I used the Eagle Rider website to reserve the Harley motorcycle and picked the bike 30 minutes later. Employee Danny Brown had the Street Glide ready to go. Danny gave a good overview of all the bike features, helped me pair my phone with the Bluetooth stereo on the bike, and even provided some direction to get me to where I wanted to ride. I do a lot of research before I purchase large ticket items and I thought that by having a lot of different rental options I could narrow my new motorcycle purchase down. The reason I still have not purchased a motorcycle is that the service at my local Eagle Rider Facility has been exceptional. Danny Brown, the manager, has always been exceptional with his communication. If he can accommodate a last minute rental request he will do what he can to assist. If my first choice is not available he will work to get me something to ride. With that said all of the Eagle Rider Rentals are top quality newer model bikes. He was super knowledgeable and provided a ton of information about the services they provide. The van was loaded w/bike parts needed to service bikes. I wish I knew about them 2 weeks ago as I just took my bike in for a complete tune up & got it back 09/10/20. I was intending to go to a bike shop closer to home, but as we were out in Hoffman we just happened to find this place. We stopped in with my tire and we were quickly and warmly greeted by someone who gave us a time estimate and started checking it out. While he worked we walked around their large bike shop and let our kid take some test drives. During this time the guy came to us a few times and showed me what was wrong and some of the debris that had been in the wheel. Also while here I found a much needed bike pump and got the employee's stamp of approval for it. It only took around 15 minutes and everything was set to go, and gave me some advice on how to avoid this in the future. While it's a bit far from home to make it my regular spot for bike maintenance I'm glad we found it and recommend it to anyone nearby.

They kept me informed as to the progress every month until it was finally delivered. They wouldnt take a deposit until they were sure of the date it was coming in the shop. I picked it up today and it was like meeting old friends whom i never met. Great financing opportunities, great selection of helmets and gloves. They went over the whole scooter in detail with me to make sure I was fully knowledgeable and comfortable. I was even given amazing taffy made by the owners wife. My wedding day was on September 26th and the…read morebiggest hiccup of the day was with Way to Go albeit contracting with the company 6 months ago and multiple emails aligning on the pick up times / details leading up to the day. Our vehicle arrived 40 minutes late and my now husband, his groomsmen and fathers were all forced to Uber to our wedding venue (an added cost to the already expensive transportation price tag). We were told there was an emergency, and while I hope everyone is okay, as a transportation company, I'd hope they'd be prepared to urgently send another vehicle to arrive on time to avoid ruining a client's wedding day timeline. In addition to the tarty arrival, the wrong vehicle was sent. We received a bus and as a result, weren't able to get any trolley photos for our wedding day which was half the reason why we contracted with way to go. The kicker? After detailing this experience and the negative impact to our wedding day, the owner was reluctant to give us any money back. They started small with coverage for the Uber rides, increased slightly after further justification and only landed on an acceptable amount because I was prepared to dispute the charge. I'm saddened to write this review but I was beyond sad and stressed on my wedding day, which speaks to the necessity for others to be aware of the company you're contracting with for transportation.
