This is the worst IHOP I've visited and I wouldn't recommend it not even to my enemy. First off they seated us and the waiter takes our order. He come with my cup of coffee and IV's tea and he forgot the honey. I look around and I see people that ordered coffee also have a little coffee pot and I don't. Then they are seating people at least every other table but then another black couple comes in and the seat them directly behind us..no empty table between us. Then they bring us our pancakes with one little piece of butter on the top and none on the other and two little half coooked sausages that looked like the needed a drink of water just like us. When the waiter asked me was everything ok I asked to speak to the manager. He replied that the manager wasn't there by put the owner was and to me that was even better. The owner comes over and I start off by asking why the other tables that had coffee also had little coffee pots and he lied and said it was because of COVID restrictions. When I had him turn around and actually see the tables that had the pots he said he didn't understand how they had them. Them I voiced my displeasure with those hopeless sausages and he said he would take them off the bill. Then I asked why they seated everyone at every other table and seated two black couple right together and he had no answer. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had so go at your own risk but you've been warned. The owner seemed to be disconnected and didn't really care about my concernes why he even pushed my plate and I asked him why he was touching my plate and he proceeded to take it but he was actually not to customer friendly. I could hear other people having thins taken off their billed and they even tried to bill us for 2 orange juices that we never ordered or drank...BEWARE!!! read more

Food and service were great. Didn't like the busboys and wait staff standing around staring at us while we ate. Counted 7 of them standing and staring, was a little uncomfortable. Other than that it was great. Ty. read more

I love IHOP and was SO excited when one opened close by. Location is clean, a nice layout and out of the 2 times I was there, service was okay and food was acceptable. However, as delicious as their pancakes are the prices have gone up drastically since I have last visited one - asked for a side of fries got the size of a kids meal fries and costs me $5.99! read more

Horrible Customer Service. Waited 45 minutes for a supposedly 15 minute wait holding a crumpled up dingy index card with a celebrity's name written on it. Turns out they had crossed our "name" off early and several parties who arrived after us had already been seated. Workers fool around and don't wear proper uniform and don't seem to care or want to apologize when they make a mistake. Will happily travel 10. 15, 25 minutes more to a better Ihop with a more competent staff. read more

Friendly waitresses, they greet you and always double check with you on details and such. Good food, compare to ihop CT, they prep it better. Clean and comfy environment to dine in at. read more

Just ordered take out from there for the first time (usually order from the Franklin park location) and will never order from there again. I ordered a combo with sunny side up eggs and they put my pancakes on top of the eggs.The pancakes crushed the eggs and became covered in yolk and could not be eaten, waste of money. Definitely will drive the extra few minutes next time to a different location. read more

We were seated upon entering and there were more employees than tables yet after being ignored for 15 minutes, we got up and left. On the way out I told the manager we would be back when they were less busy :-) Maybe they need better management I hope they work it out as we enjoy IHOP. read more

I visited this location today at around 1130. After being seated, it took approximately 10-15 for a server to arrive while every other table was being served. When the server finally came, one napkin was provided for 2 people but no more. We ordered chicken and waffles and my friend ordered a side of scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese. When the food came, we tasted the eggs which tasted as if they were spoiled. We then asked for butter for the waffles (seemingly we had to ask for every single thing that should have been provided.) A gentleman came out and brought the butter and asked about the eggs. We advised him that eggs tasted spoiled, to which he responded that maybe they were just over cooked. I advised him that the flavor is not the same as overcooked. I advised him to taste them himself if he had not yet thrown them away, so he could see what we meant. His rebuttal was he's serving eggs all morning, but not these particular eggs of course. At that point we were finished. I asked for to go boxes. He brought out 2 of the smallest ones he could find and we paid the bill and left. Will NEVER return to this location. Have NEVER had a bad experience at an ihop ever but I guess there's a first time for everything. read more

Judging from the recent reviews (this last month) this IHOP needs to hire new hosts. They said it would be a 15-minute wait. 40 minutes later, I walk up and ask them why people that came in after us have been seated already and saw that our name (the celebrity name they give everyone) had already been crossed out. The owner Raesh is extremely rude and fires employees almost everyday. The employees are scared of him. The manager Tony flirts with the female employees. They don't care about their staff at all. Not professional at all. They need new management and the place smells. read more

Beware!!! Doesn't honor any ihop coupon! If you are hungry, definitely don't come to this ihop. There was only 6 tables of customers and we waited 20 minutes for the waiter to order our food, then waited 30 more minutes for our food. In addition, the waiter never come back to give us drink refill or offer refill for our unlimited fries. This is the worst ihop experience I ever had. read more

This place should not even be in business . Visiting from out of state , we waited to be seated . Then the server came to take drink order , and she literally disappeared. Everyone who came in after us were getting their food while we still were waiting to get our orange juice . I had to walk up to the front and ask for a manager and was ignored again . So we ended up just walking out after 40 minutes of waiting. Worst ihop franchise ever . read more

No rating if there is a minus than the zero I will give them went there today for a breakfast was the most mistake in life I did i ordered the tip sirloin with sunny side up eggs and my wife ordered the breakfast sampler with over medium eggs I got the over medium and my wife got the sunny side up eggs i told the waitress what's wrong with the food that they have the eggs mixed up start giving me an attitude then she took them back to the kitchen half hour later got the food ice cold then I told them to bring me some regular milk I got charge for a whole glass of milk I ask for a manager to talk to they said no manager available at this time I asked who's in charge then no one was in charge or checking the food how it's coming out them one of the waitresses got in touch with one of the owners I asked to talk to them the waitress refused to give me the phone when I asked for the receipt they took of the charge of my food but they still charged me for the milk and I was not told by the waitress that the milk it's an extra charge I refuse to sigh the charge card receipt and left got in touch with Headquaters and they said they will take care of it oh did I mention very bad service to.
