So much potential but the place is gross! If you want to catch the Rona or the flu or possibly something worst this is the place for you! Oh gosh.. where to even start. Pros: it's free to enter the play area where there is a bounce castle and tunnels. The tickets for the arcade games are reasonable with quite the variety. There is plenty of seating and parking. Cons: kids will be bored easily as there isn't much to do. You will probably spend an hour or so doing everything that you could to stay entertained. Been here multiple times and they don't clean AT ALL same grossness every time we go so we're done here. Ball pit is NEVER cleaned. I've seen the same garbage in the same spots weeks apart. Is this Chuck E Cheese? No. The pizza is better here at half the price. Basically very similar to Little Ceasar's older recipe, sauce, dough which I think was better than the current version. Plenty of toppings to choose from, along with hoagies, fries, wings, bread sticks, salad, mac and cheese, other offerings. Tokens are 25 cents each or 25 for $5, which is affordable on a budget. There is a large ball pit for the kids with slides, pass through, etc. TWO bounce houses and they are both relatively new. There used to be one that had seen better days until replaced. The staff? The kids that work there are friendly, patient, hard working. The place is usually not crowded, except maybe Saturday afternoons, so very manageable for the kids, most customers are locals and the other customers are usually friendly, kids get along. I have been coming here nearly 25 years. First with my kids, now with my grandkids. They love this place. I love this place and the family that owns it. Many good times over the years. Negatives? I'm not taking any stars off but the games are older, may not always work. Yes as others have said there are stained ceiling tiles from previous leaks. Can they compete with Chuck E Cheese or Dave and Busters for toys? No. Then again you won't spend $100 here for 2 or 3 kids and can go buy toys after with the money you saved. It is a local family owned business not a multimillion dollar national attraction. The bathrooms may only have one handicap toilet, two sinks not be up to the standards of Chuck E Cheese or Dave and Busters. The decor is dated. Unless your kid is an interior decorator, a stickler for high fashion the bounce house, ball pit will make it a clear winner over the national chains listed. read more

Pizza was fine. Staff was friendly. We wound up here on a whim on the way to Pocono raceway. Everything else is horrible. The ceiling is water damaged literally everywhere and ready to collapse. Half the games are out of order and haven't been cleaned in a long long time. Black mold in the men's room. Games from the 80s. Seems when one stops working they just stick it in the back facing the wall. The sign outside probably used to light up. Now it's broken, no colored plastic or glass on it, literally nothing. It's a cool place and has the potential to be much better though! The fact that I took my 6 year old grandson twice and he became sick with the virus both times speaks volumes for their anti cleanliness! Especially with COVID and not to mention RSV that's been going around!! I would stay away until they got their act together and come up with a disinfection plan. I took my 5-year-old grandson there. He loves this place. There is no admission fee which is great they have pizza which is basic. But he loves it. Definitely needs a thorough cleaning. Stains on the ceiling and the rugs are really dirty. Make sure the kids wear socks with grippies since shoes are taken off to go in the tubes and jumpy house. I took my daughter(5 and with autism) here today because it was raining out and new to pa still, it was nice that it's free play for the kids, but due to Covid the main attraction (for my daughter anyway ) was closed due to Covid which was the huge ball pit and the mini ball pit which also means the main and only slide that connects to it too. The bounce house got all the glory since the balls were a no go! She went in and out over 5 times in sessions from playing arcade games, air hockey, collecting tickets as we went along, games don't cost more than 4 tokens, a lot were only 2 or 1 which was nice, even the air hockey. The bowling, and a few other machines were very much broken and abused. The floor was super gross and stained but hey it's a kid place that's not new, so if you don't go in thinking it's par with other kid indoor playrooms you'll love it(plus hello it's free entry to burn off them endless kid batteries they have ) We had a blast, they even have a lil 3$ pictures drawing, super fun and cute. They have an atm, but be warned and bring cash for tokens. Only bought 20$ in tokens and we played everything several times. Didn't have the pizza, but maybe next time I'll give it a go. Overall 4 stars cuz my daughter was worn out, got her lil tickets cashed in for a cup lol (her choice) , the prizes were way over priced and bad selection(dollar tree got better quality), so just aim to have fun playing and collecting, but if you don't have more than 300 tickets you won't be getting much at all (we had 333). Cup was 300. Got two lil army men and that's a wrap for our mini new adventure to imagination zone. I say under 6 years old- well worth