Jaime with Ikill serviced our home for rodents and did a great job. He explained how to best seal off our home, and gave us budget options in his estimate. When he came out, he was professional, quick and efficient, and mindful about wearing shoe coverings and keeping things clean when entering our home. I'm really grateful for Ikill's help this week. They sent a guy named Chris to come investigate crickets that had gotten into our walls. Chris deduced how they'd made it inside, and rather than charge us a lot of money to fix it, he showed us where the crickets had gotten in, and recommended we fill those small gaps ourselves and we should be fine. I was so impressed that he came out, inspected everything, and didn't charge us for the advice OR unnecessary fumigation. (Late review) I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has issues with pests. They helped us with our termite issue but with their great customer service, I'd contact them again for other pest concerns. Back in Oct 2021, we had suspicions of termites under our house but had no idea where to start the process of fixing this issue. I reached out to multiple companies in the area through Yelp and iKill was the first to respond within the hour and we were able to get an inspector out within a few business days. The overall process with them was smooth, easy, no complications. Our inspector David was very genuine and didn't try to oversell anything. He did a thorough inspection but even suggested we get other quotes and gave us tips on which areas needed to get checked (if another company came out). I did call into their office a number of times to confirm details and was nervous about being an inconvenience but Brianna and Rosie were helpful and nice as well. Thank you to everyone at iKill ! so the guy showed up, and he didn't do an inspection. I showed him the one dropping of the one mouse I have seen in 20 years. He asked no questions, he didn't look around, he didn't look to see what if anything needed to be sealed. he made no effort to find access points. He said his fee was $450 for inspection and removal. You know he could have told me that on the phone. I am now editing my comment as the owner has responded: what the owner says ought to have happened did not happen. The person who came to my house made NO effort or attempt to look for points of entry and/or signs of rodent activity. He was only interested in his $450 before proceeding. read more

This is a review I wish I didn't have to write, because that means we had the harrowing experience of having pests in our home. We thought we dealt with the matter when we caught one ourselves, but when there was still activity, we decided not to eff around and call the experts. They were able to come the same morning, and the rep Brian came over and told us where he thought they were coming in from and said we could DIY the whole thing, so there was absolutely no pressure. However, we didn't want to mess with it and asked for a quote. They guided us every step of the way through the process, and over the course of the month they checked in and by the end of the second week, we got them. After that point, they weren't as timely with our scheduled appointments, but if we ever had anything to escalate/urgent, they were responsive. My wife and I were looking for a 3rd opinion on our newly purchased home, gave Ikill Pest control a call and they were out next day. Jesse our service technician went throughout the exterior, interior and crawl spaces looking for pests and termites. The first 2 exterminators gave us mixed information and Jesse was able to explain and give us a better understanding of his findings. For two years, we have lived in our home and had no issues with pests, until one day when I woke up and noticed tiny bite marks on a sweet potato that was out in a vegetable dish. I wasn't sure what was going on, but the next day I saw a little poop and knew we had an intruder. My husband tried traditional traps, sticky traps, and for about a month we could not catch it. This was a smart creature, it would disappear for a week and then return and only did her business in the whee hours of the morning. We even have a very perceptive pitbull and while she could smell that something had been in the house, the pitbull did not even have a clue or hear the rat's activity at night. In fact, I spend LOTS of time at home, during the day and night, and I barely heard this creature at all. I was beyond frustrated, actually to say frustrated is an understatement. I was at my wit's end and slightly losing it, tip-toeing around the house and not feeling comfortable at all. It was time to seek professional help, we have an old house and wanted to make sure that any holes were sealed up. About 3 months ago, I heard some scratching noises coming from inside my bedroom wall one night. I've heard these noises in the past and know what's in the wall and making these noises. !! Damn!! Then I remembered seeing some rat/mouse in my garage and traces of urine residue. Figured a was in my garage, but it wasn't much and urine and the didnt bother me and my family so I ignored it at the time. For these random issues, I always start my search on Yelp because yelp has never failed me in the past! Maybe not get the right guy the first time, but never failed me. I like to use the yelp online "quote request and online messaging" to start initially before talking on the phone. So if you don't offer that option, then I don't even contact you. Anyways, IKill and a few others respond to me. But for whatever reason, I choose to make the appt with IKill. 3 days later I meet Antonio at my house. Explains what's going on and also added some small issues with mosquitoes around the outside of my house and ants in my house. He is very clean and infirm is clean. He is professional and nice. He puts on shoe booties in my house without complaints. Checks in attic, my garage and under my house on crawl space. Can't find the so set up a few traps in attic, crawl space and garage. Then did some pest spray and stuff around my house for all kinds of insects. He followed up 2 weeks later to check the rat traps. And will check up again in month. Still no mouse caught, but there hasn't been any noises coming from walls and no more rat or urine in garage. ‍. I decided to use purchase the monthly service for 6 months where they apply pesticide around house, look around for spiders, ants, mosquitoes, wasp nests, etc. so far so good. Did have a couple episodes of ants in the house after the first time he put the pesticide around the house. But I contacted Antonio and he explained what I should do. He said after the first time the pesticide is applied, its possible the ants had to runaway somewhere and unfortunately they came inside. I know I can't get rid of all ants and mosquitoes 100%, but I thank you Antonio for your help and service and information to help my family and my house!! Cost was fair. Not cheap but not too expensive. But I liked the vibe I got from Antonio and that's why I got the monthly service!! I recommend IKill and Antonio!!! read more

Had my house tented for termites as I had flying termites so there was no way to really be sure of where the infestation was. Jesse was my contact and he was very quick in coming out to my house to do the initial inspection. His quote was the most competitive and he was able to schedule my tenting dates in conjunction with my vacation so that was great. He also was very accommodating in taking the tent down on a sunday vs Monday so I didn't have to stay at a hotel an extra night. Jesse also scheduled the gas guy to turn the gas off and on which was very helpful. Overall it was a smooth process and Jesse was just involved the entire time with great communication. I hired Ikill for rat protection(to close up the outside holes) very reasonable and honest. I hired another pest control company a while back and they did some closures however they stated that it would be an additional $2,000 to put rat control wire on the gables of the house. I said NO! I contacted Ikill and they took a look and said the wire was already there and that there was only a few small places the rats could get in. Ikill did the work in about 2 hours and we are all buttoned up. They set traps in the attic and so far we have caught 2. They will be back on Friday to check the traps again no extra charge. I also signed up for their bug control and in April their mosquito control( the mosquitos are horrible April - October) very reasonable.
