Have been here a few times, prefer IHOPS in Jax, ok here but this last time was too much. Pancakes were barely warm, bacon was cold. I would normally ask for a recook but my hubby and I were so busy, we just needed to eat and go. The waitress was not very friendly either, mainly it was the cold food. Its not up to customers to tell then to serve food that is supposed to be hot, hot! Another day if we had more time, I certainly would have insisted on a redo, we didn't leave a tip which had to suffice. read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would. My family and I walked in at 7:50 pm. I ordered the BBQ Mac sandwich and I was told a few minutes later that the "chef said the pork was still frozen." So I switched my order to an omelette. We then proceeded to wait 50 min for half of our meal. There were still 3 entrees missing at this point. The pancakes were incredibly small. The stack of 3 were smaller than my husbands hand. When the remaining 3 meals finally arrived at an hour on the dot, the chicken in my husbands Sante Fe bowl was burnt and the fries were way overdone. Obviously, we were fed up at this point. Our server was a very lovely lady named Pamela, but unfortunately the restaurant was not very clean. As soon as we went in, the smell of wet dog just overcame us completely - it wasn't even faint: it was STRONG. So strong I had a togh time swallowing my food because it made me lose my appetite. While we were waiting for our food, a huge bug came out of nowhere and landed right in front of him where his food would have been if it had been out. We were so paranoid the whole time, scared another bug would end up on our pancakes. Luckily nothing did but sadly we will not be returning to this location. read more

We work in a busy ED and used Uber Eats to pick up our order from here. There were explicit instructions to send extra butter because everyone was eating pancakes but instead, they sent NO butter! When we called to tell them, we were told to come pick up butter but if we could have gotten there, we wouldn't have wasted money on inflated food prices and a delivery fee. Racist against white people and not following Covid protocol. Host's mask wasn't covering his nose. My sister and mom waited and then were told they were cleaning off their table. My mom asked the host to wear his mask correctly as he was coughing. He got so angry he walked off. When he returned two African American plp came in and they walked them to the table they just cleaned off. When they said "oh thought you said that was our table" the host was rude. They finally got the table next to the kitchen and they could tell the cook staff had their masks around their chin and no gloves. To top it off The rude host kept walking into the kitchen. They ended up leaving without eating for fear they would do something unsanitary to their food. read more

@IHOP the management your restaurant @ 315 Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, Fl is absolutely horrible. After seeing people seated after us almost finished, I asked the manager why. So I'm not one to usually go to IHOP it's normally my last choice so they definitely earned all five stars for my visit here. Walking in is very clean it smelled fine especially for Central Florida there was ample seating and we didn't wait very long for a food it was well priced and I had the pancakes everything was perfect from start to finish friendly staff and good location. If you're up late and you don't know where to go for breakfast lunch and dinner in Orange Park or the Jacksonville area this IHOP makes the top of my list read more

12-28-27 visit: I was just arriving from a very long flight and was extremely hungry-we arrive a bit after midnight. The manager (I don't recall his name) was very pleasant. He talked and laughed with us-even told us funny stories about where he was from. Upon arriving the restaurant​ was nice and clean from sight, not crowded​ at that moment and our server was​ pleasant and nice. My daughter and I was there on Saturday-5/5\/18 around 11:40Am. We did not have a long wait, we both gave our server our order. I had ordered the breakfast that consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage,hash browns, and pancakes, when our food arrived, my hash browns were burnt and you could taste the burnt flavor, eggs were cold, pancakes were cold, cold enough that the butter they put on top never melted at all. My daughter's food wasn't much better but as least her butter melted a little on her pancakes but her food was cold too. I just put my plate to the side and did not eat any more of the cold food. Eventually the server came back around to refill mu daughter's coffee cup, saw that I was not eating, asked about it and I told her all the food was cold and hash browns were burnt, eventually I guess someone that had more ranking than the server did, asked if I wanted more food fixed, I said no thank you I had lost my appetite at that point. I get my bill for $19.44 and no adjustments had been made for the food, no one apologized, the cashier didn't ask how the breakfast. I will never go back to IHOP ever again. I made a comment on my FB page and I received more comments about how terrible the food was and how they had never been back to Ihop because of the terrible food conditions and NO Manager ever came to inquire about their food and service too. My boyfriend and I came to this IHOP on a very busy Halloween night. As a server I understand a busy night but they handled it very well. Make sure and look at your receipt before you pay. My past 3 visits at this restaurant, they tried to overcharge me. This visit, I asked for a senior coffee which is .99 and I also had a $5 coupon with the purchase of $15 or more. When I got the bill, it was $23.16; they charged me $2.49 for the coffee and only gave me $3 off for a $5 coupon! I brought it to the server's attention and she said she changed it and brought me the new receipt totaling $19.44. I gave her my credit card and she brought me the receipt to sign and it was again $23.16 I had to get up to find her and told her she charged me for the first amount. So she re-rang it and it should've been $19.43 but she decided to charge me an extra penny rounding up the total from .12. If anyone has taken a math class, you only round up if the number is 5 or greater. So this place will even cheat you out of a penny. This is the last time I go to this rip off place. If they are that hard up for money that they cheat people any way they can, I'll go to Waffle House, Grumpy's or Metro Diner. read more

My family & I really enjoy coming here. I had the New York cheesecake pancakes with strawberries, my wife had the 6 oz steak, our eldest son had the cheese omelet, along with 2 pancakes, my daughter had the Baby Cakes, and our youngest son had the cheeseburger with fries. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed their food. The service was excellent. We will definitely come back, and highly recommend this restaurant. :) read more

It's the normal place every IHOP seems to be the same none of them knock you back or amaze you it's all decent food at an average price

We waited 20 mins to be seated, then 15 mins at the table before I had to flag down the hostess to let her know no one had taken care of us. We finally get a waitress who takes our drink order, we also order, then we wait an hour and a half for our food. The food comes out one plate at a time and that takes another 5 mins. Then two of the orders are incorrect. They did take one off and they took off our drinks but the service was bad.., never again.. I'll go to waffle house next time read more

This ihop is pretty good. It can be spotty at times service wise but the food is usually spot on. Be wary at night though they've had some big fights and the police had to get involved. They do have wifi but the manager is kind of a snot about sitting you near an outlet. read more
