Aug 1 my family and I came here . Service was terrible. Tables were not cleared and staff was all in the back where is the manager . I ordered a cheese omelet and pancakes . Pancakes came out 10 minutes after the cheese omelet. Cheese omelet had hair in it. Not mine neither I looked. No one came to apologize and they made me an another one . I couldn't eat it after seeing the previous omelet. Instead of being open 24 hours maybe be open 12 and have a manager on site or people who want to work. Came here on as Saturday morning with a friend. The place wasn't as busy as expected and we were seated quickly and given menus. Pretty standard ihop experience. The waiter advertised that they had fresh squeezed orange juice and I ordered one not expecting it to cost $6.99! I ordered the bacon avocado eggs Benedict (which came with hash browns) and my friend ordered the breakfast sampler (eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, pancakes). Nothing special about the location but its definitely a good go to when the craving for pancakes and breakfast foods hit. We were able to pay on the IHOP app by scanning the QR code on the check, which they handed to us quite abruptly, like within 5 minutes of serving us. I haven't been to an IHOP in awhile so I'm not sure if this is standard now. The food is typical IHop food, exactly what I expected but the forgetfulness and slowness of the staff is inexcusable. They did have plenty of time to talk to each other and look at their cellphones. I went with my parents and our server was very patient when my mom couldn't make up her mind. He went back twice to check on us when my mom finally made up her mind. i have been begging my boyfriend to go to ihop for a long time, and finally today the day came and i was so excited. This is a very nice IHOP that my FiL goes to ever other week with his crew lol! The staff is very friendly! And the place is always very clean! It is a typical IHOP, with the typical reduced menu. I miss all the old options, but you know, covid... Hopefully it comes back soon! You cant go wrong with anything here. From pancakes to waffles, they know their breakfast lol! We always go at off times like Tuesday nights etc, and we never really have any wait, nor is it really that packed. We combined have probably tried everything on the menu so far lol! Pancakes are always a solid choice, I usually try to get one of their seasonal specialty pancakes. Other than that, I am a fan of their burrito bowls with extra sauce. My wife is a fan of those as well. Im not the biggest fan of their french toast, it seems a tad bit generic, and they could do a better job with them. That being said, they are good, but really nothing special. One of my last favorites is the steak tips, either the breakfast or dinner option, both are fantastic! Its not the best steak, but for diner quality, it is pretty good! Whenever we go here, it is usually slow, but the staff is always super attentive! Adult portions were not great but priced fine. Where they get you is for the kids. It's IHOP right, so you know what to expect. However, there is a sign up process if the restaurant is busy which leads you to believe that you will be called by the order In which your name was recorded. Well that is not the case here- if you're not paying careful attention - regular customers and friends will be seated ahead of you- this is a terrible practice. We asked about the obvious slight, and was told that "it's just the way our names came up on the iPad" - to which I countered that the Information on the iPad is inputted in the order we arrived- it does not make sense to seat folks who clearly arrived after us before were seated.- That being said, once you are seated, the customer service & food are both good. Had a sudden craving for some pancakes so I came here for dinner with some friends today. The food is what you would expect from an IHOP, but I've noticed that the servers I've encountered the past few times I've come here were all very very friendly. I will say that the service was quite slow today, which I found strange considering it was pretty empty. Still, the server was quite attentive, checking in to make sure everything was okay a few times. He even asked to make sure whether or not we wanted straws for our water (we love environmentally conscious restaurants) and offered to split the bill for us before we even prompted it. I do think the wait today was a bit too much, but I think always meeting such friendly staff members at this location compels me to bump my rating from a 3 to a 4. read more

To echo some other reviewers...I can't believe I am giving IHOP five stars but everything is relative. This IHOP has been here for years but you would never know it when you walk in because everything looks brand new. He was attentive, polite, well spoken, helpful, spotlessly clean in his appearance and a gentleman. The restaurant was packed, it was a Sunday morning, but we were seated promptly, water and drinks delivered right away, order taken and food delivered before you could blink an eye. It's been a while since I had been to an I HOP. I was in such a mood for some breakfast for lunch and I am sure glad I chose this one. The interior looked like it was newly renovated and it was very clean. The waitress was super friendly and was patient with the amount of time it took me to get reacclamated to the menu. I ordered very basic items, eggs, toast, bacon and hash browns with French toast and it all came out perfectly done!! I did ask for no butter on the toast but having it on there was no biggy since the rest of the food was cooked to my liking! This is my new favorite IHOP! My Friday delight on Tuesday. 59 cent pancakes today and there are not open at 7am as advertised. Did not open till 7:12. Not the way to start you're 59th anniversary day I defeated the purpose of just enjoying spending 59 cents and having some great pancakes. So to ease my guilt I decided to have the garden omelet. First time trying it. Broccoli, mushrooms spinach. Was ok. The veggies were not hot like the omelet, EVEN while most the veggies was in the omelet. This location reopened about 8 months ago and it was renovated and it seems like everyone was retrained in customer service...thankfully because the sevice here used to be terrible. My daughter and I stopped here on a whim one day for "breakfast for dinner" and we had a pretty good meal. I had pancakes and two eggs fried hard and my daughter had three eggs, a pancake and hash browns. Now I know this doesn't sound like a meal that could ever get screwed up, but believe me it can. On this night though, the pancakes were delicious and the eggs were done perfectly. What I was impressed with though was the customer service. When I get a waitress that seems to be enjoying her night, is talkative, and has a smile on her face, then I know it's been a good service. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves to be called out for being such a good waitress. Three stars? Yeah, it's a chain that I expect to provide the same quality of food with each visit. It wasn't a superstar meal, but we did receive excellent service and a decent price.
