OK a little back story before the review ....Walked in to this IHOP at 10 am on a Sunday and it's was BUSY!! The wait for a party of 3 was 20-25 we said ok...big groups were being sat and it got scary for a while ....we see a party of 15 go then we went right behind them...I said OH NO!! We got sat in the station of the server who had the 15...5 mins goes by so I went up front and told the manager we wanted to get moved but the place was full and could not be done...so I went back to table and sucked it up.. the server(SELENA) was at the table taking the drink orders and we gave her our order...meanwhile the 15 had put the order in plus other large parties ...so I told family be ready for a long wait on the food!!! OK SO here it is !! BAMMM the food came out right behind the 15 top!! 15-20 mins later!! I WAS SO SHOCKED!! IMPRESSED and all came out hot and fresh!! I joked with the server and she had full confidence in the kitchen that we would not wait long!! WOW!! These boys and girls in the kitchen cranked it out!! On the way out my wife yelled and clapped at the cooks for doing a great job and they all laughed! I went up to the manager and apologized,thanked him and complemented the staff for making it happen!! It takes a lot to impress me and they did!! After a long day. Stop in for a late dinner. As usual food was awesome. Never had a complaint with an IHOP. But this trip a lil diff. Charlie gave me and my family outstanding service. Tonia or Tonya at this ihop 7529 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34747, was quite possibly the best service I have ever received! They were slammed but Tonia didn't miss a beat. I had the ham egg melt and a side of pancakes and my wife had the sirloin tips and shrimp. My pancakes were overdone so they were hard on the top and the ham and egg melt was really good. Yhey left off the shrimp on my wife's meal and had to wait about 10 minutes to get them. Our waiterss Tina was really nice and she did a great job serving us today. So I give this place a 3 star because of my pancakes I mean this is a pancake restaurant. Need to get them right every time! read more

