Friendly and very helpful. I searched online for the part and it was more expensive and would have taken longer for delivery.

All the aforementioned stores provided reasonable quotes; however, when it came to designing for our needs they were only capable of providing cookie cutter results. Cindy from Closet Factory came to our home and designed the coffee bar to our needs and space. Joe the installer was on time and professional and his attention to detail was superb. The price difference from the the "Stores" to Closet Factory was not that big of a difference. By choosing Closet factory we got custom made pieces for a great price!!! We are completely satisfied with the entire process, start to finish. The install was completed in one day. There is a blemish on one of the drawers that is reordered and will be replaced as soon as it comes in. I am getting so many compliments! I LOVE my new closet! When my realtor saw the work Norm and his crew did in the two units, she gushed praises for how good Norm made our property look. She even cussed a bit, and she doesn't normally swear. Here's a direct quote from the text she sent me, "IT LOOKS SOOOOOO GOOOOD!!!!" Norm checked all of the boxes you want a contractor to check. High quality workmanship. Check. Reasonable on price. Check. Work completed in a timely manner. Check. Communicated well, often, and clearly. Check. I can't recommend this guy enough. If you want your place painted by a guy who will make it look SOOOOOO GOOOOD, then I think you need to hire Norm.
