It needs a zero star review. We arrived at 8:40 and were told it would be 10-15 minute wait. Sat after 20 minutes. Ordered drinks and food immediately. 20 minutes later a larger group is sat and orders. An hour passes we have no Food but the larger group that was sat after us received theirs. This place is an absolute train wreck crashing into dumpsters on fire. On a Sunday morning they are seating at about 25% capacity when they can be 75%. Severely understaffed. We've been here for over 45 minutes and just found out they lost our order. When asked if they could prioritize our order, the answer was no. We asked to speak to the manager; she couldn't come to us after we waited for her for quite a while. My husband had to physically go get the manager to ask her to bump our food to the front. I gave this one star because I had to. The service was horrible. Dirty knife never got replaced, had to ask for salt and pepper,husband never received toast, no refills on coffee. Manager asked and we told her of the faults. She never apologized or compensated us. If you do not ask for real eggs you get powdered which tasted horrible. $31.00 for a bad experience. Place was nice looking and modern. Wasn't crowded. Lynette was a great waitress, attentive and nice. The food however was tepid. The hash browns were cold as well as the eggs and bacon. WOW! This place has REALLY turned itself around lately! It used to be dingy and dirty, but its super clean and aesthetically pleasing to sit here for your morning breakfast now! Its cozy and our waitress rocked! She did a great job and listened to how my mom liked her food..well done! Use to be when we came here it was fantastic. The place was always packed and the food was good, waiters and waitresses were nice. But all of sudden, when we drove by no one was around. We came to find out why and oh boy. Out waiter was friendly and kept check on us but he was very unprofessional. He sat down rubbing his knees right beside us in our booth. Some of the conversation he tried to have with us was not good either. Complaining about having to hear the same music. And he jokling was talking about not being able sit where we wanted to and it was all just very unproffessional. Who I assume was the manager was very friendly also. Now I am not a fan of IHOP so I rarely eat there but yesterday I called in an order of three scrambled eggs cheddar cheese and a side of salsa. When I got back to my office I discovered that my order was a block of cheese a side of egg and some salsa. There was entirely too much cheese in those eggs and as a cheese lover if I'm saying that it's a little bit of an oxymoron. Anyway I called IHOP back to tell them that my order looked like it was meant for a mouse and not me considering all the cheese in these eggs. I spoke with a lady named Tania and she was so sweet this morning she redid my order and even offered me orange juice. I feel like she handled the situation very professionally I even offered to bring back the block of cheese to show her and she didn't want to see it. After meeting a friend and her kids for lunch I ordered a pork chop meal and was disappointed with the taste and how difficult it was to cut and chew. One of my lunch companions ordered a Sampler meal and her hash browns were inedible. It will be quite a while before we go back. In addition to the poor taste of the meal, the server kept forgetting our order and had to come back to the table several times to ask questions. After everything with the food the server kept bothering us to go ahead and pay for our bill! With all that and the food being sub-par I definitely will not be going back soon. read more

the manger is so disrepectful towards her waitresses, I have never been so disgusted in my life it made me very angry. I believe her name is macey, I heard her yelling at one of the waitresses saying she was gonna "fire her ass" for being in the bathroom. I brought my four year old son, to the restaurant for a family breakfast, it disgusted me to have him exposed to that type of language and behavior. The young lady was so upset, she walked towards the back after being so embarrassed by the managers behavior. I have never felt so bad for a person as I did while I was there. Lynette made this IHOP experience awful for me. She was a rude waitress and got snappy when I had a complaint. Not to mention she was belittling her coworkers to customers and the coworkers faces. My cup was given to me with lipstick on it, I asked for a new drink and it took 20 minutes. My friend was given the wrong food and it wasn't fixed at all. My other friend was only served half of her food and wasn't given the rest of it until her food that was served first, was cold. Very sticky floors and tables. Ok - so it's an IHOP, I really didn't expect much here. We came in to eat after a baseball game, and I'm pretty sure it must have been senior discount night. I don't think I have ever had pleasant conversations with so many people in a restaurant! Staff was friendly, patrons seemed to be local and were very interested in talking to my 15 year old son about his baseball game (he was in full uniform). Food came out fast and waiter was great. We had the best waitress who was so kind and had the best skills. It was one of the best experiences we have had at a restaurant and I say that from eating at even higher end restaurants. I did not catch her name but I do know she was Japanese because we discussed some of her heritage and her move to the United States and her husband's military service. We watched her pray with a family, I am not sure what they were going through but it was touching to see. This was at about 9pm at night on Sat the 17th. Our food came out promptly which goes out to the cooks behind the scenes. We had a 7 1/2 drive that turned into a 10 hour drive due to traffic delays and to have this service and kindness was refreshing and a good night to the end of our travels. read more

