I really wanted to like this place and I went here three times and kept trying different lash technicians in hopes of finding one that I liked. Each time I would get a wispy "Marilyn" style. The first time I went I got Cheyenne. She put the lashes on with gaps and she didn't put them on at the same height/angle so some of the lashes hung lower than others (its hard to explain but it was so distracting and looked really bad). I can't remember the name of the second technician I tried but she wasn't much better, although she also suggested I try the "classic" lashes and I definitely do not like that style in general, so that didn't help either. Both of those technicians seemed really inexperienced and at times it felt like they were poking me in the eye or ripping my real eye lashes out. The last gal I tried was Candice and she actually put the lashes on pretty well, but I realized that even when the lashes are put on pretty well, the technique and glue used is just not up to my standard. For the technique, they build "fans" to add volume, but they use WAYYY too many lashes per fan. The biggest issue with this is that when your lashes start to fall out, they fall out in huge chunks. I am not exaggerating that I had a chunk of over 20 lashes fall out that were all attached to ONE of my real eye lashes. Thats WAY too many! When your lashes start to fall out, they should be falling out with like 4-5 lashes at a time not 20! And they weren't doing them any fuller than my old salon (which I LOVE but its in Stanton and thats just way too far to go to just for eyelashes). The glue - so the glue I liked and disliked. One thing I thought was interesting is that the glue seemed to hold a little better within the first 3-4 days than my old salon. However, the bad thing was that it would sometimes turn white and you could see a residue-like film on the top of your lashes by the base of your eyelid. I realized that you just have to be extra careful with your makeup with this glue, it just sticks to everything. The glue used at my old salon never had this problem. I was planning on going back to give it one last try. I definitely wanted to go with Candice since she did seem the most experienced, and I wanted to try the "Aubry" style lashes because I thought maybe that application technique may be different and I wouldn't have the 20 lashes per one real lash problem; but it looks like they're closed until January, so I had to go try a new place and this was actually a blessing in disguise because I think I found my new place. I had a high bar from my Stanton salon, but this gal might even be better. I want to wait until my second fill there before I leave a review (I just got them two days ago) just in case something funky start happening with these, but so far they have been fantastic. I don't think a single lash has fallen out yet and I really like the quality of the lashes used. The tech/owner put them on evenly without any gaps - so stay tuned and check my other reviews for another lash place in Chino in a few months. As for iLure - I'd skip them.

Oh my gosh, people weren't kidding when they said they will give up doing nails or eating out a few times a week just to get their lashes done because it's just THAT MUCH WORTH IT!!! It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, so after doing some research and finding iLure, I decided to give it a try. I made an appointment with Candace for a classic full set and I cannot be any happier that I made this decision. She explained everything thoroughly, listened to my expectations/what I wanted, showed me some options, and made me feel very comfortable. The appointment was booked for 2 hours but she managed to finish within an hour! And no, she didn't rush or anything, she definitely took her time. When she was done, I looked in the mirror and I instantly fell in love with my new lashes. Like really, THEY LOOK SOOOO AMAZING & BEAUTIFUL. I think they look WAY better than wearing fake lashes. I don't even have to wear mascara or eyeliner because the lashes make my eyes look that good and I love having to wake up every morning and looking like I already have my makeup on! Also, everyone has been complimenting on my lashes so much :) I already made my 2 week fill appointment. If you aren't sure where to go for eyelash extensions, CHECK OUT iLURE LASHES!

I got the groupon and I thought I should try out this place. I made an appointment to come in today and I'm glad I did. I went to other place, they were rushing and doing them really quick, my lash turned out crappy. At Ilure, Kelly did my lashes, she took her time and very patient. My lashes turned out great! Thanks Kelly for doing such a great job. Way better than the place I went last. The salon is nice and neat, also served cookies and water( made my little one happy). Definitely recommend this place and Kelly to everyone.

I went in to iLure yesterday to get eyelash extensions for the first time. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as quality, especially after getting a great deal on groupon for this specific appointment. They ended up doing a beautiful job. The girl who did my eyelashes was very pleasant and made sure I was getting what I wanted. She was very thorough and meticulous at making sure my first experience left me happy with all my lashes right where I wanted them. Very happy with my results, will be going back.

