Came in, table was sticky. I had to ask for a wet cloth and napkin to wash the table. Someone who was not out waitress got our drink order. Drinks come 10-15 minutes later and we had to ask for straws...Our actual server arrives. Doesn't introduce herself and takes our orders. We wait...we wait...we wait....we wait. We counted 4 different tables, one with a larger party than ours got their food. We had to ask for a manager...manager comes and goes to the back and within 3 minutes now we have food. It looked old... the butter didnt even melt on my pancakes they were cold and over cooked i might add. My son's fries felt and tasted as if they were reheated. The omelettes my parents ordered looked like it had kitchen scraps of meat on top. The cheese on their omelettes weren't even melted. Again COLD FOOD. Our food had just been sitting their getting cold and they tried to serve it to us for a knocked off price. ARE YOU SERIOUS! Horrible service and not even a sorry. Sorry didn't even come out of anyone's mouth!!! I would have still paid full price for the inconvenience had I had hot food that didn't look repulsive. I will never return and I will tell others to STAY AWAY. They could offer me free food and I still wouldn't return. My poor son who is 5 was angry he couldn't eat his food, my diabetic parents whose sugar dropped at the table had to leave and go to a gas station to grab food to stop their sugar from dropping. I was enjoying a meal at IHOP and a solicitor from America's Best was going around giving Flyers at everybody's table. She gave a minute speech to everybody about specials and how we can save on glasses. I think it is unacceptable to allow solicitors into a business when you are trying to enjoy a meal. I let the manager know and got an apology. If this is going to be a new thing for IHOP I will not be going back. To me this is like allowing a solicitor to come into your house and give you a speech or sales presentation while you are eating a meal. Poor form IHOP. read more

my sausage was so burnt and hard, I asked for strawberry and banana French toast just got some plain French toast not even powdered sugar on top just fucking plain, no syrup(asked for it) my hamburger was burnt all around the edges and so was the hashbrowns.. I got sat and I literally waited 15 minutes.. servers kept on passing me without greeting me or nothing!! 5 more minutes go by and I decide to just get up and leave. This place would get 0 stars from me if it were an option. Customer service there is garbage. Just straight disgusting. Nothing is organized. Nobody ever wants to try to help the customers. I waited an hour and a half on an order I was told would be ready for pickup in 5-10 minutes. Honestly believe that my order wasn't put through until I got there. People who came in to place an order received their food before I did. Then my card was charged incorrectly. When I informed the staff, the manager came up to me very loud and confrontational saying that she charged the card correctly and that I need to wait for the account to fix itself. I told her that I was looking at the account and that I was charged more than I was supposed to. She just kept repeating herself saying that she charged the way it was supposed to be charged, then walked off. Very rude. Very disrespectful. Then after all that waiting, my order was wrong, so I had to wait even longer for them to fix it. Once I finally got the correct order, my food was cold. I'll never eat here again. After a 10 yeqr hiatus I figured I would give IHOP another chance ...WRONG!!!! its still a not nice place to eat. First I am seated at a table that was still wet and wet butter smeared over the table I had to request some one re wipe the table. The server/waitress(whatever is politically correct) was real nice however the food wasnt. The fruit that was ordered looked frozen over and watery so she offered to return I declined because being in the restaurant business not always a good idea in places like IHOP. Next the meal comes out ...eggs were runny and very unappetizing. So I declined the whole meal altogether offered to pay anyway but could not bring myself to eat it. Now heres my question does IHOP CEO or President or even the owner eats at his establishments...he cant possible because this IHOP all over. But I allowed someone to convince me that IHOP Had improved in service and quality........WRONG on so many levels. I have a saying in the restaurant businesa and it is I might eat garbage when I have to and I will dig in a garbage can to get it but what I will not do is have it served to me in restaurant and expected to pay for it. I always enjoy eating at Ihop especially during the all you could eat promotion. However I found that this time it was different. My waiter BRITTANY wasn't happy about given us the second round of pancakes. When asking for the pancakes she didn't seem thrill at all. I am a member of the Hiram High School Band of Gold. After our competition on the 20th, some members of the band decided to go to Ihop to eat. After being seated, the staff refused to serve us and accused the Band of Gold of stealing over $200 in food (unpaid tabs) a month and a half ago after a football game. After talking to the manager the story changed from $200 to $400 in unpaid tabs. They also said that they had contacted the police and the school about the matter. I am quite honestly appalled that they would treat us this way and slander our program by calling us thieves. I would also like to say that the Buffalo Wild Wings down the street was extremely accommodating to our large group and gave us excellent service. I will NEVER go back to that Ihop read more

This is the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been to. When you first walk in, the waiting area smells strongly of mildew. We were seated fairly quickly (Thursday morning I would hope so) but the table was not even wiped down. Our server was friendly, however seemed overworked. They were clearly under staffed. My shoes stuck to the ground, syrup I guess. It took almost an hour to get out food. Out poor waitress apologized and brought my son some fruit while we waited. The drinking glasses were dirty. Once our food finally came we finished quickly and left. I still can smell the stink of that place. I also got an awesome upset stomach. Safe to say I will never eat at this place again. read more

My complaints were brushed off and I was brought a recook 30 minutes later without being offered to have the meal removed from our bill. It is illegal to segregate service dog handlers from the rest of the public because they have a working K9 with them by law. It is the same as segregating someone for race, color, sex, religion, etc. This is part of the Americans with disabilities Act look it up on the ADA laws. This was done to me today. When I enquired about my seating arrangement, not one or two came but three, and which I was told I may choose with a sweeping hand motion over the empty tables any one I would like to choose pointing towards the unused area but not towards the rest of the population, I had complained that section was empty and cold, I was also offered a sweater from one of the wait staff, I was also wearing my own sweater. I was not offered a table within the area with the rest of the customers, the path to them was blocked by all the staff so no one could hear or witness my objections. My service dog is a German Shepherd who is highly trained and has been my partner for 7 years assisting me for medical alert, wheelchair assist tasks, mobility assist, and physical tasks. He remained silent under the table clean and well behaved as always throughout the visit. I video taped my seating area and the situation for documentation. read more
