This IHOP has pretty bad service and food didn't come out fresh the last 2 times we went. Forget service with a smile or even having your waiter come check up on you. Do expect disgruntled faces if they do happen to cross your path. This breaks my heart bc I have loved IHOP since I was a kid and I always eat pancakes for my birthday. Second time I've been here and both times they were short staff. Restaurant had several portable heaters going and was still very cold in restaurant, waited a long time for food and ordered bacon extra crispy, had to send it back and they just microwaved it to get it back to us before our eggs got cold, pancakes came much later after eggs and bacon (had already finished that part of the meal), and was offered a tea to go that never came. Will not be back. I don't blame the waitstaff there was only three working the entire restaurant and it was full, but it was the same thing last time. I blame management! read more

Clean and very nice servers and the food was prompt and delicious! And prices were acceptable it was a good family dining experience.

If I could give less than one star I would. Went for breakfast this morning. The place was FILTHY and I shuddered at what the kitchen might look like. Carpets were dirty, windows, plexiglass - all gross. Our table was slanted down ward. Mask notices and warnings were all over the doors yet the server or manager who waiting on us not only did not have a mask on but an ugly frown to match. Service was awful, food was cold. Great all American breakfastfood and excellent service. Gabriella, our waitress was so sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and suggested options we had not thought of. Eggs were perfect and grits were delicious and well cooked. First time and last time. Diana is such a horrible server for one she needs to learn how to be one. She had offered my friend to keep her Apple juice after my friend already said she wanted to change it to spite. So while being charged for the Apple juice I told her we needed it removed due to the fact we said we didn't want it but she offered us to keep it. Then whenever asking for it to be taking off she says " well did you drink it" like umm duh you said we could still have it. After taking the juice off after making a threat to get a manager she talks to this girl in a blue shirt by the computer stand about me and my family. Then gets on her phone. Such horrible service. I've visited this restaurant on my birthday April 12,2018, and my waitress was very rude she told me to hurry because she had a lot to do. On top of that the food was cold and not accurate. Stopped here just before lunch & it was very good. I ordered the quick 2 egg breakfast & it was in fact quick! I had my food before I even fully knew where I was. I walked and wasn't noticed for over five minutes, nobody bothered turning around to look and see me standing at the entrance. I was the only one standing there waiting for service too. We're disgusted this morning. They barely wiped our filthy table with paper napkins, the coffee cups were dirty and we had to send the coffee back and get to go cups, and even the napkins on our silverware had stains on them. I shouldn't even give a star :-( read more

Some friends and I stopped in for some breakfast at about 3:30 AM after attending a party. The waitress promptly greeted us and asked what we would like to drink. We ordered 3 coffees and a Mountain Dew. After a few minutes, she came back and asked if we were ready to order. Our food. We ordered. At this time, there were 2 other tables occupied; they had already placed their orders. As the waitress was taking our orders, another group came in and sat behind us. Our waitress took our food orders and then told us she was going to take the new group's order and turn in all of our orders at the same time. Ok, no problem. We asked if we could at least get our coffee. She said it would be right out. A few minutes later, she comes out with three waters and a Mountain Dew. Again, we asked for our coffee; again we were told it would be right out. When the waitress delivered half of our food order, we STILL didn't have our coffee! This review gets one star ONLY because the manager FINALLY stepped in! Turns out, the waitress never turned in our coffee order. When we finally DID get our coffee, it had grounds in it! Also worth mentioning: my friend's omelette had no seasoning whatsoever, and the group that came in after us had to repeat part of their order FIVE times! read more

We've eaten at a lot of IHOPs, but this one had to the best so far, it was clean, the people were very polite and the server was on point. She checked on us regularly and made sure we wanted for nothing. I've never been in an IHOP that worked as smoothly as this one. We had our food within 10 minutes of ordering and it was cooked as we requested. Our server was so sweet and thoughtful. It will be a regular place for us when we travel I-20. read more
