I didn't realize that I had actually used this company several years back as well. Chris came out and sprayed the property and put bait inside. He was super knowledgeable and efficient. Then a week after that, I called them again for a rodent issue at my mother's house. Again, they came out the day I called. Alex arrived and was so helpful checking around the property and roof. Ikill has been performing my regular monthly service for 5 years now. They are reliable and honest. So, when I started noticing termites with wings in my bathroom, I called Ikill. They came out and checked and it was termites who were inside the wall and looking for a new place to set up a new colony. The only solution was to tent the property. Packing up your food, medicines, animals, supplies for three days, etc . Is NOT a fun experience. But Carlos and Jesse made it so much easier. They kept us informed every step of the way, Jesse stopped by one day and I asked him to check the outer parts of the property to be sure we knew how to prepare. The crew who came to do the tenting was right on time and did a very efficient job. When we returned home on the third day, all evidence of the tenting process was gone--no holes in the ground where the stakes were, nothing for us to clean up!
