I used the Eagle Rider website to reserve the Harley motorcycle and picked the bike 30 minutes later. Employee Danny Brown had the Street Glide ready to go. Danny gave a good overview of all the bike features, helped me pair my phone with the Bluetooth stereo on the bike, and even provided some direction to get me to where I wanted to ride. I do a lot of research before I purchase large ticket items and I thought that by having a lot of different rental options I could narrow my new motorcycle purchase down. The reason I still have not purchased a motorcycle is that the service at my local Eagle Rider Facility has been exceptional. Danny Brown, the manager, has always been exceptional with his communication. If he can accommodate a last minute rental request he will do what he can to assist. If my first choice is not available he will work to get me something to ride. With that said all of the Eagle Rider Rentals are top quality newer model bikes. We left around 8:30 to 8:45, and by the time the 9:00 p.m. fireworks started, we had a front row view from the water. It was absolutely incredible. The captain and crew were friendly, welcoming, and did an amazing job. The ship wasn't overcrowded, so there was plenty of room to walk around and take in the views. Watching the fireworks with the Chicago skyline in the background was unforgettable. After the fireworks, we sailed under the night sky with the sails up and great music playing. It honestly felt like I was in the Caribbean, except with an amazing city skyline all around us. I'm from New York and was in Chicago for work, and I have to say this was even more impressive than seeing the New York skyline from the water. I also own a sailboat, so I really appreciated how well the crew handled the ship. One of my favorite parts was that guests could even help hoist the sails. There was a full bar with a really good rum punch, and so many great spots to take pictures of the sunset and the skyline. The crew was also happy to take photos for people. If you're going, get to Navy Pier early and enjoy the restaurants and drinks before your sail. This is great for families, couples, or even if you're traveling by yourself like I was. It's a unique experience that you won't get on one of the regular tour boats. I would absolutely do this again the next time I'm in Chicago.

What a great idea a mobile bike repair/maintenance van circulating & servicing bikes that can come to your house and service your bike. I talked to Adam who was in the van working on someone's bike. He was super knowledgeable and provided a ton of information about the services they provide. The van was loaded w/bike parts needed to service bikes. I wish I knew about them 2 weeks ago as I just took my bike in for a complete tune up & got it back 09/10/20. I was intending to go to a bike shop closer to home, but as we were out in Hoffman we just happened to find this place. We stopped in with my tire and we were quickly and warmly greeted by someone who gave us a time estimate and started checking it out. While he worked we walked around their large bike shop and let our kid take some test drives. During this time the guy came to us a few times and showed me what was wrong and some of the debris that had been in the wheel. Also while here I found a much needed bike pump and got the employee's stamp of approval for it. It only took around 15 minutes and everything was set to go, and gave me some advice on how to avoid this in the future. While it's a bit far from home to make it my regular spot for bike maintenance I'm glad we found it and recommend it to anyone nearby.
