I was visiting Vegas last week end and the left nose piece of my glasses somehow was gone. A friend took me to Image Eye Care to see if they could fix it. Someone in the office helped me quickly and because they could not match the nose piece exactly, she put in two matching pieces (giving me the single original, in case I found the one the fell out).....and did not charge me for the service. It was generous of her and as I don't live in Vegas so cannot be a customer, I thought I would repay them with a review. If I did live in Vegas, I would certainly return. Dr. Ha and his staff are outstanding. I've been going here for 4 years and will continue to go here as long as I live in the valley. I bought my current pair of Dior frames from here and always get compliments on them. Dr. Ha provides genuine service, remembers details about your life, and makes you feel really comfortable. After I quit my job and lost my vision insurance, he offered a cash discount on my lenses which was really accommodating. Also, his staff took accountability and called me when it took over 1 week to replace my lenses because they ordered to incorrect lenses. I'll start by saying that I hate going to the eye doctors more than anything else in the world. But being an adult and having terrible vision in my left eye, I have to go. And honestly my appointment with dr. Thomas ha was on point. He did multiple test with different lenses until he figured out what would work for me. No other eye doctor has ever gone back and forth for that long with me, so I was grateful to have someone with great patients to deal with me lol. Also, about 15 minutes after I left, I revived a phone call from them informing me that my contacts would be on back-order and they just wanted me to be informed about it. So yea, I recommend anyone to go there whether your eyes are ok or garbage like me ! They got you! read more

Dr Susie and Jennifer, nuff said, I hate going to any type of Dr, but these two make it bearable and almost fun.... Jennifer has a LOT of energy... like alot alot of energy, and Dr Le rocks, still pleasant even when she is scolding you..... I really love Dr. Ha. He is amazing as we have been seeing him since 2007. He is always consistent and does a thorough examination. Unfortunately however I am continuously unhappy with the actual glasses/service. This go around I replaced lenses in frames that I previously purchased from this location. When I received my glasses they had replaced the lenses but not the pads as the lady told me they had not replaced them as the glasses were not from them. Yes actually they were as I had been going here for 8 years. At this time I am going to look to go elsewhere as I just now left lenscrafters and they replaced my pads and adjusted my glasses to fit again free of charge. You would have thought that would have happened when I picked the glasses up. Their loss. I will take my loyalty elsewhere. read more

I found them on Yelp and they were super close to my house and took my insurance so I decided to give them a try! We had a scheduling problem but they squeezed me in anyway and I was surprised at the selection of glasses that my insurance paid for fully. They told me it would take 7 - 10 business days to get my glasses back since they had to send them off but they came in just three! I would definitely recommend this place super fast, efficient and very friendly staff read more

Despite a wait due to an emergency, I was in and out in about an hour's time. Dr. Le was very professional, and personable. The technology seemed up to speed, and the selection of glasses seemed ok--would have liked some more fun/funky/cool options. I appreciate that they can get you in for appointments quick. My son has been going here. So when my eye got infected I went there. When I needed another refill on the allergy medicine Walgreens said it's a simple one and all the dr has to do is call. Well they wanted to hit me with another 99$ fee. Which is ridiculous. I had just been there two weeks prier and because of the dry temperature, I shouldn't have to see the dr again to get a refill. Taking my son and myself somewhere else. read more

I go to this location as it is close to home. unfortunately, I have been here several times too many. Each time the prescription was not correct the first time and each time I had to go back at least once and on occasion multiple times. You have to wait 7-10 days to get your glasses. This time I paid half the cost for a prescription that turns out isn't going to work for me at all. The lenses were off and I'd have to tilt my head up to see what was in front of me. I went back and they tested again, and again when I received my glasses it was still the same thing. I can't wear lenses that are not correct and that I cannot see out of properly. So I said you know what...enough. They obviously are not working out. I asked to have them done in just single vision instead. I've left several messages to find out the cost difference or if I should expect a refund and no one has called me back. I was told today there is only one person who can help me which is ridiculous. They still have my glasses, I can't see and how can I pick them up with no one telling me where I stand with the cost? You call me and tell me they are ready but you can't tell me how much I owe or how much I should expect back? Update- I was told that I would have to pay full price for the glasses that did not work out for me. Not that any of this was disclosed up front to the customer. Perhaps it would have been nice to know before I made the decision to do both pairs. I am paying hundreds for them. I don't know about any of you but I don't have hundreds just laying around. I'm speechless. And even when I took them back and said this isn't working out for me, not even then did anyone inform me about anything to do with the cost. I'm just saying at the time we discussed the progressive lenses, which by the way I had never tried before, I should have been told then if they didn't work out I would still have to pay full price. Because I'm telling you... I would never have decided to try them and would have stayed with my single vision lenses and not gotten ripped off! Now I don't know what to do. Why should I have to pay for lenses that were not right? That's unfair to the consumer. read more

I always have the best care here. The doctors take time with the refractions and the assistants make sure you are fit well in the glasses you chose. They also take the time to help you find something comfortable in your budget. The entire staff is knowledgeable and caring. Love! Love! Love these guys!!! Called yesterday (10/27/11) around 4:20pm, in traffic (on my earpiece) on my way home from work (off Lake Mead & 95) to Southern Highlands. Dr. Ha, himself, answered the phone, I asked what time they closed and he gave me their hours and explained that they were closed on Friday for Nevada day, and this Saturday (a rare day off). I told him that I just wanted to "browse" some computer glasses, and he said they should be there until about 5:45. I knew I still needed to do some running around before heading home, Best Buy & Home Depot off of 215 & Rainbow.... I actually left there at 5pm and knew I'd get to Dr. Ha in time. (Sorry for the rambling) So I get to Dr. Ha's office and was greeted awesomely as always by Christine (office manager) and Dr. Ha, I told them I had called & just wanted to browse some computer glasses. Christine, always remembering myself & my husband, asked how we'd been.... then while looking at my profile, she noticed I was due (over-due) for my exam! (last one was July 2010) I then asked when I could schedule an appt. Christine said this Monday (10/31/11), I said okay..... Dr. Ha said, no, he'd see me now! :-) Christine gave him a "look" and said "doc". I said well if you have to go, I'll be okay until Monday.... But the great Dr that he is, insisted!!! So I went in for my exam......To my surprise, I actually do need glasses!!! :-( due to straining on the computer. (always been 20/20) Anywho, I chose my frames and placed my order... Christine said that was the fastest exam & picking out of glasses that had ever been done!!!! (in a good way :-) These are the best group of workers *family* I have ever been to! They remember you! The staff is always pleasant and they, too, know their stuff. They provide critical support in helping you navigate the insurance process. Everything is in place before your visit. They are very responsive to your scheduling needs. They are extremely patient with fittings and offer good advisements about add-ons available. They don't try to push you to spend more money on specialty lenses that you don't need. They work in tandem with Dr. Le seamlessly. All-in-all, a great practice that is there for you on every level. I should have Yelped Dr. Le and Dr. Ha a year ago! They are both wonderful. Both are very knowledgeable and explain and answer every question. My daughter and I have seen Dr. Le again for our annual eye exams and again she was wonderful. Last year my husband went to Dr. Ha when he had an eye emergency and he called back to check on him the next day and over the weekend. In the end, the treatment worked and my husband is back to being able to wear contact lenses. The staff at Vision Source is friendly and helpful and they do not try to oversell on things you don't need, but make recommendations based on individual needs.