My First time to iLure and I am hooked! The staff is amazing, very professional and friendly. With individual rooms I felt right at home during my treatment. My appointment with Malina was great. She made sure I was comfortable and was so gentle I could fall asleep. I love how she customized my lashes to the perfect length and fullness. Easy location to find. Appearance from outside looks welcoming. Eyelash technician(Vivian) was ready for me upon arrival. Eyelash looks great afterward , however a few fell out as she was brushing it. The glue was burning my eyes quite a few times. My lashes is still full after two weeks, approximately 15 fell off total. What I don't like is the price change, full set use to be$99 and refills were $10-15 cheaper. Update , I came back for a refill by Jessica. The lashes look great but within 1 week half my lashes fell off. I took very good care of them too. I didn't come back because of this. I highly recommend they use a better glue. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about this place I'm so happy I found it I had gotten my eyelashes done at a another salon a little over a week before finding Ilure eyelash extensions and I was very unhappy with how they were done they were very clumpy and most of them fell off within a week so I called and made an appointment and spoke with Michelle who is the owner she was very friendly and knowledgeable about eyelash extensions so I made an appointment for the next day with Jessica she was amazing and very professional I would highly recommend this place I live in Simi Valley and the drive to me is worth it I'm extremely happy I found this hidden gem!! I'm even considering taking their training course I would definitely recommend this place read more

I got my lashes done here yesterday. I've never had them done before, so I'm not sure what makes a place good vs. great... My experience was good! I called and got the same day appointment (great for a instant gratification person like me). I was about 10 mins early and she was all set up when I got there and took me a few mins early which was nice. They had some cookies set out which was a nice touch too :) I went in the room, laid down, and my lash tech told me what to expect and got started right away. It was pretty relaxing. She spent her time and was pretty meticulous, which was great. The online menu said that the classic full set was 90$, and would take an hour. When I asked my tech she said a couple hours, but she finished in just about an hour and 10 mins. The result was fantastic, she did a great job with placement!she listened to what I was concerned about and did a great job! No burning, no itchiness, I'm really in love with my lashes! Ill definitely be going back for a refill in a few weeks. read more

I don't even know where to begin about how HORRIBLE my experience was. I never write reviews but i don't want anyone to go through what i went through. I'm convinced that the employees ask people to leave good reviews for discounts because there's no way I'm the only one with a bad experience. First, do NOT let Stephanie do your lashes. In the first pic that's after she worked on my lashes for almost 2 HOURS. Then she tried to say the reason it wasn't full or long is because i showed up 25mins late which was a lie because i came only 5mins late and waited 10mins in the lobby for her. My own lashes were ripped off and it basically looked worse than what i came in with as you could see in the pic. The receptionist scheduled me to go in the next day because she saw how ugly it looked. I had to come back & Drive 35mins only to walk in to a client yelling at the employee for how bad of a job she did on her lashes. The lady who did mine did a fair job but she had a bad attitude. I thought everything was fine with my fixed lashes until the next morning when i woke up to a bad infection as shown in the second picture. Save your money (even if it's a Groupon) & time, don't come here!! Wasted over 2hrs of driving back and forth and over 8hrs in total for the whole process. read more

I started coming here in May 2016, when I bought a groupon wanting to try lashes for my brother's wedding.... I have been hooked ever since! I love that all I need to do is wash my face in the morning and run out the door... no more mascara raccoon eyes for this girl! Roxy is my favorite lash artist, but I have seen almost all of them. Roxy knows what I like though and she lets me have nap time during my fill. read more

UPDATING MY REVIEW: Literally seconds after posting this the owner called me herself and apologized which is so sweet and so awesome. She credited my the minutes I missed and for her calling me alone is so awesome and I will definitely be back! This place used to be my go to! I would drive from Redlands to get my eyelashes done here because I love the marilyn set. However I'm pretty sure today is my last time going there. I was so upset! My appointment was at 10 for an hour but I wasn't brought into the room until exactly 10:15. She finished my eyelashes at 11, and fanned then and I checked out and they told me i was still getting charged for the hour! I asked why when I was seen at 10:15 and they still said I was getting charge for the hour. So disappointing. The owner is awesome but Unfortunately can not say the same about her employees customer service. So upset. read more

