this place sucked a*********** all or the orders we placed on door dash were wrong and gross. DONT GO HERE !!!!

The restaurant is processing all to go orders before in-restaurant guests are cooked. I watched 4 families get up and leave after attempts to get status on their orders. I asked for a manager and when she came out from the back she was unaware guests were leaving the restaurant due to lack of service. She blamed it on the computer system but that processing is not helping the servers make tips if the restaurant emptied. When the food arrived it was not correct, the eggs were without cheese, the microwaved with cheese, the pancakes were the wrong flavor and the hash browns looked anemic. I went here for a pick up. Had to call it over the phone while I was at home. They hung up on me. I called again. I was put on hold hung up on again and then when I called the third time, I told her do not put me on hold. I told her I said I'm here to make a curbside pick up over the phone. She kept saying hold on hold on hold on. I think your food ready, when I haven't even ordered yet and then I proceed to explain to her I haven't ordered yet and it took her a good minute to realize I'm not here to pick up an order. I'm here to make an order then pick it up as I am ordering, she kept assuming what I was going to order and I told her no that's not what I wanted. All I want is chocolate chip pancakes that's it Finally put in the order then it came time to read my card numbers I had to reread them three times and then she was saying it all out loud. On 1/3/21 I visited this location with my family for breakfast. Barely any of the kitchen staff was wearing mask nor gloves to prepare the food. I spoke with the mgmt and he did not care that this was happening and was more focused on canceling my order and getting me out. As I was leaving I noticed that he never addressed the issues of wearing the mask or gloves so I asked him again about it and he stated that it wasn't their policy (really dude)?. They did not care to address the issue of the lack of mask wearing by the kitchen staff. I watched several elderly couples come in and my heart dropped that they could be at severe risk of literally dying because the mgr didn't give a SH*T about his staff wearing mask but only flipping tables. They used the same menus for every customer like we aren't dealing with an pandemic still. I was so disappointed and disgusted with this restaurant. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I submitted an online order to be picked up curbside. When I arrived, I selected the option to let them know that I was there and waiting. I waited for 10 minutes. no one came. I went inside and let the host know the reason why i was there. He told me that they didn't have the capability to get those notifications and that I should have called them to let them know that I was outside waiting. RIDICULOUS. he then brought me my food and I was missing the Oreo shake and Blueberry Lemonade that I order. He told me that they were out of Ice Cream. I told him that I paid for this, and asked how are they going to resolve. He then went to get his manager. The manager came and checked my ticket, and checked the food. Turns out that 75% of my order was missing because they were out of items. I ordered the sampler platter that has chicken tenders, cheese sticks, and onion rings. I got for over cooked chicken strips and soggy fries. I ordered the fisherman's platter that had 2 pieces of fish and 4 pieces of shrimp and got 3 pieces of fish. I did not receive my shake or my lemonade. i was told that the lemonade was also out. The manager on duty Jessica promised me a refund, a comped meal, and that her GM would call me to help resolve the issue. I received no such call. I received a call that I could not answer because I was working. I called it back and it was for Peachtree Restaurants. But there was no way to get back to the person that called. There was no message left to return the call. So if this was GM, that person did not leave their info for me to help resolve this. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I was charged for food that I did not receive on this entire order. The order was wrong and poorly executed. And there has been NO attempt to make it right!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS IHOP!!!! Update June 4, 2016. We went back to eat there and things have gotten better. Staff was efficient and friendly, service was EXTREMELY prompt even though they were busy, and food was very good. This place is horrible, terrible and awful. They lied to us, told us 20 minutes and we waited 35. Went back up front and ask how much longer and the lady rudely said we have 2 more in front of us. Then I noticed that the whole front section of the restaurant was EMPTY! Nobody sitting at any table! I asked her why all these tables are empty with a lobby full of people waiting and she just says "I dunno". This used to be a nice place. Ate here many times. Yes, on Sunday morning, you have to wait for 20 to 30 minutes but I don't expect to wait 40+ minutes at 11 on a Friday afternoon! It is an outrage! Won't go here again. read more

If I could give the place a zero I would. Worst customer service, I called and ordered a milkshake, strawberries/banana crepes, and a Belgian waffle. I got there, even though it wasn't busy it took them a few minutes to come to me which is okay then I told the lady my name and that I was picking up an order. She went to the kitchen and minutes later she comes back and tells me they are out of waffles and if I wanted some pancakes. I told her no, that I only wanted the crepes and milkshake. Almost 10 minutes later she comes and I see that they are charging me for 3 items. I asked the lady why since I was only taking the crepes and milkshake because they said they were put of waffles and she was like "On, it's because there is an extra crepe" I told her I didn't ask for an extra crepe and she just look at me and said she was sorry with no expression on her face. Food has been great every time but the wait & service has been consistently bad. We typically go here for company lunch. We were told a 5-10 minute wait. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked her to let our party of 5 sit at a booth and pull up a chair. She said ok and then we find an open booth that seats 6... So we were waiting for nothing. Food seems to take forever in the kitchen but it is lunch hour so I guess that might be normal. Servers we've had have been friendly but SLOW! By the time we get our check get back to the office (5 minutes away), it's going to be a 2 hour lunch break. read more

