Dropped the car off, but before I left, Sully had already suspected that the issue wasn't a tire thing, but a drive shaft/U-joint issue, which was confirmed shortly thereafter. Figured that it would be both a fix that would take a long time and cost me an arm and a leg... but Sully quoted me a surprisingly reasonable price, AND had the parts ordered and replaced on the vehicle by the end of the day on Thursday, the day after I dropped it off. Said this before, and I'll say it again - for superb workmanship, fair pricing, and superior service, there is NO BETTER SHOP in the area than Sully's Auto Care. This has been my go-to shop for the last three years, and I am profoundly thankful and exceedingly happy that I found them.

We have had a previous vehicle repaired by them and I was impressed with their professionalism and quality. My dad restores antique cars so I basically grew up in a body shop and know what to look for in a repair job. I requested Quonset Auto Body immediately from my insurance provider when I reported the accident, and was happy to wait for the tow truck to arrive from North Kingstown. I was very apprehensive about how well she could be repaired, but talking with Gordon eased my mind considerably, enough so that I could sleep at night (did I mention I'm a little crazy about my baby?) When I came to pick her up, my truck was waiting in the lot, and my son is happy to tell all his friends how I cried like a baby when I saw her. She was beautiful again! They even detailed the inside which I really appreciate. Gordon was out of town at the time but he made sure to call me to check up on my satisfaction and assure me that if anything goes wrong, to call them to take care of it.
