Dr. Tester was incredibly calm, easygoing, and personable, which immediately put them at ease. He took the time to explain everything in a way they could easily understand, making the entire appointment feel comfortable and even fun. My kids walked out saying how much they loved their first eye exam! The experience was so impressive that it honestly made me want to switch to Dr. Tester as my own optometrist. Showed up Monday and appointment wasn't available. Was told doctor not available and no appointments available for rest of the day. Didn't even get any notice at that I needed to reschedule. Took time off work for this appointment. Waste of my time. If you book here avoid online appointment scheduling the current staff clear can't honor it. read more

I was greeted right away and asked to fill out forms and if I wanted some water while I was completing them. Both Andrea and Gaby were professional and friendly and I was quickly brought to the back to run the basic tests. Once done, I was placed in a room and the doctor Angela Shiraishi came and was very friendly and listened to the answers I gave from her questions. She had seen me previousl, but it was very noticeable that I needed cataract surgery. She had given me a recommendation and the treat I received was top notch. Now she was doing a follow up to see what I was looking to do for glasses and gave me some options and a prescription. I don't recommend this business. Doctor is not good. Staff is horrible. My prescriptions wrong. My glasses were ready and they never called me to tell me I call that's how I find out. My glasses were ready. Prescription was wrong. They have to do it again in a month later, I call back to see if they were ready. Not really sure where to start--I never write yelp reviews so the fact I am taking time out of my day to write this says alot. For starters-- booking an initial appointment was easy (call or text) I found the text feature really convinient. Additional quick paperwork and not too long of a wait before you're seen. Front office staff was pretty friendly. It was probably the practice of the appointment where it could have been better. I understand having techs that are new and being freshly trained--but to the point where routine practices take longer than necessary, or machines not being sanitized before you are placed on them, or having to redo certain things due to incompetence is unnecessary. I was seen by Dr. Angela Khakshooy. Not sure if it was just an off day but there was little to no interaction. It seemed as if there was tension between her and the front office staff for some reason. I voiced my concerns with her about my perscription for contact lenses and she said "How about I tell you what you're going to use." It sounded a bit condescending and dismissive but I bypassed it because I am not the professional. She wrote my contact prescription and then left for the day. I let her know the brand I currently use for contacts were extremely drying and not the best quality. Instead of really providing solid recommendations, or exploring other options she writes me an Rx for a cheaper, lower quality brand. The testers felt like glass in my eyes. She also said I had an astigmatism, refused to let me go up in Rx because of "overcorrection" -- and STILL wrote an Rx for the same exact script with NO DETAILS OF AN ASTIGMATISM? At this point she had left and there was not really much of a follow up. It wasn't until my eyeglasses where I felt better with the experience. The person helping me was super patient and even got me a deal on designer eyeglasses. I was super appreciative of that. When I mentioned my contacts feeling horrible SHE was the one who suggested another brand, gave me new testers (which I appreciate her so much for because she introduced me to an amazing contacts brand, shoutout to her! Amazing. Also gave me alot of knowledgeable insight-- almost more than the optometrist who kind of just disregarded me as a patient. To this moment I still don't know if my contact Rx is ideal for me. I decided to order the contacts from another source as I don't feel comfortable giving this establishment any more of my money. The level of care was subpar and I honestly wouldn't come here again. Mind you--I had to text back several times for an updated perscription-- so the astigmatism issue would be noted in the new script for toric lenses. Not worth the 80$ contact exam plus the additional 39$ for them to photograph your eye over dilation. There are great places in Vegas, but this one is a hard pass. read more

This optometrist is professional, patient and knowledgeable. This was my first eye exam that I did a full explanation of what my scan showed. She answered all of my questions and told me what to look out for. The front desk receptionist, Rose, was so sweet and helpful. She took the time to explain my benefits, answered my questions and offered me an alternative option to that air puff test I hate LOL the office was clean and very nice. I was referred to The Eye Doc at St Rose by a friend who is a patient there. She raved about how great the office is so I figured I would give them a try. Sadly, my experience was not great. I'll start off by saying that Dr. Noll is great. My eye exam with her was a great experience. She is thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. My low rating is due to the experience I had with the optician staff. The pricing I was given for my contacts was high and I found them cheaper at Costco. I asked if they would price match and said that I would place the order with them if they could. They informed me that they cannot price match so I left without ordering anything. They called me a few days later and asked if I ordered contacts anywhere yet. I let them know that I had not placed an order elsewhere and they told me they would price match so I ended up ordering with them. I received my order a week later. A few weeks after receiving my order, I received another call from them asking if I would like to place an order. They don't seem to be very organized. My son had his eyes examined there and it turns out he needed glasses. The optician showed me glasses and told me a price so I agreed to order them. While he was writing up my order, I looked at the price tag on the glasses and the price was way lower than what he told me (he told me a price that was 3x what the tag said) When I questioned the discrepancy, his response was that the wrong tag was on the glasses. In hindsight I wish I didn't order anything from this optical office. They're disorganized and dishonest and I felt hustled after my purchase. If you do see Dr. Noll for an eye exam, just take your prescription elsewhere and order your glasses and contacts from somewhere else. read more