I've lived in this area for almost a decade now! Really surprised at the reviews. Overall the food at IHOP has been amazing! Not gonna lie but wait time is still a problem but overall I've never had a problem with this place! It's a fun place to spend time with family and chat for a few hours! But food a customer service is amazing and waiters are so nice and I highly recommend going their but for first time visitors don't expect a quick in and out meal. I normally steer clear of this restaurant because of the poor service we've received in the past. I ended up there with hubby for a late breakfast. Service today was fine. Always be prepared for a wait on the weekend mornings - it took us about 20 minutes to be seated. Have to give kudos to IHOP for having turkey bacon as a choice - I was sooo surprised. Also, they have new flavored coffees that come in a huge mug. I had the Irish cream and it was excellent. The menu is a bit pricey in my opinion, but they do have decent portion size. Ok, the meal was fantastic. Grinch pancakes, sausage, and eggs for me. Steak omelette and pancakes for my son. The restaurant itself was a dump and they were out of alot of stuff, the truck was supposed to get there at 11:00, it was 11:45. The floor was so slippery and covered with debris I felt like I was at a $1:00 midnight showing of a very bad porno. The floor needed very hot water and ALOT of bleach. Wow is really the best word for this experience! There were 9 of us so I can see where a server could get flustered but this lady was super stressed to the point that she came off snappy. I ordered an apple something pancake platter with eggs and sausage. The eggs were cold. The pancakes were cold and the sausage was pink in the middle. Ate the eggs and sent the pancakes back. That's when she slaps down new hot eggs with a lackluster apology. She came back minutes later with new hot pancakes. That's when she noticed that the sausage wasn't right. She rolls her eyes grabs them off the table and a few minutes later came back with hot sausage and a story about only having one cook for the whole kitchen. I love going to Ihop! The smell and the atmosphere are always welcoming, so when I make a special trip to this location for a friend... needless to say I was extremely dissapointed. Its Friday at 4 in the evening, and there were hardly any customers or staff. So my question is, how come it took nearly 5 minutes to get seated? There was no wait or waiter. On top of that our server didn't show up for nearly twice that time. When we are finally ready to order our server, Sarah, whos attitude was the only light in this dim establishment. I would of been happier if our orders came in complete or presentable. My friends omelet was sloppy and thrown together. My sandwich was tasteless, plus I ordered a full sandwhich... and a separate server brought out only a half. Nor did he bring out the condiments we asked for. As a family of six, we don't do sit down dining very often. We were excited to have a night out and pancakes sounded great. We were seated right away and orders taken immediately. That was the only part of our experience that was good. The sodas we ordered were watered down. The food took almost an hour to get and there were only 3 other tables. One of our meals arrived 15 minutes before anyone else get anything. The burger was over cooked. Another member of my family ordered the ultimate breakfast and was served one item of his meal at a time, instead of the whole meal coming out at once. This was because they served another table his food. The other adult in our party ordered cheese cake pancakes and was served plain pancakes, when he showed the waitress the mistake, she added whipped cream and strawberries and gave it back to him. This place sucks. I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette with extra crispy hash browns and pancakes. When the food came out, my omelette had no hollandaise (as described) and my extra crispy hash browns were as cooked as if someone had just breathed hot air on them a couple of times. No crisp. No delicious crunch. Karim took them back, to get "a new order" made, and when those came back I had to inform him of the hollandaise absence and that my omelette was cold. The second order of browns were no better than the first THEY WEREN'T EVEN EXPOSED TO THE GRILL ON ONE SIDE, and they had DROWNED my omelette in sauce. At this point we are pissed because in normal, well-operating restaurants you bring ketchup to the table when two people order hash browns. I ended up scarfing two mediocre pancakes and drinking my coffee before all hell broke loose. I think the kitchen was having a meltdown. I have had more than one bad experience here. Every Halloween my family & i come here with the kids to eat dinner. Everyone gets their food at different times, half the table didn't get what they ordered, no one got refills on their drinks, we were not asked if we needed anything, and to top it off the waitress didn't even ask if it was going be on separate checks. She just handed my parents the whopping check for the whole table. On a good note, during the busiest time on the weekends everything is fine. This is the only time my husband and I go. read more
