Unfortunately, after that, about 45 minutes went by and no one ever came back to check on us, refill our drinks or chips, or even take our order. We watched multiple tables around us get served and taken care of while we were completely overlooked. We eventually got up to try to speak with a manager, and the interaction was incredibly disappointing. The manager was extremely rude. In all my years in the restaurant business, I have never experienced service handled this poorly. Sadly, I do not recommend this Chili's based on our experience tonight.

You could eat off the floor it was so clean! the pots and pans were clean. You can't imagine what a pleasant surprise this place is!!
