The service was absolutely terrible. There were only two servers working and they both appeared to be in high school and were very undertrained. Nice, but slow. After I was seated I waited 10 minutes just to get a drink order in. Also my seat in the booth was covered in duct tape? I realize IHOP isn't a fancy wine and dine place but I think the basics should be expected. As in proper furniture and average speed service. However, the food was really good. The chef in the back I saw him a few times, he's a middle aged African American man- he knows his stuff. My veggie omelette was amazing. He's the only saving grace of this establishment. This place is GREAT for kids! Kids eat free with an adult platter, the servers and managers have complete patience and there are a lot of healthy choices for picky eaters. Rex was our server. He was awesome and the manager Rod stopped by our table as well. Both took the interrogations from our miniature terrorists in stride. Horrible company, apparently they think it's ok to charge your card a month after you think your actually paying for your meal. No respectably professional business does this. And apparently it's legal for the shitty companies to wait 3 months to charge your bank account. It's ridiculously unprofessional and just annoying. Never going here again. Do not use gift cards at this location they don't know what to do with them. They have taken me twice on gift cards and I am telling family not to give me a gift card. The waitresses are not trained how to take gift cards off your bill. it has happened twice that my breakfast cost me about $7 more than it should have. They also don't like to give a receipt as to what is left on the card. Service was not good either. Everyone at our table had a problem. Beware of this location. read more

The restaurant was dirty, booths were torn & falling apart and the air conditioning was dripping on the tables. I went with my Mom and my Husband. We all ordered omelets, I ordered off the menu and they both built their own omelets. Mine came as ordered, which was just an ok omelete. Theirs were nothing like they ordered. We would have told the waitress but she never came back, so they scraped off the items that they didn't want and ate the meal because we were hungry. After we finished the meal the waitress apologized & said that one of our orders was wrong, I said that we had 2 wrong orders and again she apologized. It was obvious that my Husband's was not what he ordered because he left half of his omelet on the plate. When she brought the check, she said that she would give us a big discount. I would have thought they could have given us 1 free meal since 2 out of 3 were wrong, we got $4 taken off our bill. This was not a good experience & won't be back. read more

My wife and I went in the other evening (2/28 if correct). It was not too busy and we were seated immediately. We were promptly greeted by our server and the coffee was the first item requested. We got this in no time and we needed a few minutes to decide what we wanted. We tried the appetizer of the mozzarella sticks. They came to us pretty quickly and were larger than normal in size, and with enough mozzarella in them to make it almost stringy with each bite. I then ordered the Philly Cheese steak and the Mrs. ordered the fish. Both meals came out well within expectation and were good. I probably would have liked more cheese and definitely onions on it. My wife said the fish was good to the taste. An overall good meal and not priced to break a budget. I do admit, I was thinking about having an omelette...man they're so good there. So the overall score for dinner is a B. Of course I'd give the breakfast an A...no doubt there - I have definitely been there enough times in the mornings :) read more

We wanted breakfast, We always order hot tea, their coffee is always too strong for us, We had grits, which were good, pancakes, hash browns, crisp bacon, my scrambled eggs were OVERCOOKED, We also had the red velvet dessert thing, not a fan. Women's restroom was clean, the men's needed attention, considerably. The waitress was very good, but we heard her complaining about her tips for today. Guess what folks? I usually love IHOP but this location is so disappointing. On my last visit, I had to send my food back twice. I had ordered the steak tips and the first time they were black. They came back out no more than five minutes later and it was as though they had only browned the outside to pacify me because the inside was raw and cold. The waitress was never around, so I eventually just talked to the manager - she wasn't exceptionally friendly either. You could tell she was busy and just wanted us out of her hair. Whatever. Totally tasteless and the "so called"dressing was nothing but wet bread. Giant omelets (enough for two meals) and delicious harvest grain pancakes made for a great breakfast this morning. Everything was served hot and quickly. I had the chicken fajitas omelet and my wife had the "Who Roast Beast" omelet. Both were great as was our server Vinnie, who was attentive and made sure my wife's special dietary request was followed perfectly. He had a very good knowledge of the menu and food preparation process to meet her needs, a skill which we don't find everywhere. read more

Let me say first that our service was great. All of the staff seemed attentive and our server was very nice. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. I asked for pancakes and well done hash browns and my husband got eggs and hash browns. My pancakes were not cooked all the way through, so I asked to have them remade. The server and manager were very kind about it. While waiting for my pancakes, I decided to eat my hash browns, but I only ate a small portion because they were barely cooked as well. My second set of pancakes were pretty good. My husbands eggs looked like pretend play food. They were so over cooked. My husband then pointed out that the eggs, hash browns, and the original pancakes all appeared to be cooked basically the same way... over cooked on one side, and underdone on the other side. It was like they didn't flip any of the food over. Whatever the case may be, we will go somewhere else for breakfast next time. read more

I went in for some breakfast for dinner with my son last night, and we had an amazing experience. Our waitress Nicole was very on top of things and very friendly. I ordered a pancake combo which comes with eggs. Well, I hate eggs, so she offered me another piece of bacon in place of it. Very kind gesture...usually I don't get asked out of the blue if I'd like something additional. Asked me if I wanted a regular or kids cup for me son...again, usually he is just given an adult glass when I'd prefer a kids cup for him. Also whether we preferred a booth or a table. Nicole was training another associate and seemed like she was doing a very good job of it. Pretty quick service and a clean restaurant. Our food was delicious. When we checked out at the end, we were told kids eat free with an adult entrée. I had no idea about this so was very pleasantly surprised when I heard about this. The manager was very polite also and asked how our experience was. I would definitely come back here. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the restaurant was very cold and we were freezing until we started eating our food. Other than that, very pleasant. read more

My wife and I always go here when we have breakfast on our minds. They food is great and the prices are awesome. However our most recent visit was very poor. We went out on Saturday dec 23rd, yes a busy weekend and it had snowed. By the time we got there most of the snow was melted and the sidewalks and roads were clear. When I was approaching the front door of IHOP I nearly lost my two feet and fell from ice. I was very lucky to catch myself from falling. I am younger but that fall would have been bad even for me! I mentioned this to a worker that was near the front door and she didn't seem to care, in fact she didn't even acknowledge me when I had it. I then said something to the manager that was at the front register and the manager said she will get it taken care of. When we were leaving about 30-45 minutes later the ice was still there, no salt or anything.. This beyond made me mad and proves that IHOP does not care about customers. If I would have fallen and broke something Ihop would be looking at a lawsuit. A lot of older folks go there and it's clear IHOP doesn't care. I wont be returning. read more

Absolute garbage. We arrived at 10:45 at this ihop. It took an hour for us to get our food. The waiter kept saying our food was coming but it took forever. The pancakes were shit. They didn't get the eggs right and the eggs were cold. The meat tasted like ass. The waiter never came our way and he kept hitting on the girls. Overall the food was extremely overpriced for the shitty quality we received. I would give this no stars but I don't think that's an option. I would stay away from this ihop at all costs. read more