This office is small....but don't let that fool you! The professionalism in this office is above and beyond! The office staff is very friendly and attentive. Dr Noll is very thorough and will explain everything to you. They are knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and happy to explain how your particular insurance policy works. They are very thorough and want to make sure you know what you are paying for. They are happy to give you options and find frames within your budget. My lenses alone are normally very expensive. They were happy to work with me and give me options to help reduce the cost. I highly recommend coming here for all your vision needs. read more

The eye doctor was very personable and efficient with my eye exam. During the eye exam, the doctor recommended a supplement and gave me a brochure. I had no issue with the recommendation but what I had an issue with was a sales person from that company calling me and trying to push their product; it was very annoying. The other major issue that I had was the prices on their lenses and frames. If you get an eye exam at this office, DO NOT buy their frames and lenses because they are so overpriced. I would highly recommend that you have them give you a copy prescription and go elsewhere. read more

I don't think I've ever said that I've had fun at an eye exam, but I had FUN at The Eye Doc!! This is a super clean, beautiful facility, located near Mothership Coffee on St. Rose in Henderson. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and made me feel like part of the family. I was seen quickly after completing my paperwork, and everything was explained thoroughly during my exam and afterward. I don't think there was a time when I wasn't smiling! Someone greets you immediately when you walk in and you get a one on one experience with someone choosing your frames! Amy my doctor was extremely fast and efficient doing my eye exam I really appreciate that because sometimes it can take all day just for an eye exam. This place billed my insurance $280 for frames and charged me a co-pay for also. Funny thing is, I didn't buy frames from them, I brought my own and had them put lenses in. Cigna has called them and asked to have it removed however it's been a week, numerous promises of call backs that haven't happened. I tried to get reimbursed for my frames, out of network and accidentally found out my claim was denied because they were paid. They basically defrauded my insurance company and have not fixed anything. I recommend checking EVERYTHING they do before you pay them and check your insurance claim they file. This place is an unorganized disaster. My glasses took FOREVER to come in after me calling multiple times to check on the status. Then when they finally came in ... they were wrong! This resulting in me having to call several more times for updates, the glasses again taking forever to be fixed and longer than I was promised. Just walked in about 10 mins ago. My contact prescription expired about 2 weeks ago. I completely ran out of contacts so I went in and asked the 2 girls at front desk how do I go about getting a few contacts to get me by until I can schedule an appointment and they insisted I need to make an appointment I said perfect so how can I get a few contact lenses until I can get in.... Am I suppose to drive and do daily stuff not seeing correctly??? No solution was suggested other than you have to make an appointment.. I understand my prescription is expired but it's not a year expired just 2 weeks expired. I will not be coming back here this is the first time I feel disrespected and talked down too. husband and I went and Though Dr Knoll was fine we were double ripped off by over price ed lenses & frames but decided to get them anyway. After getting them we both we're adjusting to new RX & mine got lost in my house -called the store they ordered another pair for me on a "rush" which I never asked for then 2 days later found my glasses but the store said they we're charging me $550 anyway. Will never deal with this hole in the wall of uncompassionate staff! I stumbled upon the Eye Doc at St. Rose while driving by. I looked them up and gave them a try. Scheduling an appt was easy and was able to get in right away. They offer an array of luxury opticals so if you're in the market for some you're in the right place. The staff is friendly and they are willing to work with you. Yesenia also works with your budget and provided you payment options. However, once you pick up then you have to pay the remaining amount. Or you can pick up glasses and then contacts later. I purchased the last pair of Tom fords, but since they were scratched the office purchased a new pair for me without me asking. As I am pregnant, Dr. Noll let me know that I can come back to change my prescription if necessary without a charge. read more

Avoid this place. Personally I feel I am due a refund of my $433.00 purchase 2 months ago (took possession on 2/12/22) due to the problematic lenses (or frames). Diego said we were beyond the 30 day warranty, but the lenses began splitting/cracking far before that time frame. I returned shortly after taking delivery (in less that the 30 days) and was given free replacement lenses, only to have the same thing happen on the very same side and same location of the lens. The only "option" I was given was either pick out a new pair or they will replace the lens again. Not wanting to continue with the frame and lenses and not happy with the current selection available, I asked for a refund and was told it was not policy after 30 days of purchase. What? I have been returning for the same defect within thirty days, each instance. The first Optician was condescending from the onset and continued to ask the same questions repeatedly (maybe to catch me lying?). We asked for a manager, she said "one is not working today". After further uncomfortable confrontation, Diego came out and said "I'm a manger, can I help you?". I guess a manager was present and available after all. Bottom line, I'm out $433.00 and will have to eat it, I'm going to another eyeglass store. The result? The Eye Doc @ St. Rose is remaking the same glasses, and expecting me to wear them with the possibility of taking broken plastic in the eye when it happens again. No negotiating with them...it's "My way or the highway". They have my hard earned dollar this time, but never again. read more
