The IHOP on N Feeway in Pueblo, CO must have gotten a new morning cook. My father and I used to really enjoy this place. The last 3 times, the food we have ordered looks and tastes terrible. The bacon tastes more like a dirty grill. The country gravy is very thin and tasteless. The first time, I thought maybe this was a one time incident; however this is now the 3rd visit since, that it has been horrible. I can not speak for the evening; however this is the mornings that we have had these issues. I hope this review brings attention to whomever oversees the cook. Hopefully he/she will learn from this if they are held accountable and trained better read more

Not too sure about the negative reviews on here, but I was completely satisfied with this IHOP location. From the waitress to the manager who checked on the customers often, we felt very welcome here. The food was cooked well and the restaurant was clean. read more

Have to give it 5 starts. It's the first restaurant I have eaten in after a year. 6 am Saturday morning, first ones in the place. You could smell the bacon from the parking lot. The service was friendly, if not prompt. And my son's burger was good (once he removed the rotten lettuc). That said, after decades of this being one of our regular spots to eat in Pueblo (& better than the south location) we will probably not come back. Waited a very long time for a cold flat biscuit with barely enough watered down gravy to cover half. Even the eggs seemed watered down and the flavor of everything was off and dry. It's IHOP. I don't know what one might be expecting when one walks in the door, but one is going to get IHOP. It was fairly busy for 11 am on a Tuesday. Not busy enough for a wait but I was surprised by how full it was. It's very clean. The service is both prompt and friendly. My server took good care of me, but mostly left me alone. I was alone and I had my earphones in and he took that to mean I wanted to enjoy my pancakes in peace. He was right and I did. I took my time and relaxed and did not feel pressured to move on. I was a little sad to see that the Cinnastacks were no longer on the menu, but I preserved and got the birthday cake pancakes. They were really good. It was a positive pancake experience. read more

Outstanding experience! We came in on a Saturday night around 9ish. The place looks nice, update feel, clean and was very nice. We were immediately greeted by a friendly and welcoming greeter. We were sat and our server came to the table quickly to take our drink order. She was very fond when she delivered our coffees... She pre-warmed the cups do that the coffee would cool down to fast!!!!! Amazing. She then took out order and the food arrived it was hot quick and exams ordered. I had the burger it was cooked perfect and very good and juicy. We have zero complaints and I honestly can't even understand how this could even be the same staff or restaurant from the poor reviews here. Truly the best IHOP experience I've had. No joke, we are from Denver and this is our first time at this Pueblo IHOP, but I will surely come back! Keep up the great work! ‼Highly Unsanitary‼ Just went to dine in. My hubby and I got seated right in front of the kitchen. None of the kitchen employees were wearing gloves. I watched an employee reach over to grab one our plates and brushed his hand on the butter of my pancakes, lick his hand, and wipe it on his shirt. Then continued handling our food. We brought it up to our waiters attention, he took the food back and told us that they aren't required to wear gloves and that the employees don't touch our food. The food was great , but the service was awful. Make sure you come with alot of patience because most workers here hate their job. We got there, barely had received our food and they brought the receipt. When we called the waiter for toast for my toddler's meal , she didn't even let me speak and said she would bring boxes for us. Let me first say that the waiter was very nice. Unfortunately his personality didn't outweigh the service. My family and I occupied a four top where it took a minimum of 15 minutes to get drinks before waiting another 10 minutes to order. Once we placed the order we waited a solid 20-25 minutes before our food came. Keep in mind it was 10:00 on a Monday night in a fairly quiet restaurant. Once we got the order the eggs weren't cooked to my specifications, and one order was completely wrong. Rather than wait another 20-30 minutes for a remade order we just kept the plates given to us so we could get back on the road. read more

Just pulled off the highway and the first restaurant was IHOP. It was packed, even groups were waiting outside the door...but we were seated right away. The restaurant was extremely busy. Our waitress, Jackie (training manager), she came to us immediately and food was delivered to our table within 5 minutes. Jackie was attentive, professional and took great care of us.
