Love the new decor. This place is now non-smoking. A co-worker, and I came here for lunch today. It was beginning to sleet outside, and we really did not wish to drive far. The waitress was nice, and served us coffee promptly. I ordered the side salad (I always get a salad no matter where I go), and pumpkin spice pancakes. The salad was good, as well as the house ranch dressing. The pancakes were warm (not really that hot), and some bites toward the middle were gooey, which led me to believe that they were not cooked all the way through. I really had no complaints about my food, and neither did my co-worker. The manager gave us discount cards because we worked at a place that was on his official business list. Whatever that means. I think employees from local businesses get 15% off. We were just happy. Good place. Will probably go again during lunch time. read more

Walked out after 15 minutes without even placing a drink order. The waitress walked by on four seperate occasions and said I will be right back to get your drink order. A typical IHOP menu. I've been to this location three times in a year. They're very busy and chaotic because they seat way too many people. They are understaffed and we've had to wave down a bus boy to find our waitress. The second visit we had a different waiter to serve us coffee because our waitress was too busy to notice we'd been seated for 15 minutes! We tipped that waiter btw too. This place is very crowded, chaotic and loud! I've been to other IHOPs where you're not sitting so close to other people, but this place packs you in like sardines to the point of being uncomfortable. Your tables are so close to each other that you can hear the other table's conversations and they can hear yours; it is very uncomfortable. Waitresses press to push you through your meal in order to get you out to seat new customers. It is not a relaxing meal at all. I've come back because my kids love the pancakes. read more

I went here on Christmas morning. It was raining hard and cold and the rain was turning to sleet. This was the only place in town open and it was packed. I was seated immediately and was served by a happy, efficient waitress. All the staff was happy and cheerful, even though they working on Christmas and the weather was turning bad. IHOP restaurants across the country are very similar, what makes our local IHOP stand out is that in its over twenty years of operation Kelly has been their only manager. The IHOP organization as well as hungry customers in our area are both very lucky to have him, I doubt there is a better IHOP manager anywhere. The same goes for servers Bailey and Donna, service is missing from the term customer service in many businesses but not if you're fortunate enough to get either Bailey or Donna as your server because they could not be more attentive or nicer. Came in with 2 other people last night, technically early this morning since it was 4:30am. Took a few minutes to get a server to come over. He was really nice and funny.. but once he dropped off our food, we never saw him again. Waited about 15-20 minutes after we had finished our food for him to come by. Never got refills for the empty drinks, but gladly set down the check. Brief wait...15 min...not bad; Organization of check in process/seating process was terrible...Manager was trying to cook and check in people...had server trying to help. The server herself not bad...food took about 50 minutes to get to table...plates were hot and food was cold on the plates...ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE...Employees standing at front counter complaining about being busy, going shopping until 630 after shift and not having time to complete things at work...Even complaining about time/days off. Absolutely not the place for conversations of negative energy/complaining and or arguing with other management/co workers. It's getting so bad my visits have went from at least 5 days a week to barely 2 a month. I keep hoping they will get their mess together. When i visited the establishment today, i had to sit next to a very large annoying group of people that were talking about very inappropriate things. This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The manager Joe on New Year's eve of 2019 going into 2020 is standing on his phone for over 10 minutes while we are the only ones in the waiting area; literally staring at him waiting for a table. He finally finishes whatever he's doing on his phone. The place is practically empty and he sits us at a dirty table. He goes about his business for at least another 10 minutes (his business being back on his phone) we have not been greeted by a server or anybody else for that matter. I finally walked up to him and ask if we can get our table wiped off because it is filthy. After another 10 minutes mind you this is New Year's eve night they have dozens of tables open at 1 A.M. someone comes over wipe the table off with a dirty rag. Never speaks. Several minutes later we still have not seen a server nobody has greeted us. We decide to leave. We call IHOP multiple times. Nobody answers. I called multiple times like six times. Nobody answers the phone I literally let it ring 13 times each this is no exaggeration. Finally a young lady answers I asked to speak to the manager she tells me he is busy I said no he is not busy we just left the very empty restaurant and I would like to speak to him. IHOP is a breakfast person's haven. They're open 24/7, first of all. They have an extensive menu that covers all kinds of food. Unsurprisingly, they do breakfast best (so many diff pancake flavors!), but their sirloin tips are pretty good. At the table you have the option of four different kinds of syrup for your pancakes (or waffles, crepes, and potatoes if you're more adventurous). You can also get hot syrup with your pancakes! This would be even more awesome if they had 100% maple syrup (it does look to be all high-fructose corn syrup...something to change in the future??) They also have tabasco, which my boyfriend likes because he puts that stuff on everything... My favorite things there are the chocolate pancakes, raspberry sweet cream cheese crepes, and I guess sirloin tips. Just go in knowing that everything there is pretty processed / a sugar bomb but it'll still be yummy. As with most restaurants, I encourage you to bring a tupperware for leftovers! :) TL;DR If you're in need of a relatively inexpensive late-night snack/meal/dessert with a breakfast bent, IHOP has got you covered. read more

The pancake was good, but the rest was inedible. The egg was supposed to be over medium, but it was cold, and hardly cooked at all. The hash browns had a chemical taste, like the grill needed cleaning, etc. The iced tea tasted like something made from a powder. I will never go back.
