Went today with a group of 20 ladies, right when they opened at 11:00. The service was great. They kept our drinks filled, brought more bread when we ate all that was brought out originally, and the food came out very quickly. I got the New York strip, with baked potato, and it was cooked to perfection. The steak was just as I ordered and the potato was nice and fluffy. They brought out extra butter for the table when someone asked and any other request were taken care of promptly. They made sure to note where each person was sitting so when the food came out they knew right were to go with it. The end of the meal they brought us out several to go boxes, and also came around with to go cups for anyone that wanted. They had no issue at all with giving us individual tickets, and did not auto add tip. They did make sure to let us know they did not add in a tip. I like that because I tipped more than what they would have auto added. There was no confusion on who go which tickets because they had made sure to note where each person was sitting. They have made some positive changes here. My wife and I had lunch here today. I ordered the 8 Oz Renegade Steak with fries, wife ordered Steakhouse cheeseburger and baked potatoe. For an appetizer we got the spicy chicken bites. We were seated immediately and our waitress, Jennifer C., was right there to take our order. She was attentive and professional. Our silverware was clean this time. Our food was cooked just the way we ordered it and with just the right ammount of seasoning. Delicious steak and hamburger. Everything was excellent. If you haven't tried the spicy chicken bites you are missing out and they give you a lot of them. Anyway, Longhorns is my go to place for delicious steak again! Good job!!! read more

The funny thing is that I have to be really ticked off to do a negative review like this, but this visit tonight definitely earned it.. This is not our first time coming to this Longhorns, and we actually appreciate the location of it as it keeps us from driving to Memphis. Tonight was my first night back in the area and my wife and I wanted to have a special meal, so we chose Longhorns. As we entered the facility, the Hostess readily greeted us and got us seating. We waited about five to ten minutes before the server actually showed up to the table to take our drink order. We had enough time to actually know what we wanted when she came, so as I stated in the survey, she took our entree order because we gave it to her when she came. The next phase was seamless until my wife found a hair in her table napkin that held the silverware she had just used to butter the bread. The Server after dropping off the drinks and bread seemed to be very preoccupied because we didn't even get the customary "yall still doing good?" The food comes out and my wife is mortified that the steak is still mooing it was so pink. My salmon look as if it had eczema. We tried to enjoy our food, but it was just not tasty at all except for the shrimp because we both got the Shrimp. We'll see if the dogs will eat this, because I certainly just wasted $63 dollars! Other than that, this is one of those instances where I should've just driven to Memphis instead of having this disappointing experience with this location. read more

This visit was Monday evening with a group of 25! The service was very good in that there were 4 servers for the table which was a great idea. However our server Lia R was not the friendliest doing her job with almost a stern tone when speaking with us. We did speak with the manager Ray Nails regarding our concerns. Otherwise, the actual service was very good. I enjoyed the spinach dip. My steak came out as ordered, medium and was also good. However, the loaded baked potatoes were not loaded and the cheese, green onions, bacon was barely there on all potatoes. The mac & cheese was super dry and was returned. Another guest had the chicken parm with broccoli was wonderful. Pictured is 20oz (2) but come 10oz (1). The price is what you'd expect so no complaints. 20oz ribeye was $33, spinach dip was $12. We ordered on Friday, June 12, 2026 6 ounce fillet. Both my mother and I steak look like a small sirloin. I know what a fillet looks like and this was not it. It was not bad but I feel like we paid for something we did not get. read more

I have gone a few times hoping the next time is better. But, the "chowder" did not look like it was advertised, it was not creamy. Every other time, it was very very long wait times. This last time we waited too long for a burger like an hour and when it finally came out everything was cold, I didn't even eat it and the waitress just felt "bad" for me but didn't offer to bring another one or take it off my check. Besides that I asked for utensils multiple times before they brought them over. Overall, I'm very unimpressed with the quality of food and service. It's disappointing. read more

This is my first time at this Longhorn location. We did not have a long wait time! My server was attentive and prompt. Overall it was clean, but I could tell that they had a crowd before we came in around 8:15. My steak was seasoned well! I did not need A1 sauce. My broccoli could have been a little more tender, but it still tasted great! My daughter wanted the molten cake. It wasn't a favorite of mine, but she enjoyed it. I needed my cake to be a little more warmer! Overall good experience! I will be back. read more

