If the bar-tenders Adam or Jimmy are there, then service and food are fantastic, maybe the best in Parsippany. When they are gone service tanks hard, and the food quality dips a bit. This is at the bar or a table, irreverent of the server. I suspect they set a high standard for everyone. I can't tell you what magic Adam and Jimmy do, I can only speculate. From my perspective they make the place, heart and soul. Near as I can tell the place is always clean, well maintained. wifi is good, and outlets are under the bar. I have used a remote desktop here more then once. Wild at $4 for 20zo is the best deal in town. Being a regular pays here, Managers see to it regulars get extra love. This is more so in the evenings then the afternoon. in summery: Adam and Jimmy mostly work the evenings. Come then and your experience is the best in town. Come in the afternoon, it is hit and miss. National chicken wings day?! Let's go! As we entered, we were given a seat. Ordered some wings, nachos, drinks,. They had this per table 1 order policy of order (6 for example) and get 6 for free. For both boneless and traditional wings . They generally have Tuesday's for traditional wing offers and Thursday's are for boneless wings. Well, national wings day it is! I ordered thru Grubhub. It took almost 2 hours for me to get my food. The driver told me it wasn't ready when he got there. Since it's grubhub, you can see where the driver is and when they leave. Chain restaurants should be better run than this. The cheese was worse than Kraft in plastic. The cheesecurds were so overcooked and hard, they almost broke my teeth. The salad was dressingless. It's been a while that I went to B-dubs and I like wings. I went here with my parents, brother-in-law and sister. We were seated in a booth and it comfortably seated us (a party of five). Our server came about five minutes after we were seated and he took our drink order. We already knew what we wanted so we ordered after we ordered our drinks. We got the 30 piece wings with several different sauces including the Lemon Pepper (sauce--but they do have the rub) and 5 other sauces. I'm not very good with things that are spicy, so I was able to take the lemon pepper sauce. Our waiter didn't really check up on us to see whether we needed anything until we almost finished, but it's fine, although my brother-in-law had to flag him down for a refill of his drink and I had to flag him down for our check. It's just never crispy enough.. but ok for their price point. And other items on the food menu was decent. Their beer is also surprisingly cold and cheap! So I'm definitely a fan! I swore id never try BWW ever again after a nasty mess from a takeout order a few years ago, but this is where my son wanted to go for his bday. This was Definitely the last time no matter what. The service was the WORST ive ever encountered. It took 20 minutes and 4 different people just to get our water, soda and utensils. We stopped in the day after Christmas with our two kids. Walked in at 5:50 and were seated pretty quickly. The restaurant was pretty empty - maybe 25% of tables had dining customers. We were given the smallest table with that stupid metal setup for menus and ketchup etc. Not ideal at all, but we managed. Our waitress walked by a few times yet didn't come to our table until 6pm on the dot. I had been interested in some of the food specials for happy hour that ended at 6pm since they handed us the advertisement for the deals when we sat down. But we missed them. So we placed our order and it took forever. From the time we sat down to the time the food arrived it was 45 minutes. And we didn't order anything crazy. Wings, a burger, Mac and cheese, and fries. Our waitress was not friendly and when we asked for the milk that was supposed to come with the kids' meals she said "you were supposed to tell me what when you ordered". Sorry, it said it on the menu and you didn't ask so I assumed. When we were done we waited over and over for boxes and lids for sauces and another tabled asked 6 times for lids for their sauces and walked out without it because it never came. Do not go for the all you can eat wings deal. It's pointless. They brought out 30 wings for my wife and kids 25 mind after we ordered. I got the all you can eat and after 2 and a half hours I got 28 wings. And it's not that I was slow eating them. As soon as i had them within 3 min I was done. This BWW is my favorite location. Not only is it not as packed as the Secaucus location, but the service is impeccable. You can tell the restaurant is run under great management. The Secaucus location had made me reconsider coming to a BWW ever again due to messing up delivery orders and over an hour plus wait. This one is such a relief and asset to the franchise in my opinion. The lunch menu gets you wings fries and a drink for $11. Can't beat that! read more

This review is not really about the specific location but BWW as a whole. The food travels well for delivery. Its cold but nuke it for 30 seconds and you're fine. The food is good. But the prices are insane. I pay for the nostalgic factor. I used to watch my favorite sports teams out of market there because it was the only place I could watch. And even then the food was good. I understand inflation but its too much for not a lot of food. Quick hack is get the kids meal. Fries are the same size with either 4 wings or a single party cheese burger. Service was terribly slow, and there were no other customers. My simple, dry martini (which I ordered on the rocks) was served straight up and to me (who has enjoyed martinis in many restaurants) the drink tasted watery, probably because the spirits remained with ice too long in the shaker or stirring glass. Came here to see a friend that was back from the Navy and also because we missed eating half off wings Food: I ordered a small order of Caribbean Jerk and Desert Heat. Since it was Tuesday and it was buy one get one free, I ended up with 18 wings instead of the usual 9 in a small order. Desert heat is one of my favorites that I almost always order because of the spice level and flavor. The Caribbean Jerk was pretty good, but the sauce was a little too thick for me after eating 4 or 5 of the wings. I guess that's what happens when you end up eating 9 wings of the same flavor... Service/Environment: Service was pretty average. Took a bit, but all the orders came out at once. The restaurant is like any other Buffalo Wild Wings; lots of seating for parties of all sizes and a bunch of TVs with various sporting events. Price: It was around $9.60 for an order of small wings, so getting 18 total with the buy one get one deal is pretty good! I would definitely recommend coming in on Tuesdays or Thursdays for the deal or coming after 10pm for happy hour specials. (Half off apps and discounts on select drinks) Overall: Buffalo Wild Wings was a staple of our friend group's diet during college (Which I do not recommend), so it was nice to come eat at one after a while. Came here on Tuesday night for a big gathering (12 people). Plenty of parking and the location is very clean. Getting a table was quick and they were very accommodating for our large group. It was also a nice touch that they timed it so that all the food came out at the same time. They got the orders all correct too, no small challenge for 12 different orders and all the flavor options. I've visited this location several times, and each time I've gotten a good seat at the bar, excellent service, great drink prices ($2-3 pint specials pretty much all the time) and an incredible wall full of HD large screens to watch all the games. This particular Buffalo Wild Wings is also super clean and noticeably family friendly. The food (once again, expectations) is simply bar food, specializing in wings, nothing fancy but certainly satisfying when watching an NFL game.
