Love this place. I didn't even get an install through them. I should have but I was trying to save money by doing it myself. They gave me the extra cable I needed and told me how to do my install. Not many shops would go out of their way for you while not even making any money. It took me 3 days to do it myself ! Next time I'll definitely have them do it for me. These people are crooks they were overprice you overcharge you and when you called them back they will dodge your phone call don't believe that they're going to give you a warranty because they will not call cute but their products have set on the shelf so long that most of them are dry rotted speakers and they will sell them to you like they got them that week don't trust those people they are crooks read more

There's good and there's bad things about this shop. They offer a unique blend of low-end and competition-grade components. I was introduced to Juan through a friend, so I trusted Juan. However, I wasn't happy with the customer service. I purchased Beyma speakers and tweeters, and O2 brand speakers. These are DJ/loudspeaker-type speakers. They're loud; they've also got a limited range. However, I wasn't unhappy with the speakers -- and Juan made me a decent deal on the price. HOWEVER, I cannot recommend their installers. They are the worst people to touch your car, so don't let them! The guy who installed/fabricated fittings for the speakers I bought didn't speak English. He was slow. Fat. Left shavings in my vehicle and broke the center air vent and didn't re-attach the passenger window switch so I couldn't roll down that window. If you're looking for Beyma and other import speakers, then you'll find an interesting selection at Kar Auto Sound. But DO NOT have them install it! Sorry, Juan. But it's the truth. read more

My entire family has had their vehicle's audio systems upgraded here with Juan for years, dating back to early 2000s ! (95 Sentra, 2003 Explorer, 2010 sentra) finally decided to pull the trigger and upgrade my own Civic Si. Checked out a few local shops, all seemed pretty shady and WAY over priced. my pops said "why are u wasting your time even looking around, when u know exactly where you need to go... go see Juan and he'll take care of you" . Sure enough the prices were very competitive and the guys were super knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Head unit remained stock but the imperial audio guys had all the kits and adapters available if I had decided to upgrade my radio as well. Did research to try attempting the upgrades at home myself but my cars factory "premium audio system" makes upgrading complicated, however these guys tackled it like champs!! All the wiring was professionally done you couldn't even tell the system was upgraded, which was my main concern. Install took a few hours which was no big deal since I planned to drop the car off the entire day anyway, I placed my trust 100% into the hands of these guys and drove off a VERY happy customer, I'll be recommending all my customers to IMPERIAL AUDIO . read more

Took my car in to get a new amp hooked up and they completely ruined my alternator. Car died while I was on the highway driving back because they just threw an amp in there without testing it for compatibility at all. Also screwed it in in the worst passible place right where passenger's feet go. Went back to see if they would fix their mistake but they blamed me for the issue, despite it clearly being an electrical issue that started after I left the shop.
