Paid a visit for breakfast with the kids. This is a newer facility, clean and well organized. One of the kids had the traditional breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage, and hash browns. She said it was good. Another one of the kids ordered the strawberry waffle with cream cheese; she said the cream cheese was kind of off and the strawberries were not too sweet. Service was good. Overall not a bad experience, about what you should expect from IHOP. Will we return? I'm not sure... it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. read more

I got here pretty much first thing in the morning as they opened and found the service pleasant enough. It was such a great surprise to see our favorite waiter here at IHop from the closed Denny's on Hwy 90. The manger here has made an excellent choice by this hire! He was with Denny's for 40 years!!! We were greeted immediately when we walked in the door and seated shortly. This restaurant is always clean and friendly. I had the ham and cheese omelette from the value menu and it did not disappoint. They have the best pancakes. My friend had the 55 plus menu and he said it hit the spot. We will be back. read more

Took about 40 minutes to get our food. Server was non existent and not very thorough. Big breakfast burrito presentation wasn't great on the plate, burrito was bland. We (2 of us) went in to get breakfast this morning (5/24/26) and knew it was busy but never expected to be there almost an hour and 30 minutes to have a "quick breakfast"! We were taken straight to our table but waited 5 minutes to see our waitress which was fine because we knew exactly what we wanted and ordered immediately. Our food finally came out after asking the waitress for it (over an hour)..it was cold (probably would have been pretty tasty if hot) but we were so hungry we ate some of it anyway and then asked for a small box to take the salvageable part home. We asked for the check and a box to go which took another 10+ minutes because she forgot the box and she had to hunt for change when we have her cash. Not sure if our waitress just forgot us (cold food ) or it was the kitchen because everyone else got their food. We do know that everyone that was coming in with us when we got there, had eaten and left and several of the next set of customers that came in after us even beat us out of the restaurant. This was UNACCEPTABLE!!!! We were told it was all the to go orders/pickup that held ours up...2 breakfast ordered an hour plus earlier in a restaurant should take priority over any carryout order, don't you think!!! The waitress acted offended when we told her our food was cold and said I'll order you a new one... Really ??? No, Thank you, we would have been there the rest of the day!!. We thought we'd found a new place to go eat, we retired and eat out on a regular basis...we were so disappointed. This place needs to step up their service and if the kitchen is understaffed, not take so many carryout orders during peak hours especially if it affects their in store sit down customers negatively like this!! Bad staf at kitchen! We order the spicy poblano, we had a regular omelette just shredder pork when supposedly be beef, without the sauce and avocado, just simply horrible insipid omellet, even the ny cheesecake pancakes they served whiteout whipped cream and just 4 strawberries, really disappointed, our server was really nice trying to fix kitchen issues. They even started cleaning our table while we were still sitting down, as if to get rid of us. No recommend this location. read more

September 6, 2025 This morning we (4 of us) came to this location. We and other families waited to be seated for at least 25 minutes. I approached a waitress and asked her if there was anyone that could seat us. She said we will be with you in a minute. 5 more minutes passed and we left. Now if you don't have enough staff to run your restaurant then there is no need to open or let people seat themselves. When you have only 2 servers then you don't need to be open. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. Arrived about 11:15 a.m. Ordered one breakfast sampler (eggs over easy) and one bacon omelet. Food took extremely too long to reach our table. Waitress never came to check on us between ordering, serving and then check. Each meal came out at a different time. Eggs whites were quite runny and unappetizing. Pancakes were way too cold (lump of butter didn't even begin to melt on top). Will NEVER stop at this IHOP again. read more

We were in Pensacola to visit family. On our way back to Georgia. We decided to stop for breakfast at the IHOP on Pine Forest Road. When we came in, there were already four people waiting and nobody at the hostess stand. We waited several minutes, and the only employee we saw was one woman bussing tables. We decided to leave and go to the Cracker Barrel up the street, and on the way to the car, we saw another employee standing outside, smoking a cigarette and texting on her phone. My husband and I wanted Ihop so we went to this one. I have read the reviews and wow. We entered during a quiet time and we were greeted and given menus. Our server was awesome, happy, and ready to cater to us. We ordered and yeah my food came out wrong. I did not get grilled jalapenos along with several other issues. But our food was good, warm and the place was clean. It was the cook that was screwing up and it wasn't just our meal he was screwing up. Roach. Literally had a roach walk across the table and I had to kill it before it climbed onto our son's meal. Needless to say, we did not finish eating. The waitress was kind, but clearly no management was around to assist. She was the only one in the main area doing both the seating, waiting, and bussing. Management needs to figure this place out- rather new management and hire more staff. On the surface it appears clean, but they're hiding something with something like roaches crawling up onto tables. Disgusting. After another 15 minutes I finally asked to have the charge reversed and manager obliged. I'm sure they're just short staffed. We went here because it was close to our hotel. Service was so-so. Had to ask for drink refills. But the food was terrible. The omelette was so greasy! Apparently the meat wasn't drained after cooking. The $8 onion rings were overcooked and hard. And the pancakes were terrible. Chewy on the edges. My fork had trouble cutting them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Service is terrible. I feel bad for the workers just because they're short in staff, and had no management. We waited 20 mins to be asked what we wanted to drink and another 20 mins to have our food order taken, then 45 mins for our food to be brought out. All the tables around us were dirty. The waitresses were arguing amongst each other about having bad attitudes with one another and being frustrated of how behind they were with their tables. One good thing is that when we got our food, it was all brought out together and wasn't cold. But we were not brought any syrup, or extra napkins or had our drinks refilled. We were on our way out back home to Houston, and wanted to have one final breakfast before getting on the road, but this place was a huge disappointment. I live right down the road so my family and I were very excited when this ihop opened. We've tried this location 3 times and everytime our order is wrong. One time I ordered blueberry pancakes, and they came out with no blueberries. I was told the kitchen was out of blueberries. The next time my sons happy face pancake was served with no fruit, was told after serving, that they were out of strawberries. This past time I ordered the turkey Melt, which had the avocados missing. The waitress asked the back cooks for avocados, which she then was told they were out. I received no discount for missing ingredients. The waitress suggested they should have a board for the cooks to write when they are out of an ingredient, which I agree with. Either that, or make a run to the local walmart and pick up some blueberries, strawberries, avocados, ect. read more
