As I am very picky with my hair and have high expectation. John makes recommendation based on hair type and suggests what's best for each individual. He's very detailed and client oriented. I went in for an ombre and a haircut. He explains every step to me of the process. Unlike some salon, they just do it without explaining. And this studio is clean and neat. John works by himself at the studio, I definitely recommend making appointment in advance and he's very good at responding. It's a perfect spot especially if you don't like the crowded and noisy big salons. John is especially great at cuts and layers.