I have been to plenty of IHOPs but this was the worst. Upon arrival, we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Then another 10 minutes for our nasty coffee which was burned and lukewarm. The waitress took our order and we waited at least 20 minutes for our breakfast, only part of which was initially brought out. The server said she would bring out the rest right away but another 5-10 minutes later, she finally returned after having stopped with our food in her hand, talking with other people. We then had to wait for the syrup, salt, pepper, etc to be brought to the table. The food was cold - the butter was not even melting on the french toast or pancakes. The eggs were cold. The hashbrowns were uninspiring. We noticed people that had arrived after our party were served before we were and left before we did. No one came over to check if we wanted more coffee (not that we would have asked for more, although we would have liked to have asked for fresh coffee) or how the food was. When we asked for the check, we received it right away but when we put money down to pay we had to wait for the waitress to come back (another 10 minutes) and then had to wait for change (another 10 minutes). This all happened right at the start of normal lunch rush but there was only one waitress and she was doing her best so I cannot blame her for this experience. We had to send back the food because it was made incorrectly, and they only had one waitress on the entire floor. Management did nothing to help her, and the chef was new and didn't know how to make the food we ordered. read more

Our waitress, Selena, was absolutely one of the laziest waitresses I have ever had! A drink was accidentally turned over on our table in her presence while delivering our order and as our party of 5 scrambled to soak up tea and ice with only the 5 napkins that encased our silverware, she walked away and disappeared for nearly 15 minutes. Not only did she neglect to help clean the mess or at the very least provide additional napkins for us to clean it, but she also left one in our party without a drink just as our food had arrived. I had to go ask another waitress for napkins. When Selena finally showed her face again, it was clear how she cut her eyes in our direction that she intended only to get supplies from her station and go elsewhere, hoping we hadn't seen her in the process. I approached her before she was able to disappear again. When I told her there was tea all over the floor and that my elderly mother would need another drink, she tried to back peddle stating that she had been looking for napkins. Funny how I was able to get them in a matter of seconds from another IHOP employee, but yet it took her nearly 15 minutes. At that time I told her we had already gotten napkins but that there was still tea all over the floor and we were in need of a drink replacement for the cup that was spilled. She put the napkins she had in her hand at that time on an unoccupied table next to us that had not yet been cleaned and left again. When she returned with another tea, before she could leave I asked that she also bring us some ketchup. She did, but without any words of apology for our wait or to see if there was anything else we needed. She also did not clean up the tea on the floor, an obvious safety issue, so we tried to get up as much of it as we could with the napkins we had left. Selena never returned to our table and when we were finished we had to track down another employee to bring us our check. As we waited for her to do so, a male employee came over with a wet floor sign to place by our table. Selena knew about and neglected the safety issue of a wet floor the entire length of our dine in experience and then had someone else do her dirty work, as it seemed everyone did the entire time! Needless to say, I did not leave Selena a tip and I will not be returning to this location in the future, as it is quite obvious there is much training needed here due to poor customer service! read more

Service here was horrible. It took 10 minutes after we were seated for the server to get our drink order. After she brought our drinks and food she never came back. My crepes had chocolate chips in them when they weren't supposed to, and they only put one cup worth of coffee in our coffee pot. My husband's drink stayed empty through the entire meal. Went for a late lunch with my sister. The food was good . I realize that tables need to be turned quickly , but there were few patrons there at the time of our visit and the waitress literally tried to pull away my sisters plate while she was still eating . DON"T DO IT. I came to this restaurant I called in a order. I just wanted an omelete with hashbrowns the girl told me 7.25 but charged my card 11.75. She gave me several items I did not order at first which I believe she charged me for. I told her this is not my food then she gave me what I ordered. I left before realizing my hashbrown were BURNT BADLY I tried to call back and speak to a supervisor. The same girl hung up on me twice, before saying she was the supervisor. Attitude & Hygiene is everything to me. If your employees are working in a restaurant then gloves should be worn at all times. I shouldn't of felt the need to walk out based on bad food practices. And despite what my attitude is like, I shouldn't be able to tell your employees are having a bad day. Not my problem I'm supposed to be paying for more than just food I'm paying for the service as well. But you know what they say right? Your employees are a reflection of how upper management is running things and well actions are louder than words. I do not wish for a personal apology that's probably scripted by the company. No instead actually do something about the way you run a restaurant. Prime example I witnessed an employee recently who literally put her bare hand on a hashbrown to see if it was warm enough. We attempted to have breakfast at this location and were seated relatively quickly, however, we spent 20 minutes being ignored by the 4 different waitresses who practically tripped over our table trying to serve other diners.