the visit. One thing I did not like very much was zero sanitizer in any dispensers and just wish it was a bit cleaner, but for this age group no complaints past that. I know this is just a little local business so walking in I never expected much. However.... I have to look at this through a 5 and 6 year olds eyes.. My son LOVES Imagination Zone! We have gone to birthday parties there, and have gone on our own several times. We have a great time every time we go! This year we decided to have my son's birthday party there. When I walked in to book the party I was so pleasantly surprised!!!! They updated the inside!!!! It looks so good! They took the wall down so you can see in the video game area, painted, even changed the ceiling tiles! New bounce house! Games! My son's party was yesterday and everyone had a blast!!! We will be doing it there again next year as well! Such a great stress free party planning for kids!!! Took my nephew here last week, 1st, it's clean!! 2nd it has a big bounce house and ball house , 3rd it has video games and arcade games with tickets and a nice variety of ticket redemption toys, for all tickets values , My nephew was here for 2 hours worked up a sweat and being special needs, got his energy out!! They have an area to sit and the food is decent for what it is!! Could be a few more machines, but, he was happy and that's all that mAtters.. That made me happy!! I noticed this place has two pages, so I'm leaving my review on both pages. It's actually Big Cheese Pizza & Imagination Fun Zone! The exact address is 1860 Route 209, if anyone needs it for directions. That made my life a lot easier. Still wondering how anyone is leaving a bad review for this place based on their pizza when it's really for kids. I took my 1 year old daughter here to play and she absolutely loved it. $3 to play, the place was spotless and she had ample room to run around and play. The staff was so welcoming and on a weekday it's quiet and not overly crowded. I will try the pizza next time for sure. We are definitely going back here more often. There is a little ball pit, a big ball pit and slides and a very large bouncy castle. The place isn't large and extravagant, but it is well worth the trip from East Stroudsburg and well worth the $3. There is also a gaming area, which she is still too young for. They get an A+ from me and Charley! read more

This place is disgusting but the lady working there was soooooo nice to us! She was so kind to take my baby to the toddler area and offered him a walker to run around in. The place is nasty though. It needs a good floor sweep and a good dusting. The toys were not that dirty just well used but under the ball pit has some pretty big dust bunnies! Awful experience! The staff was so rude!!!!!!! They opened at 10:30 am on Friday morning and at 10:50 the lights were still off. My mom ran in to see what was going on and the woman behind the counter told her they don't open until 10:30. Um, it's almost 11! The rude woman told us she was preparing pizzas and should be out soon and that she'd turn the light on for us. Gee, thanks! I'm sorry you hate your job but don't take it out on customers. The place was filthy also. I'm talking dead bugs and webs of dust. Save your time and DO NOT bother!!! It's sad too because there are not a lot of these places in the area. I had my daughter's birthday party here & the management was a disaster!! Alert - to all those planning to have a party here - don't do it! They reamed me out about trying to bring bottled water into the place like I was trying to bring weapons into the white house or something. And then I'm positive they told my hostess to neglect us b/c we received 0 - minimal service. I had to beg each time I needed drink pitcher refills, or the tokens or extra plates, cups & forks. They did not supply themed dessert plates or cups (which they did not mention beforehand). (I guess the kids should have saved their pizza plates & cups for the dessert -- maybe that's why their staff didn't clear the tables???) I had to bus the tables after I served the pizza & before I served the cake. Their pizza is terrible, by the way. It was the worst kid's party place ever. I would have had an easier time had I had all 12 kids over my house!!! I offered to buy my bottled water from them too, so I could serve it to my guests but they refused me. They claimed it could have been tampered w/ and then they would be liable in court. But, the cake I brought they had no problems letting me serve. This place is only good if you don't plan on interacting with their employees. We have been here several times to let my son play and it has been fine. If you order food you deal with the most miserable workers. They all have attitudes and are nasty like they are all forced to work here. I decidedly have my sons birthday here and payed a decent amount of money for it to only be disgusted by the service and management. We payed for a hostess and no one came to take our orders or anything else and I went to complain a few times and no one did anything about it. I ended up getting the food, drinks, napkins, plates, everything. After not being attended to they came to kick us out of the room we rented bc our time was up and didn't receive the service we payed for. Absolute nightmare and would never do it again!
