I've been coming to this place for years and overall I like it. There have been a few hiccups with my nails but its few and far between. At my recent visit today, I was disappointed by the price and lack of services. Honestly it's been 7-8 months since I got my nails done due to having a baby and the state of world but I don't remember ever being charged $45 for a full set with gel polish. I also couldn't get my eyebrows done or pedicure due to lack of staff on a Saturday. When I asked why the price of my nails was so high I was told a full set with gel is $40 and I got charged an additional $5.00 for the shape (coffin). They do a good job just not pleased with the unnecessary upcharge for standard services.

I don't get my nails done often.. only twice before. My mom and sister wanted a girls' spa day, and my sister recommended this place. Only open for about a month, it's clean and spacious. Loved my nails! Very well done.. The nail technician was very sweet and professional. She fixed my sister's messed up nails from her previous experience at another place. My mom got a pedicure and eyebrows waxed. Tell them Gloria sent you! Be sure to get a customer loyalty card, too.

NOT ONE STAR BUT NO STARS. I came here after work to get my nails done I was not happy with the service first off I felt very rushed had I not paid already I would'nt have paid. I asked to have the corners that were pulling up to be buffed down and I'm still Letting her know that they were not bow down she refused to go back over it giving a bogus excuse saying something about the first layer. all the polishes that are here very old and need to be replaced they are very thick and gooey while painting my nails she was rushing I noticed by the time she was down to the fourth nail that I was not happy with the color in the bottle it was glitter in it the polish but it is so old and gunky that you cannot see the glitter in the paint on the nail and the color looks hideous on my skin tone she refused to change it once again giving me an excuse about how it too many nails painted to change it I even advised that I would come another day know she was in a rush this place has bad customer service. I adv spend you money else where if you're looking for a place in the area to get your nails done stay far away from this place. If you close at 7:30 and a customer walks in at 6:30 and you really don't have the time or want to do the job right just advise the customer you stop seeing customers at a certain time period fuck just took my money because you can. Generally I only make reviews once I have a great experience but this place pissed me off!!!!

Terrible job. Cut my nails way too short. Painted all over my cuticles and surrounding skin. Layers of paint not even.

She has always made me feel comfortable from the start. She works quickly and efficiently and ensures to answer any questions you might have about any procedure. You cannot trust just anyone to do your sugaring or waxing, especially in sensitive areas, but I have never been disappointed here. I book everything online and if you need to reschedule, calling in is a breeze. The other staff I have interacted with have always been pleasant and accommodating. You can also get package deals for your sugaring or waxing to save money and for convenience. I did this in the past and recommend it if you can afford it upfront. I would not go anywhere else for my sugaring or waxing needs. I highly recommend this shop if you need any hair removal done or any other services they offer. You will definitely get quality service that is worth every dollar.

My daughter had a "back wax" for the first time at this facility. In preparation for this service, I Googled the rating, which returned to 4.7 Stars. We called the company to find out what to expect since this was her first time. Also, she had an event to attend and wanted to ensure there were no issues with her back after the service. The company advised us to come a few days earlier in case of minor irritation (considering eyebrow and lip waxing, you might get a minor irritation). Also, the esthetician recommended that my daughter get a "Sugar wax" service. We arrived five days before the event and had the service done. The esthetician had my daughter sign a waiver and advised her to use Neosporin or Hydrocortisone in case of minor irritation. My daughter said that the esthetician used her gloved hands as she repeatedly put the product on her back, but she didn't change the gloves between applications. My daughter thought to herself that she hoped the esthetician would change the product for each new client. Immediately after the service, walking out the door, I checked her back and saw white pimples populating on her back. My daughter didn't go back into the facility to make them aware because she had already addressed the possibility of some irritation. My daughter used hydrocortisone to help with the rash; now it's red. After the event, the rash developed fully on her entire back. The earliest we could get an appointment with a dermatologist was that Wednesday. During the visit, the dermatologist said this rash was caused by a contaminated product caused by double-dipping. She prescribed a cream to be used daily for at least two weeks, possibly three. We are still working on the rash, which has been present for seventeen days. Yesterday, we showed my daughter's back and spoke to the company about the problem. We requested a refund for the cost of the service and dermatologist visit. The problem was not a minor irritation but a massive reaction to contaminated products caused by staff negligence, which caused a full-blown rash. We asked to speak to the owner, which the esthetician declined. She responded that she would give the information to the owner and get back to us tomorrow. Today, after two follow-up calls from me, they finally responded: "Your daughter signed the waiver, which clearly states that we are not responsible for anything; therefore, they will not give a refund." In all honesty, based on yesterday's conversation with the esthetician, we didn't expect them to show good ethics or integrity. If I saw a review like this and the pictures as proof, I would say, "Thank you very much!" And move on to another company. We can only make decisions in today's world through the "Reviews." So even if you have a 5-star rating along with these business practices, I would not take the chance because you or your loved one suffers; the company moves on with business as usual. They have to be held accountable! So, we will be filing this information to The State Board of Georgia because this is a health issue that requires investigating or, at the very least, recording. No STAR ratings. We are making sure you get the information so that you can make the right decision.

