The service is always horrible. The few times I've gone it's never busy & the staff works so slow. When I ask for additional napkins, syrup or a refill they always forget & don't return to the floor for 20 minutes later. I love that this place has Turkey. As someone that is extremely sensitive to pork and pork oil, I can't eat pork. I can't tell you the amount of times that I've been to a breakfast style restaurant and they didn't have turkey so I have to cut out parts of my breakfast that otherwise I would have liked to have like bacon and sausage. The waitress was older and so sweet. She was extremely informative and assisting. She was doing so much though at one point and a lot of the younger waiters were not doing as much. One even tried to take condiments off of her tables after she had just went to the kitchen to fill them. When we sat, we had no condiments. Staff should not do that to each other. Also, it was so cold at one point other than that, I truly enjoyed myself and I ate A LOT! I barely get to eat breakfast like that with a small amount of options and a crying child so it was so nice. This place is located in a plaza and isn't a stand-alone IHOP with a pointy triangle-shaped roof like most IHOPS. The interior's smaller than most IHOPS. It is clean and organized however and our server was quick, friendly and efficient. I got the Swedish pancakes with lingonberry and a poblano omelette. I loved that they had fresh and spicy jalapenos on the omelette. The omelette was cooked perfectly and had fresh avocado. I also had a side of pancakes. I love that the syrups are already on the table and that you have access to several types of different syrups like old fashioned, blueberry and butter pecan. The Swedish pancake had a good flavor but the texture was rubbery and the crepe was thicker than most crepes I've had before. If you get coffee, you get a coffee vessel so you can basically hand endless coffee. There is plenty of parking here. The menu is pretty big. This IHOP was great! I went in for breakfast and was impressed by the decor and cleanliness of this location. I was super hungry and ready to eat! I was seated immediately, when I walked in. And, even though there were lots of people already seated in the restaurant, the service was speedy and the staff was very friendly. I ordered OJ, coffee, an omelette and wheat toast. Everything was delicious and I would definitely go back. They left a pot of coffee on the table, which was very exciting to me because I love coffee! This is a great place. This IHOP used to be pretty good! But last time we went it took them a half hour just to bring us our drinks. We never got to order because we quit waiting after 45 minutes and left. Tonight, the restaurant was empty except for my children and I. And despite the complete lack of distraction the staff screwed up the bill, charging me twice. When I asked for them to reverse the second charge, I was told they couldn't do that and I would have to wait a couple of days for it to sort itself out on its own.
