Came here with a griend today to try the new Italian menu. Sat down right when it opened and they brought nice warmed bread with a dipping oil/vinager. I ordered the chicken parmesan which was the best I have ever eaten. The sauce was outstanding and the chicken was perfect. Not only did it taste great, but the portion was huge for that dish. My friend had the cesar salad with salmon which was excellent, too. Afterward we were treated to a desert which was very delicious. I will post a pic of the desert. The service was great and it's nice supporting a small family business. We will be coming back again.

Amazing dinner!!! Their caprese mango nectarine salad and peach salad were so refreshing and tasty. I got the squid ink seafood pasta which was tasty, spicy and tad salty for my taste but still yummy. The owner/chef came out to chat with us and gave us shots before we headed to Shoreline for concert. What a hidden gem!!!

We tried this place since it's become an Italian restaurant and the food was incredible! The squid ink seafood pasta was so tasty, i think they make their own pasta because it was an unusual shape and size, but perfectly al dente. The lasagna has a delicious sauce and blend of meats. The cake at the end was so good - i could drink that green sauce. I think it was a minty lime. We will definitely be back and look forward to the restaurant's development! A hidden gem

Tiramisu was very nice, light, not too sweet.

Garlic shrimp appetizer was well cooked, shrimp had the snap. A bit lemony never the less good. My husband had the chicken Milanese was large, he ate the everything on the plate. This place is Italian, just opened, the building use to be a Mexican restaurant so the atmosphere is confusing. The food is reasonably priced and tasty. We were looking for a low key place for a quick unpretentious meal. Service was good, food came out quickly.

11/10! Super friendly and most importantly the food is classic Italian food that tastes just like you are eating real Italian food in Italy. Every dish was delicious. Pasta sauce and pasta noodles are perfectly cooked and compliments each bite! Thank you for amazing customer service and amazing food!

Although the service was just fine, the food was very disappointing. The restaurant was very noisy and loud.

Anyway, this restaurant is a favorite of my youngest son. The staff are alway very friendly and helpful. They are patient with him as he has slow speech. The pasta is pretty good. We love the bread sticks here. They come with a cream cheese based "butter" that is so good especially with the hot bread sticks. The chicken caesar salad is also a favorite. The portions are large and easily shared by 2. You can also buy the bread and cream cheese butter to take home. We used to buy the bread and bake it at home for my son but it's always better at the restaurant! They do sell fresh pasta and sauces that you can buy to make it at home. Our waiter was Octavio, who, like his expertly holy name suggests, was an amazing waiter with a big smile. Every dish we ordered, from simple bread to Linguine Mare Chiaro was surperb. Their affogato is quite a spectacle, something everyone (except no-caffeine enthusiasts) should try. All in all, I hope everyone visits this place to experience the same experience we had.

Pretty good-- but not my favorite Italian spot in the area at this price point…read more For starters, we ordered the bread and carpaccio. The bread was warm and fresh, and so was the carpaccio. I would 100% order both again. For mains, I ordered the ravioli lucana, which was probably the best dish anyone at the table tried. It was the perfect level of spiciness, and had a lot of garlic. I ate the leftovers for lunch today and they were still delicious:) A couple others in our group ordered the rigatoni alla vodka, which I really did not like at all. I've had it at several other Italian spots, and it's usually one of my favorite dishes, but I was shocked at how much I disliked it. That was a bummer... The martinis here are crisp, cold, and delicious! I also tried their version of a Moscow mule with elderflower, and it was great. I'm obsessed with crushed ice, and they had the perfect crushed ice in their mule! For dessert, the chocolate lava cake was great. I did not love the caramel gelato but I'm not a huge caramel fan, so a little biased there. The restaurant itself is beautiful, vibrant, and full. I loved the overall vibe. Service was also great all around.

Amelia recommended one pasta dish per person in the party, to share family style (which ended up working well for us, since we also got three appetizers, and finished the meal with a small amount of yummy leftovers for tomorrow) so that's what we did, along with the starters... We got the "big juicy meatballs with tomato and pancetta," which were incredible; the bread was delicious and certainly is not just a side to the amazing (definitely juicy) herbed tender meatballs. I'd definitely get this again, along with the grilled zucchini with worm salt and mint, which was so flavorful and tasty. We also got the smokey romano beans with fire roasted tomato, which was also really good but just keep in mind the emphasis on the smokey flavor! It wasn't my cup of tea but that's for sure a personal thing. For pastas, I'd rank them in this order: 1. our favorite was today's lasagna du jour, which was mushroom! So delicious, with a crispy cheesy crust, soft tender interior, and an almost caramelized tomato sauce accompanying. 2. Reginette with pork sugo (meat sauce) and spicy turnip greens was next, which had wonderful flavor with the tomato-based sauce and pieces of pork but if you like it slightly softer texture it might not be for you (same with the fusilli; the go-to preparation is aldente!). 3. Fusilli alla vodka with tomato, calabrian chili, cream, basil, and added garlic butter shrimps; this one's sauce felt a little underwhelming and more watery than creamy, and I'm just now realizing that although the menu said four garlic butter shrimp (an extra $7), we only got three. I think I'd come back for the lasagna and/or to buy the pasta from their expansive stock, cook it a bit longer, and serve it covered in a decadent creamy sauce.
