None of them were being charged. Looks like they are holding on to them until their batteries die and then take them elsewhere to be captured and released. If they would do this, gotta question their integrity under your hood also. I've known and been around mechanics for years, never once have I left a shop with the mindset of not going back or recommending a shop to someone. This is a shop I visited prior and have had work done on my car here but today will be my last visit. Came in and dropped my car for a spark plug and coil swap, after an hour of leaving this shop, my car started having major issues with idling,misfiring,and a drive train malfunction. I called the shop countless times and all calls were forwarded from 2 different lines. I drive down to the shop in a different car just to ask the mechanic for some help and tips on the situation and not only did the mechanic completely ignore my existence upon arrival and didn't acknowledge me , after I approached him RESPECTFULLY letting him know my situation, he got loud and bothered because I came back to him for help. I clarified to him I'm not here to start issues just for some help because I have a car that left his shop not working so I would like to know what steps are next, the mechanic never once offered to look at my car again. Never once offered me to bring my car back. Never once addressed the issue of my car, in short conversation the mechanic suggested some short term solutions. As a mechanic you'd think if a customer returns to you after a car left your shop with issue you'd wanna help the customer but no, instead the mechanic got defensive. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AUTO SHOP! Mr. Daniel Tran exceeded all my expectations in working on my car. I initially came to get suspension work, but after lowering the car on coilovers I noticed the wheels were directly under the wheel well which made wheels look smaller on the car. I then purchased some wheel spacers to extend the wheels out for a more wider fuller look. After installation, Daniel noticed my rear wheels were very close on rubbing the under fenders which would wear tires prematurely. Daniel then told me about fender rolling which would push the fender liner upward and clear way for the wheels. After finishing those modifications, we proceeded in getting alignment finishing my project. Great quality mechanic, great price, I would definitely bring my car back for work if needed. read more

Called today to make an appointment for an alignment, but the shop was available and I was able to bring it in within an hour! When I came there I was greeted immediately by an assistant, and I had my alignment done in a jiffy. During the wait, I also was able to watch a movie and grab a drink from their fridge. A1 customer service! It barely felt like a wait at all; Rather it felt like I was just kicking back at a friend's house. I also had some problems with my exhaust scraping, so I talked to the owner and he was able to fix it along with my alignment. Charged me at the best price available; I expected a lot more with the great customer service and how fast the service was done. I'm so happy to finally get my window fix. I had my since 2000 and it runs like a dream. The only problem was my window. It just stopped working one day. That's the only issue I had with the car. I looked up auto repairs in my area on yelp and took me to imperial and they were fair with the price. And got it fix day of! They were professional and I'm happy to say my car is working again. I was looking for a place where they can install my suspension to lower my car. Came across this place and decided to ask how much it would be. David came out as I pulled up and ask if need help and I asked if they can install my suspension. He said they can definitely do it and even have an in-floor alignment machine so once my car is lowered they wouldn't have trouble getting it on the alignment machine. They quoted me the price that was cheaper than other shops I been asking and told me they can do it the same day. I left my car there and a couple of hours later David called me and told me my car was ready. Came to pick it up test drove the vehicle and everything looked and felt great. THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME!! All I needed was a silver paint job for a new bumper. I had just replaced the front bumper of my friend's 01' Acura CL3.2 with an 03' Accord's OEM black bumper. A-1 service!! the guys here are professional and their price is competitive around the area. from basic oil changes and smog, to full on air suspension installation and vehicle customizations. they use high end equipment like the Hunter in ground alignment. Their lifts and alignment mechine are Perfect for really low cars. I worked with David and Daniel, both are really knowledgeable and helpful. they answer my questions and gave me different options on my wants and needs. While waiting for my car, Daniel even offer me McDonald's and checked if I needed anything. When I was waiting for my car to get done, I noticed all kinds of cars to come in for service, From a old 4runner to a couple brand new Mercedes and bmws. They helped them all. I would recommend getting dropped off. While they have a small lounge with refreshments and a tv . it's not a place I would wait for a big service to get done. I went to Imperial Motorsports over the weekend for a smog check and the experience was great. I made sure to call ahead to make sure they were free. Daniel was quite friendly and welcomed me when I arrived. The smog check went smoothly and luckily my car passed. There is a McDonald's right across the street where you can grab a quick bite as your car is getting worked on so that is quite convenient. After the smog check was completed, I asked Daniel to take a look at one of my headlights that was working on and off. Daniel and one of his workers ended up spending an extra 15 minutes on my car to clean the greasy connectors free of charge! I don't really know much about cars but the worker there took his time explaining to me what he was doing which was very much appreciated.