Best dinner spot in Millington hands down! We skipped opening night, and went the second night. Gotta tell ya, this crew had it running like a well oiled machine. A few minor inconveniences but they were to be expected during opening week. We went early for a 530 pm dinner trying to beat the rush. Wait was between 30-45 minutes. Once we got in things went smoothly. Place is very clean (to be expected for a brand new building). Ample staff (we learned the red coats are nation-wide staff that volunteer to travel and help launch new locations). Our server came almost immediately as we were seated. Starter bread was nice and warm. We order the Firecracker Chicken Wraps for an appetizer. Oh man these were sooooooo good. They come with an avocado cilantro lime dip that was a perfect contrast to the spicy chicken. We both ordered the Renegade 6 oz Sirloin steaks with Brussels sprouts and Caesar side salads. I added the 4 oz lobster tail to mine to make it surf and turf. Yall..the steaks well flavored and cooked TO PERFECTION! (I ordered medium-rare and the wife ordered hers rare). The Brussels sprouts, they were probably my favorite part. I swear they tasted like toasted marshmallows around a fire pit. (Weird contrast I know but it worked!) The lobster tail was good. Cooked perfect and well flavored. We finished up with desserts. She got THE cheesecake and I got the Strawberries and Cream Shortcake. I want to make a special note about our server, Ms Kara (Sorry if its spelled wrong). When she came to deliver ketchup for our daughter's chicken tenders and fries we were praying over our dinner. She didnt interrupt or drop the ketchup and run. She stood there quietly, hands folded and let our daughter (4 yrs old) finish her prayer. (Thank you for that Kara!) Lastly, the pricing is very reasonable. For appetizers, two steak dinners (one with lobster tail added), a kids chicken tenders and fries, and two desserts, we walked out of there with a bill of less than $100 (+ tip which obviously changes from person to person). $100 bucks for a 3-course dinner for three is not bad at all. And the portions were not sparing. Most folks we saw leaving had bags full of food they couldnt finish. All that to say, sorry Harry's theres new game in town and they came to win. Granted its different styles of food and restaurant, but Longhorn is a game changer for Millington that is used to limited in-town dining options. Will definitely be back! read more

HORRIFIC Experience: Unsanitary Conditions, Rotten Food, and Abysmal Service My family's recent visit to LongHorn Steakhouse was, without exaggeration, the most frustrating, draining, and disgusting dining experience we have ever had. From start to finish, this meal was a disaster that needs to be addressed. While the initial check-in was quick, the problems began immediately with sanitation: * Unsanitary Silverware and Drink: The spoon in my iced tea had nasty, dried food debris on it. When I opened my fresh set of silverware, it was covered in dried-up food and hair. We had to request a manager just to get clean utensils. * Rotten Food: My mother was served a rotten sweet potato that was so visibly disgusting it was nauseating--it was enough to make her too sick to eat anything else. The quality of the main courses was equally appalling: * Ruined Steaks: My father's and my steaks were both severely messed up--it was like chewing on the bottom of a work boot, inedible and tough. * Bland and Cold Sides: My potato and mac and cheese were bland and comparable to low-quality TV dinner food. Because of all these issues, the majority of our plates had to be returned. My husband's food had to be sent back and recooked, my mother returned hers and was too nauseous to order anything else, and I returned my tough steak and sides. The management and service were just as upsetting: * Poor Service and Management Rudeness: The waitress quickly became overwhelmed. When the manager came over to address the mounting issues, she was obviously upset and rude. As we tried to explain what we wanted in place of the ruined food, she actually walked away mid-sentence! * Inconsistent Treatment: We noticed everyone around us (who arrived after us) was receiving the standard fresh bread and butter, but when we asked for it, we were told they were "waiting for more bread." This was an all-around atrocious experience. The management needs to learn how to tend to their customers and maintain basic standards of hygiene and food preparation. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN. I have been here twice and ordered a steak. The first time there was so much pepper on my steak I could nearly eat it and my husbands was the same way. Second time I asked for no pepper and they didn't put any seasoning on it at all. The garlic Mac n cheese was so garlicky a person who loves garlic couldn't even eat it. Brought a party of 10 to the restaurant, was at 4pm with no one waiting to be seated. Lots of empty tables and booths. They refused to seat us together, stated we had to have separate servers for our group. Even though there was and empty booth right next to our table. Walked in with a family of 7, one was a baby. We were separated because they don't sit more than 6 together. The manager said it was for the best experience. It clearly was not. Then, after we ordered, my food came out and was eaten before my families since we were separated so I sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for their food. Last night, I went to the restaurant in Millington with high hopes. I was told there would be a long wait and that since my party had 12, they couldn't get us a table big enough, but they would do their absolute best to seat us as close together as possible. After waiting 1hr and 20 min, they said they had a 6 top and a table rt next to it that was clearing out a 4 top so I was pleased. This is where things went off the rails.. Inside, there was complete Chaos. I was shown to the 6 top and then the hostes pointed to another 6 top around the corner no where near the first table. There was, however, a giant space where we could have slid the two tables together, which would have been great. We asked if we could do that.. They said No.. "If we do that for you, then we'd have to do it for everyone.." I was like and that's a problem? Shouldn't you be doing that for everyone? The asst manager came over and said, "Well we took tables out as we don't have all the staff yet.. " I said "Well your going to have to wait on both table in different sections, arguably with 2 waitresses vs. one with the table slid together so what you're saying makes no sense?? Having been a bartender for 10 yrs in my youth, sliding tables together to accommodate larger parties was the norm..I was astounded. AS this was happening the 4 top right next to our 6 top was clearing out.. I went up to the front desk and asked if it was okay for us to sit for the rest of our party. Some were small children so it would have been fine for our number with high chairs. She said "Sure no problem.." I told the rest of the party that we had been given the ok, and they began to sit down.. out of nowhere a different manager came out and told the people seating at the 4 top I was just promised they had to get up and move. This was the last straw.. I have never seen such incompetence and chaos in a restaurant ever.. Ive been to several Longhorns in different states and downtown Memphis and always had good service and never had a problem with seating.. I cant say if the food was good because we left and went to Huey's. who had no problem sliding tables together for us. read more
