This is the second time I've used these movers and they're great every time and very affordable (and you get a discount for being a repeat customer). My movers (I believe the names were Omar and Alejandro) and they were so so sweet. I was late and they didn't make me feel bad and kept being so patient (although since I was late, the manager from the company called and told me it was going to be $100 because I was an hour late, but even he was kind and just charged me $50 instead of $100). Wow- this company is just amazing! We have moved so many times throughout the years with both small and large companies - iMOVE hands down blows them out of the park! The team they have assembled is a true gem. Mia was excellent in management and organization - she was attentive to details and made sure communication was excellent. We used their team to move from NYC to PA - just superb. Omar and his colleague handled the move - they were so careful with our furniture, meticulously wrapping it up in plastic. They were also incredibly fast and efficient. When they arrived in PA, the house was still under construction and with a lot of construction debris. I asked Omar if he could keep the furniture wrapped in plastic, and exchange out the blankets - he was more than willing to do so despite the inconvenience. My fiancé and I did our one bedroom move from Hudson Yards to Fidi with iMove. We ended up having a few more boxes and small pieces of furniture that got left off the initial consultation list, but they were really nice and accommodating about it, which is greatly appreciated given how most movers will nickel and dime you for every small thing. Their quote was the lowest I received out of five different movers. I went with them based on their positive reviews, but was expecting the most basic service and probably a few broken items based on the low price. I was okay with this, considering my budget. They moved me point A to point B for a little bit less than 3 hours, a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment. All items were protected with moving blankets and my bed was disassembled and reassembled!