we stopped by after a long day at disney with hungry and tired kids and adults. Gina was working alone and never made us feel rushed, while offering suggestions and getting our food to us in a timely manner. the food was the best according to my son. I enjoyed my buttermilk chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Stopped for breakfast but am not a big fan of ihop but if they were all like this location I would be. This is a huge parking lot and large store, much to my chagrin ..... BUT they seat you quickly with a Disneyland customer service attitude. Tammy was great !!!! I can't believe I was being served within FIVE minutes .. FIVE and the breakfast was very good! This place observes the Covid restrictions that are confident for it self and will make the restaurant the most amount of money. They do not enforce mask wearing (especially if you're white) and they are not operating with any type of social distancing in mind. All the tables are filled to the max and guests are seated so close together that when the table next to us was getting up they were bumping into us to no fault of their own but because we were all seated on top of each other. Servers are rude and only care about getting their tables out, the staff is visible upset if you ask for something additional like syrup or ketchup. Ours actually sucked get teeth and rolled her eyes. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Terrible service, Cold food. Our waitress didn't check on us until after the food was delivered. It was not at all a busy morning. We waited over a half hour to get our food after putting in the order. We had finished our drinks without getting refills, just sitting around and chatting, which is fine, but far more comfortable and entertaining venues for conversation exist. Can't say exactly how long because who expects to measure how bad the service is? By the time we were annoyed and ready to get up to inquire about our orders and request refills, our food arrived. Hungry, we started eating, only to realize one of our meals was entirely room temperature. It was ultimately taken off the bill, which was the most reasonable thing about the entire visit. Came here for a late night snack. Open 24 hours and it was conveniently located near the hotel I was staying at. Ordered the breakfast sampler. 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 2 pieces of ham, 2 sausages, and 2 pancakes with hash browns. It was a so-so dish. Bacon was a bit overcooked and the ham was undercooked. Service was quite slow. The host told us to wait a few minutes, so someone could take us to our table. There was hardly anyone there. We could have walked over ourselves. It was also tough to get refills for water because our waiter was no where to be found. When I asked for change for the bill, the waiter asked another waiter for change which came out of his wallet. She was very kind and told us to please enjoy our time there. Our server was Rose who was beyond patient! She was so kind and so sweet as a member of my party read the menu explaining what she did not like.Rose listened and was able to make great recommendations. We loved eating at this IHOP located at 192. We came here during lunch time and the place was packed to capacity; we almost leave but decided to be patient and wait. To our surprise we were comfortably sited in less than five minutes (kudos for that). We ordered 2 coffees, chicken Florentine crepes, a spinach and mushroom omelette, an order of tres leches pancakes, cannoli pancakes, and an extra side of cheesy hashbrowns. Our food arrived super fast. Everything was delicious and the bill excluding taxes was $47 which is a lot cheaper than most places I know. Our server Destini was very sweet, accomodating and helpful. The place is kid friendly and I recommend it for large families. By the time we left which was 2:00 pm the place was partially empty so maybe come in a little later if you don't want to wait. What makes this IHOP special is the great service. The waitress we had isn't just slinging hash, she was 'serving' us in the full sense of the WORD, but not in our face... brought us fresh drinks before we asked. Had a pleasant smile. Wish I could remember her name. Food was hot and fresh and delish. We had a veggie version of Eggs Benidict..extra avocado instead of ham, Spicy Chicken Sandwich with onion rings (and they were some of the best), and the Turkey Club. Eveyone was happy. We enjoy IHOP, and we've been to many around the country. This location doesn't disappoint, as it's consistent with the food, and it was delicious - Waffles, Colorado Omelette, Fajita Omelette. Our server Marie was wonderful. She was sweet, attentive, and got our orders fast. She was busy, but checked on us several times throughout our meal to make sure we were looked after. After having a less than magical day at Hollywood Studios we came to ihop around 11pm for dinner. Our server Charlie went above and beyond to make sure we have a fantastic dining experience. First time I ate here was about 10 years ago and it was pretty good. Came here again on this trip yesterday and my breakfast was great! Our waitress was nice and very helpful (when we asked for nearby things or places to go to). They offered us complimentary orange juice. We ate at this IHOP twice for breakfast during our Thanksgiving trip to Orlando with the family. The service was good the first time, so we came back two dates later and it was great the second time as well. We just ate the basics, the food here is what you would usually expect from IHOP. A staff member told us this was either the second or third busiest IHOP in the nation (the first being the one in Anaheim near Disney Land) and I'm inclined to think she's right! We arrived around 11 am on a Saturday with a group of eight. Our odds of getting seating within the 20 minutes quoted seemed slim to none, and of all of us having a pleasant meal even lower. However, if anything, this restaurant knows how to handle a crowd. We were seated within 25 minutes of arriving (it may have been even faster, I didn't time it exactly) at a table already set up for 10. You could tell they've intentionally planned where to seat large groups, rather than haphazardly pushing tables together at the last second. We had plenty of room and were not getting bumped or grazed as the staff passed around us. Our waitress, Jamie, did a fantastic job. She got everyone's order correct, accommodated special requests, and got our drinks and food out quickly. Plus, she was very nice. We asked her to take a photo of the group wearing our Mickey ears. She kindly obliged, and even took several photos on two different phones to be sure we'd get a good shot. As for the food, it was standard IHOP fare. My banana-strawberry pancakes were not as pretty as the picture, but they were cooked through and hot. The bacon could have used another minute or two (a bit limp for my taste) but was cooked through and somewhat crispy. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well, and the coffee flowed freely. Wouldn't be my first choice for weekend brunch because of the crowds, but you could certainly do worse for a group meal near the parks! read more

A very delicious breakfast / brunch restaurant with hardworking and patient staff. I came here with my girlfriend on a busy morning (kitchen and waiters/waitresses were running around to serve everyone). We ate delicious food and were helped by great service. Pros - Workers handle pressure of peak times very well and maintain a positive attitude throughout - We were seated and served very promptly. With the amount of people there, we recieved our food within 20 minutes of entering the restaurant - Food was great and there were tons of options! They even had multiple syrups for pancakes (strawberry, blueberry, regular, and buttermilk) - A great value for what you get. Service was OK, the waitress WAS good, and nice but nothing outstanding, i think i was glad for finally eating something different because i had a row of 5 days mcdonalds breakfast, i think pancakes are not that so special or nice as they are on the franchise in mexico, idk why. I almost can't believe the reviews I'm seeing. We visit Disney frequently and over Christmas we came to this place and the service was HORRIBLE. This was almost expected because it was a holiday and obviously there aren't too many places open on Christmas Day. It is now July and we visited this exact location again, even recognized some of the workers, and the service is still horrible. We walked in and no one was in sight at the hostess stand. The place was practically empty but there was no one there to seat us so we waited. It took way too long to get food, and we ordered as soon as we sat down. Bottom line is, this place is pretty new, at least renovation wise, but it lacks in a lot of crucial areas. They need better management or something because the service is not acceptable. read more

My credit card info stolen shortly after this place. Coincidence? Maybe. But I did notice our male waiter with the pony tail go back in the kitchen with my card (away from credit card machine). Also he made comments several comments about my credit card, one on my credit card not having raised numbers, and how he found it annoying? Sara our server was one of the most fantastic servers I have EVER had not just at an IHOP, but overall. She was so sweet. She helped us find the right combo on the menu based on what we wanted to eat so we would get the best bang for our buck.