I had bought a Groupon for a full set of eyelash extensions (up to 2 hours). My lash technician only took 45 minutes and they initially looked nice. Nothing amazing, definitely had better, but nice. Less then 3 days later I had not even enough lashes left to look different than my own. In 6 days they were completely gone. I messaged iLure about this hoping they'd try and make it right but the best she offered me was 50% off a new set. So another $65 dollars when their original work didn't even last 5 days. I had hoped for a refund or a new set, done correctly. A complete waste of money. Go anywhere else or just throw your money in the trash. Horrible customer service. I gave them the chance to make it right and they didn't. Such a shame. Biggest waste of money ever. read more

The three stars are all for Charlene. I went in with a groupon the first time, and Charlene did an amazing job. My lashes lasted 3 weeks and looked great. I took 2 stars off because when I went back for my touch up, Charlene wasn't available so I was scheduled for Virginia. She was really nice but my lashes started falling off the next day. I thought it was a fluke or maybe the first set of lashes falling out, but upon close inspection, I could see gaps between the lashes, so I called and the manager said they could fix them... for $30. This was unreasonable because my first set was great and this touch up was clearly horrible and should've been fixed for free. I scheduled an appoint for Charlene, and this set is sturdy, beautiful and still going strong. I'd recommend it but be wary of whom you get scheduled with. read more

This lash place is aaaamazing! The beds are super comfy and customer service is great as well! I fell asleep a couple times cause it was THAT comfortable and relaxing. No burning feeling. No sharp pain when they remove your lashes. And they play good music so you're basically having like a spa day but for your lashes. And I'm always on the go cause of my busy job as a nurse so it's excellent that they can get a lot done within 30 minutes to 1 hour. The lash place I used to go to took 3 hours and it burned, so this place is definitely worth it. I get the Marilyn lashes done and people compliment my lashes! I recommend Cheyenne forsure. She is REALLY good. She's very gentle on your lashes and will make you feel comfortable. And they encourage booking after an appointment which makes you feel at ease cause slots run out fast. Get your lashes glammed out here! read more

Today I had an awesome facial done at ILURE I highly recommend to try it I had the antiaging facial. Yes I do Botox but in the long run my skin need to be refurbished. let's face it turn 40 you need to take stronger action to your skin especially living in California the sun takes a toll on your face. This salon came highly recommended by my Wax person for eyebrow extensions. I made an appointment with Rose, she did an amazing job. It took a little over an hour and cost $45.00. If I could give 0 stars I would! The quality of the lashes are super cheap for the price. I got the Marilyn lashes. It was my first time here and Birdie was the lady that did my lashes. She didn't even bother asking me what kind of lashes I wanted or even showed me what they look like. I had to ask her to show me! She just assumed that I wanted a heavy full set. I had no idea what they would come out looking like... when finished I was soooo turned off! I looked sooo fake. I told her I wanted natural... and came out looking like a damn Sesame Street character.... AND I swear I'm losing more of my real lashes than other times I've gotten my lashes done at other places!! I don't understand how this place got good reviews unless you want to look like damn joke.... wasted my money, never coming back! read more

I was referred to Ilure by a current client( my sister) she said once I tried these eyelashes I would be hooked! And she was right! I started getting my lashes done in October and haven't stopped. My stylist is Candace and she is amazing! She's patient, reassuring and great at what she does. As long as Candace works here.... I will keep coming back! Love love love my lashes! read more

Wanted to get my eybrows waxed told me i need an appointment and they supposably said they were supper busy & the 2 girls that were there were just sitting on there ass talking to eachother drinking coffee they had 30 min. that they had open... I looked on yelp for weeks to try and look for a salon that offers lash extensions. I'm going to Thailand in a couple of weeks and since it's super hot and humid there, I decided to get lash extensions to avoid having to wear any makeup. iLure lashes had amazing reviews and almost every single picture posted looked AMAZING. Even though it took me about an hour to get here, It was worth every second of it. The salon was perfectly clean and everyone was extremely friendly. Alysia did the most wonderful job on my lashes. I couldn't believe how fast she was. My new set was done in a little over an hour and both eyes look identical. Never been so happy with lash extensions before!!! Thank you Alysia! Had some issues with some of the appointment slots for the services I actually received but the manager reached out to rectify the situation and they were really nice about it which I definitely appreciated. Candice is such an amazing lash artist, she walked me through every step of the process and was very honest when it came to her give me her opinions on different sets and lengths. I was an eyelash extension virgin before coming to iLure. I looked everywhere for months to try and find a place that wasn't too pricey. Everywhere fills were $80+, which is not something I could afford. But one day I was on Groupon, and I bought their classic set, seeing their great reviews I was like why not? I'm in love, I have been getting my eyelashes done with Veronica. She is so patient and explains everything to you showing you different lengths and tries to work with what you want. I'm so happy to have found iLure. Super clean work area and a very friendly staff. I'm so happy to have found em, and I'm recommending them to everyone I know. did eyelash perm two times back in the early 2000"s...SUCKED!!! They did the curl too tight and when I would put mascara they would touch my top lashes and it was just a mess.

