If you're new to this dish, think of it like Korean ropa vieja, but soupy. My wife got the selleongtang (oxe bone soup), and you can taste the glucosamine-sticky goodness in the soup. Not the biggest array of banchan, but enough and good quality for a quick and reasonably priced meal. The haemul paejon (seafood pancake) is GINORMOUS and well executed. Comes with the quintessential pancake crack-sauce (my name for it), and you can ask for spicy gojujang on the side.

And if you don't want hot pot or premade Korean dishes, they also had a ramen station with six different brands of noodles, along with ramen cookers to dispense hot water and time your noodles. BEST OF ALL, when we went, there were four varieties of Korean fried chicken, along with fries, some type of seaweed-wrapped rice fritter, and a chopped potato and veggie fritter.
