughable that at the end Alan actually came by and asked if we needed anything because it was close to tip time and I was just like "too late, buddy." Joyce needs a raise! She is hardworking! On a $39.00 bill she got a $21.00 tip. 55% because she deserved it!

Nice and clean and a little empty. Thanks COVID-19.

I'm always surprised by low ratings at National chain restaurants and especially at an iconic IHOP! It was Veteran's Day yesterday and my husband wanted to treat me to breakfast. Every year this restaurant offers military veterans the Red, White & Blue pancake breakfast for free. While that is nice of them, it isn't a very healthy breakfast. I opted for the Poblano omelette instead and it was incredible. Savory poblano pepper sauce covered the fluffy eggs and delicious meat and cheese. It even had fresh Serrano peppers on top!! Really good! Our server was a bubbly young lady named "Asha" who was the epitome of a delightful server. She was polite, swift, considerate and super sweet. Our coffee was always freshly refilled and anything we needed was provided promptly. The one thing I didn't like was the waiting area was closed off for older people and I felt that was overkill since the distancing could be managed better. Oh well.

The menu felt smaller and option were limited. The christmas cocktails were good, not anything to rave about. This year they did not have the fun christmas themed shots. For food we tried the potstickers, duck fat fries, the burratta and prosciutto plate, and the lobster ravioli, over all the food was not great and I wouldn't order them again. Food and drink service was fairly slow. The hot chocolate bar felt cheaper then last year and the items listed on the menu were not all present at the bar. I will say I do like this Christmas mug more then last year. Overall unfortunately we will not be returning next year

I would've eaten three times that amount of brussel sprouts. The mashed potatoes were just OK. I even enjoyed the tomato slices with a light dusting of balsamic with a little salt and pepper. My companion had the soy citrus glazed salmon and the glaze was a little bit too sweet but otherwise the salmon was good. The couscous was crunchy and tasty done, but the raisins were an interesting and unexpected addition that didn't pair great with the salmon. Wheelchair accessibility: the door has resolving entrance with a side door that you can open; there is no button and the door is heavy. The staff were very accommodating with finding us a table that worked for our needs, and there are both individual and multi stall options for the bathroom; the individual is accessible even though it's not marked. There is ample accessible parking right across the street in the mall parking lot. You do have to cross a street and a half to get there, but there are crosswalks.

The Hubs ordered the Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich that comes with bourbon bbq sauce, creamy coleslaw and pickles, and is served with fries (although he swapped out the fries for more slaw). Everything was delicious! I had my burger cooked medium-well and it was perfect; it was still slightly pink inside and moist. While the burger was very tasty, one major plus was that it was also structurally sound (all the ingredients stayed inside the bun and the bun didn't fall apart)! The Hubs also enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich. I tasted the bbq sauce and the slaw that came with his lunch and both were amazing (I dipped more of my fries into the extra bbq sauce that came with his sandwich than I did into the comeback sauce). The fries that came with the burger were crispy, not greasy and not overly salted. While I only had an iced tea with lunch, I did peruse their specialty drinks menu. Wowza, is that a read! We'll be back sometime soon for dinner so we can check that out. BTW, their food menu is more than burgers and sandwiches and there are some nice sounding items that appeal to me more for dinner than lunch (two examples (1) Hoisin Ginger Tuna: Sashimi-grade tuna seared rare, parmesan risotto, arugula slaw, (2) Pesto Cream Salmon: Pan seared salmon crusted with parmesan breadcrumbs, penne pasta, pesto cream sauce, cherry tomatoes, roasted red pepper). Despite this restaurant's location next to a boarded up vacant restaurant and being right next to I25, the interior is surprisingly nice and welcoming. And our server was friendly and helpful.
