I then made another appointment in Carrolton with Beverly Dental , another dentist where we were told the tooth could be recrowened and an implant for it was not needed and other then 2 resins (two cavities) and a cleaning we were given a quote of $2000 which is $7000 less . I dislike having to write this but feel that we were not told the exact truth of the whole matter . Also we were charged $200 for x-rays and Beverly Dental did the xrays for free.

I've barely seen the same Dentist twice and once I became comfortable with a Dentist, he or she would be gone with no warning. I've seen so many hygienists here but Augustine was my favorite. The last straw was when I saw he left; I knew it's due to bad management of this location. A week later the bonding broke off, so I went to Mint to see if they could do a better job. Their quote was unusually high, so I asked if they had contacted my insurance. I knew my insurance would cover it, because they had just covered the same procedure last week. Long story short Mint REFUSED to even contact my insurance. I was flabbergasted. In all my life I've never had a dentist who refused to even submit. If the insurance carrier denies the claim then fine, but they wouldn't even SUBMIT it. They just wanted my money. I then come back AGAIN for the adjustment bc I am in EXTREME pain. Literally can't eat ANYTHING barely can get down soup and have lost 10lb due to the inability to eat anything for weeks now. After 2nd visit the pain is still not gone. I'm instructed to continue pain meds for the next few weeks. I keep doing that only to have the pain increase and worsen. I come back a 3rd time telling staff I am in so much pain and can't eat at all! They are incredibly unconcerned do not care and this office is a waste of your time and money. I have never had sensitive teeth or been in dental pain like this in my entire life. They scheduled my first appointment incorrectly, then called me on the day of, confused about where I was. We rescheduled--but when I arrived for the second appointment, I was told I didn't have one. In fact, they had no record of me in their system at all. Their next available slot? Three months out. I'm sure Dr. Fletcher himself is a great dentist, but I'll never know. His front office is so disorganized that I lost time from work and gained nothing from the process. If you value your time and want a reliable appointment, I'd steer clear--at least until they get their scheduling under control.

Seems like they would have said something to me when I made my appointment or showed up. Changing networks is their prerogative, but performing services without telling me their status had changed is a dishonest move and so is misrepresenting notice.
