If you're looking to spend $600, unprofessionalism, lack of customer service and damaged hair. This is your place. I went to Romy on 8/31/2019 for a balayage. She is known as a "Blonde Specialist" at Dante Salon. Prior to the appointment I had sent her photos of what I wanted and went in the day before for a test strand. I was told the look I wanted was achievable and she knew I had professionally dyed my hair in the past. Fast forward a week later, I washed my hair. My hair was noodles! There was no elasticity. All my hair was falling out in clumps. I mention to Romy about my hair and said it was normal and that my hair is very processed. She suggested for me to come for treatment and to put my tape in extensions which she had stated was for free, however ended up paying another 100 dollars.I went in for the treatment on September 14 and while she was applying my extensions I specifically asked her not to put hair extensions in the front of my head. She insisted on applying them there. The extensions she applied in the front of my head were applied poorly that it was sticking out of my hair. Also due to the amount of breakage from her over processing my hair, the hair extension from the front fell out with a chunk of my hair after 3 weeks. (Wearing tape in for 2 years now and this has never happened). Receiving a follow up call from the manager? Good luck She will give you the run around and won't call you back unless you message their site. October 8th I spoke to the manager and was told she would call me back Thursday October 10th after speaking with Romy about my refund and the nasty rude text message she sent me when I expressed how unhappy I was with my balayage service and tape in extension service. October 10th and no phone call from manager. Sent another email to receive a call from her. Finally called around 7-8pm on Thursday to let me know she needs to talk to Romy again and will call back Tuesday October 15th. October 24th and still no phone call from Dante's Salon manager... I came in with a groupon for a facial. I had been here once before for a gel manicure, and that was really nice. Sahel really took care of me! This was the first facial I had that really felt like it gave me the care and attention of a massage. It was in a calm, serene room with nice music, and I was under a warm towel. She explained every step of the process in a calming way (ASMR anyone?) she also let me know that she does eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and she said she thought it would make my blue eyes pop.
