Mario was polite, professional, and far more helpful than anyone I've ever dealt with at any sort of auto shop. The folks at State took care of everything flawlessly, dealt directly with the insurance company on everything, handled my wife's car being totaled out, and kept me informed on the progress of my car's repairs every step of the way. I got my 10 year old car back looking almost as good as the day I drove it off the lot. I hope it's quite a while before I need a body shop again but I can't imagine bringing my cars anywhere but State Auto Body.
