I hired Gary - Imperial Landscaping. That Company did an excellent job on my backyard! I am so pleased! I had a huge demo which consisted of about 18 bushes that needed to be extracted and a bunch of grass. My wood from the existing planters was restored and stained. The crew worked so hard. When it was time to pick plants, I went with Gary & Jose to select each one! I've never had a landscaper do that! My husband met Gary to select the turf for his putting green. This is the third time we have used Imperial Landscaping. Each time they have done an excellent job, from picking the best looking plants, performing the work, and finishing with cleaning up the mess that was created. They leave our yard looking better then when they arrived. This last time after removing two boar infested trees that were losing leaves at record pace our yard was a mess. I'm only giving this company 1 star because the men that worked on our backyard were very nice, timely & extremely knowledgeable. Gary (the owner, supposedly) was EXTREMELY unprofessional today when he came "to collect his final payment." Here's our involvement with him. We had to make a couple changes to our plans early last week & there were no issues in doing that according to him at that time. Also at that time Gary told us that we would be receiving a contract with all of the information...fast forward to today, still no contract (more on that here in a bit). We should've stopped at that point, but hindsight is 2020. Work began first thing Monday morning & everything moved VERY quickly. We were very pleased with the progress. Gary stopped by to collect his payment. At that time he explained to us that we were to pay the foreman a substantial amount for their work (which we were fine with doing). At that point we asked for a contract & he stated that he would be emailing it later on that afternoon...no contract. Fast forward to Thursday. The crew was making even greater progress. Gary stopped by to "take a look at things". Again, asked about the contract. "I'll email it to you". Still no contract. Today, the crew finished up & everything looked great! At my request they hung up a new gate that we purchased, no questions. At around 12:30 Gary shows up asking for his final payment. I asked him if we could get a copy of the contract & he said this is your contract (a handwritten piece of paper with numbers on it, including a $2000 charge to "the company"), his exact words. Definitely not a contract! We looked it over & determined that his numbers were not adding up to what we had paid. When he was questioned about it, he became VERY, VERY defensive saying that what was written on the paper was indeed the final contract. I mentioned that he never sent the contract over to us & at that point he became aggressive to the point of mocking us. He then asked who hung the gate & we told him the guys did. He then proceeded to tell us that the gate was not in the contract & he would have to charge us for it or get that money back from the crew. PLEASE, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO DO RESEARCH ON HIM IF YOU DECIDE TO PROCEED!! I say this because he is very shady when questioned & places blame on other people when this can all be avoided by just doing the right thing & living up to his word. read more

Their workmanship and attention to detail were awesome and they made adjustments on the fly that we requested, without giving any "attitude". This is absolutely the best landscaping company I have found in the almost 20 years I have lived in Las Vegas. Their attention to detail is remarkable from selecting plants to artistically siting where they were planted. They were very careful not to ding any of my fixtures and planters. And their cleanup afterwards could not have been better if I had done it myself. They even cleaned the street from the dirt they brought to fill my raised flowerbeds !
