Premier Trolley was great for our wedding last weekend! Jennifer was very responsive, kind and helpful. She was flexible with a last-minute journey change due to an issue with our hotel. That wasn't a review of rates, it was a review of the shady practice of bait and switch when someone asks for a party bus and you're given one rate, then have it raised when the business is told what the event is. Nothing would be different between the bus or the service. I asked why was it more and was told "uhhh it's because it's a wedding." Wrong. Premier Trolley and Limo was an absolute dream to work with! From the very beginning, Tom the owner made us feel so relaxed and at ease. He was super helpful in assisting us with finding a trolley that would fit our 30+ bridal party and plus ones for our wedding! He was incredibly transparent with letting us know which trolleys would be air conditioned and which ones were not which was greatly appreciated. He also was incredibly responsive, and even answered our emails/phone calls on a Saturday when we originally inquired about his service. Day of, our driver was Angie, and she was incredible, she showed up right on time and even was able to adjust the time frame a little bit by arrive earlier than what we had planned. She was incredibly professional and was able to accommodate the schedule, taking us to the church, pictures at a nearby park and then finally to our venue. The trolley was beautiful and we had lots of compliments of how fun the entire trolley ride was and how incredibly easy it made the transportation process for everyone in the bridal party. Another great perk is that cups, coolers and ice comes with the trolley! It was so great not having to worry about all of that day of. If I could give this trolley company more than 5 stars I would! I spoke with Tom on multiple occasions, he was very responsive, very funny, and was open to me changing trolleys on multiple occasions. I got this trolley for my 30th birthday and I could not have asked for a better night. Robert (our driver) arrived early, had things set up for us, and was so flexible! We stopped at 7/11 to get ice, no fuss at all, stopped at two other stops but everyone wanted more time on the trolley. What better than a beautiful summer night, drinking all the drinks we want, blasting music of our choice (speaker system was superb), the trolley was clean, seats were comfortable, but honestly we were all standing most of the time. Robert and Tom were so patient with me and my group. We could get quite "rowdy" or sloppy whatever you want to call it, hanging on things, dancing all over the place, screaming, being loud, and just having a good time - Robert was friendly the whole time (tip your drivers!). Nonetheless, I have a feeling this is going to be an annual thing since all my friends had a blast, and the ones that couldn't make had severe FOMO, and the ones that did had stories for weeks (hangovers too...). It's 100 degrees today and they KNOWINGLY sent a trolley without air conditioning when our contract explicitly stated we would have it. When we called they said there was nothing they could do and they would possibly send maintenance to repair, but no guarantee. We paid almost $1K for the trolley and received the worst service possible. Tom was great with getting me responses very quickly when I was setting up the event (company outing for us). I believe our driver's name was David, and he was super nice and easy going. The trolley arrived and dropped us off exactly when and where we needed him, and it was one of the nicest ones I've ever been in! It was super clean and the layout was more of a true limo, with two long benches facing each other. Rented a trolley from this company over St Pat's weekend for a surprise 50th birthday party and it was worth every penny. The trolley was the perfect size for our group of 27. They provided two coolers to help hold our "road pops" and had great space for our additional cooler and snacks. Edwin, our driver, kept his cool in some of the craziest traffic and was incredibly accommodating to all of our stops - including Soldier Field, The Bean and Wrigley. DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE!!!!! We booked a trolley for a large group. It is clearly stated in my contract that the vehicles are regularly maintenance and checked to ensure they are working properly before a scheduled event, and that AC is provided in the trolleys. The trolley arrives to the event, on a 100 degree day and there is no AC on the trolley. When we asked the driver to please turn the air on because the vehicle was 100 degree's, he lied and said AC was only allowed for wedding parties. The driver then went on to tell us he informed the company the air wasn't working prior to leaving, and it was a 100 degree day. The company told him that it didn't matter, we didn't need the air. Wow. We then contacted the company, and they told us there was nothing they could do and they would possibly send maintenance to repair, but no guarantee. FYI, no maintenance was ever sent. The trolley was over 95 degrees the entire ride. Horrible customer service, they did nothing to help us, and did not want to help us. It was a horrible service and a terribly run company. DO NOT BOOK! So many other, more reliable, trust worthy companies to go with. read more

Tom, the owner is incredibly easy to work with and truly wants you to have an awesome time on the trolley. I rented the Marilyn Jean and it was gorgeous! Tom let me stop by early in the day to set up a few decorations and stock the coolers with ice and seemingly endless cases of beer. Our driver was the awesome too. He called me 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time to let me know he was outside and where he was located. When the whole party got on he was lots of fun and always mindful of a bathroom pit stop! Fantastic service. The owner (Tom) is hilarious and is always willing to cut deals and work around the needs of his customers. Our trolley ride ended up going way over the pre-determined time that we had set up but he was willing to completely wave the late fee because "it happens" and just wanted to make sure that we had a good time. We had a great experience using Premier Trolley for our Boystown Ice Follies event. From always picking up the phone on the first ring to working out every last detail of our event, Tom was the king of customer service. On the day of the event, our trolley driver showed up early and helped me put up two sponsor banners on each side of the trolley even though it was snowing and freezing cold. He did the same thing at the end of the day by helping me take down the banners and then drove me to each trolley stop to pick up our sandwich board trolley stop signage. The trolley itself was clean and attractive with its wood interior. The driver could not have been nicer and made the experience very pleasant for our event participants. Since we are the chamber of commerce for Boystown, we will be using Premier Trolley for all our future events. I always thought that a trolley service would be too expensive of an amenity to offer our event participants. I was shocked at how reasonable their pricing was. I am a convert. I booked my reservation for a trolley a month in advance for my birthday. The staff was extremely nice and the prices were the cheapest out of all the trolley services I looked into. I was super excited along with 24 of my friends who were joining. Then on Tuesday, 4 days before my Saturday Trolley I get a call saying that 2 trolleys broke down over the weekend and that they had to cancel my reservation. It was extremely upsetting that I put so much time and effort into planning this event and then last minute everything falls apart. I called and asked for other Trolley recommendations and they laughed saying they do not have any information like that. I would highly not recommend this Trolley service! read more

Brides, I recommend staying away. They were the first vendor I booked for my wedding over 1 year ago. They were at an expo and running a deal on their beautiful vehicles. I was so excited to have their special trolley be a part of my big day. Unfortunately, the customer service / professionalism did not match the beautiful vehicles they offer. After providing a deposit and receiving the invoice, I was not sent a contract. When I called to ask for it, Richard told me not to worry about it because my date was still a year and a half away but he would send it if I insisted. After receiving the contract there were a few items that weren't clear but he answered and I signed (and was still excited). That feeling went down starting in August when I was reviewing the contract and saw that hours of service were not outlined. I sent an email asking about it and received no response. After 23 days of silence, I followed up again. After another 21 days of nothing, I followed up again. I then got a response that he was out of town and would be back a couple days later and would respond then. A week later he called me and said he didn't remember who I was / what expo he gave me the deal at. I told him I needed 4 hours of service so he on the fly figured out a new price. Within 2 weeks I received the new contract and was going back and forth since I felt $120+ / 30min was high. I then tried to negotiate based on another company's rate and was told he would just refund and I could use someone else. The final straw occurred when I asked for a counter-signed copy of the contract and he refused. I let it go for a few weeks and asked again when I was ready to pay in full. His response was "I am afraid we are not the company you are looking for. We have had 30 emails between us regarding a single trolley for your event. We will refund your money on Monday." 5 months before my big day. You all might want to consider hiring a customer service professional to handle future clients. read more