I'm sure Olga is awesome, but despite booking my eyebrow threading appointment with her specifically, I never met her and a random lady did my brows--I have scars above my right eyebrow, like, deep scars from my appointment that resulted in deep itchy rash. It also smelled odd during the threading like maybe rose witch hazel but I'm not sensitive to that normally. A simple alcohol or aloe solution would have been preferred. Maybe it just wasn't sanitary but anyway I left and almost immediately broke out in a super itchy skin inflammation and started my new job like that! This was several months ago (April 2025) and I still have the deep scars on my face from this amateur facility with newbies. I just remember wanting to scratch it so badly. I used to go to a threading and sugaring place in Alpharetta before I relocated, and never had a problem nor sensitivity there. Brazilian and eyebrows, never an issue. Bare Wax is not a place I will be returning to. What sucks is I didn't even need the service, just wanted to try the new place and be groomed and polished. Honestly there was no difference, she didn't even know how to trim my eyebrows so they looked basically the same as when I arrived.

It used to be a place I'd happily recommend to people looking to relax and reset. That changed recently when it became clear they are not welcoming to motorcycles. As someone who rides, that's a pretty disappointing stance to see from a business I've supported for so long. I'm not interested in supporting places that single out riders or create an unwelcoming environment for people simply based on how they arrive. It's a shame, because the facility itself has always been solid and I used to enjoy coming here. But culture matters. If a business doesn't want to be welcoming to the riding community, that's their choice--but it also means they won't be getting any more of my business. Plenty of other places out there that are happy to welcome everyone who walks through the door. ‍

I was really hoping to find someone who could recreate the style I was used to back home. I found this salon a few months ago and had been seeing one of the brow stylists, who was fantastic. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and helped me gradually get my brows back to the shape I loved. Since eyebrow growth takes time, we've been working toward that goal over multiple appointments. Unfortunately, her schedule has been a bit inconsistent lately, so I stopped in today after the gym hoping another stylist could help. Before we started, I explained in detail what I had been working on with the other brow artist and asked several questions to make sure she was comfortable maintaining that same shape. She assured me she understood and told me to trust her. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. It felt like my concerns weren't listened to, and months of progress toward growing my brows back have now been undone. Brows take weeks to grow back and often months to reshape, so it's incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm starting over. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what I was trying to accomplish because I wanted to avoid this outcome. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and the progress I'd made over the past few months. It was simply a very inconvenient experience that could have been avoided if the stylist had been upfront about not being familiar with the technique or shape I was looking for. I'm sure this stylist may do a great job for clients looking for a different brow style, but if a client is asking for a specific approach that you're not confident you can achieve, it's much better to be honest than to promise you can. Setting the right expectations is so important. I wondered if I was just being overly critical, but when I got home, my fiancé immediately noticed the difference and even commented that my brows didn't turn out as well as they had before. I'll continue booking with the original stylist because she truly understood what I was looking for, but I wanted to share my experience so others know to request the stylist whose work aligns with the look they're trying to achieve.