Like any other EWC, there were appointments available with no particular specialist. I was booked with Shaely for a Brazilian. It was a little difficult to find, only because I had never been to this location. However once I saw the signage up top I knew what general direction to walk and eventually found it. When I walked in on 5/20 at about 4:30, I was greeted by the biggest smiles from the 2 receptionists. It set such a pleasant mood. It was a little dim but it was near closing time so I didn't think too much about it. I walked up to their wall of products after being checked in and filling out the waiver. I noticed new products on the shelf (especially the new ingrown mist they have!) so I wanted to see what that was about. Before I could read the bottle Shaely came and got me for my appointment. When I walked in I let her know about my lack of dry brush usage due to not packing it when traveling and that I did have an ingrown! Shaely was incredibly gentle, working around the area AND she even brought up the products I was just looking at. She dove deep into explaining the differences in products and which would be best for me. After discussing my regimen and needs from a product, I bought the ingrown wipes. Since I already own some EWC serums, she gave me a little routine recommendation before I left. It was honestly one of the best EWC experiences I've ever had! My ONLY gripe with EWC (not specific to this location) is that the pricing varies per location. I wish it was just an even price throughout every location.

Update: After posting my original review, the owner provided screenshots showing that messages had been sent through the Square app. While I appreciate receiving that information, it does not change my overall experience. One point that I feel is important to clarify is that my concerns about communication began before the eyebrow incident and before the missed appointment. I reported to the front desk that I was no longer receiving appointment reminders and notifications and was told that the owner would contact me regarding the issue. To my knowledge, that never happened. The communication issue was the first problem I raised. Later, I experienced burns to both eyebrows following a waxing appointment that lasted nearly two weeks before healing. Despite these concerns, I never felt there was any meaningful effort to address the issues I had raised. The owner later explained that messages had been sent through the Square app, including a message informing me that future appointments would not be accepted. However, after I had already reported communication problems, I do not understand why there was no direct phone call or email regarding my concerns or the decision to discontinue services. In fact, on the same day that I called the salon attempting to discuss my concerns, a message was sent informing me that the salon would no longer be providing services. I fully respect a business's right to choose who they do business with. My disappointment is not that the owner made that decision. My disappointment is that the decision appears to have been made after I raised concerns about communication and my service experience, without any meaningful attempt to resolve those concerns first. Looking back, I believe the communication breakdown was the root of many of the issues that followed. Rather than addressing those concerns, the business relationship was ultimately ended. As a customer, I was left feeling dismissed rather than heard. Potential customers should be aware that if you have concerns regarding communication or your service experience, your concerns may not be addressed in the way you expect. My experience was that the relationship ended before those issues were ever meaningfully discussed or resolved.

Im not very trusting of getting services done at places I'm not familiar with but my BFF has gotten her eyelashes done here and have looked beautiful, so when I saw a groupon for it I decided to purchase it. Candace was my eyelash technician & she was great. She was very kind & welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable. She was very patient & did an amazing job. She not once rushed me. I ended up upgrading from the Classic to the Marilyn lashes and have gotten a lot of compliments. I definitely recommend iLure and recommend you ask for Candace, she's amazing. read more

I've never had false lashes put on but I recently came to this location to try out individuals and I love them! I loved the entire experience. Michelle, who is the owner was very attentive in booking my appointment and making sure that I was confident in the fact my lash artist would do a good job. I am extremely happy about both visits. I had my lashes done by a pretty young lash tech named Cheyenne. Both visits were both about an hour long, both enjoyable and relaxing experience.
