How do you get a five star rating without doing any work? Read on…read more To be clear, we did not hire Absolute Paradise Landscaping (APL) at this time. Nevertheless, we felt APL deserved our review anyway. Here is why: First, the company's communications with us were excellent. Our initial meeting was scheduled at our convenience. They were also very clear in identifying and explaining certain limitations regarding our project- a strong indication our general project plan was not just read, but studied in advance of our meeting. Our project was a complete front and back yard redo (including building planters and installing hardscape). I met with Steve, a very personable and knowledgeable individual. I was very impressed with his candor and honesty. He explained to me what his company's licensing authorized them to do and some things about our project that were beyond the scope of their licensing. Imagine, an honest contractor! I respected Steve's candor and integrity for disclosing that during our meeting. It signaled what we could expect in the quality of the work (had we hired APL). I felt APL had our best interests in mind in laying out its capabilities to make our yard dreams come true. I am keeping APL in my contacts for future reference. Reach out to them. When you do, tell Steve you were referred by the guy who never hired him.

Martin completed our initial estimate, and at first the communication was great. Unfortunately,…read moreafter that, things started going downhill. It's disappointing because I really wanted to love this company, but the entire experience has been filled with frustrations, constant follow-ups, and having to ask why things weren't getting done. On the first day of the project, the crew arrived and began measuring the area. They knocked on my door because they wanted to confirm some measurements. When I went outside, they explained that the measurements Martin had provided seemed off and that the border where the plants were supposed to go was much wider than expected. I agreed and told them that wasn't what Martin and I had discussed. I immediately called Martin and explained that the measurements were incorrect and did not match the design photo I had been shown. He told me he had used Google Maps for measurements and that sometimes it's not accurate. I was shocked because I specifically thought he had physically measured the area himself. He then informed me that additional materials would be needed, resulting in an extra cost of approximately $1,900 for more pavers and artificial grass. I explained that this was not my mistake and that it was his responsibility to ensure the measurements were accurate. I had asked multiple times if the quoted amount was final because one of my biggest concerns was avoiding a seam in the artificial grass. While he ultimately corrected the issue without charging me the additional amount, I still ended up with a visible seam running through the grass. Which I'm not happy about still. We also added a raised seating area with lighting. After installation, the area had a significant slope that was very noticeable. When I brought it to their attention, they explained that some slope was necessary for water runoff. However, this wasn't a slight slope it looked more like a sunken area on one side of the square. They eventually came back and corrected it. The pavers have also been an ongoing issue. They were uneven and not properly leveled. The company has returned twice to address the problem. While there has been some improvement, it still isn't what I would consider acceptable, and the unevenness remains noticeable. The plants they installed also began drying out. They had to return twice to address that issue as well, but only after delays and on their own schedule. Currently, I still have cracked pavers, chipped pieces, and stained pavers that need to be replaced. I am still waiting for a response regarding these issues. Once again, everything seems to be handled at their convenience rather than with urgency or concern for customer satisfaction. My overall impression is that once the company secures the job, customer service significantly declines. The quality issues, lack of communication, repeated repairs, and delays have made what should have been an exciting project into a frustrating experience. As a customer who invested a significant amount of money, I expected better workmanship, accountability, and follow-through.

Specifically, working with Greg Sample was absolutely outstanding. I have a bit of a background in both design and landscaping -- enough to sketch out a rough vision and probably enough to get myself into trouble -- so I came to Greg with a very rough hand-drawn concept of what my wife and I wanted. We had one initial meeting at our house to talk through ideas, and then later sat down for his formal design presentation. Honestly, it blew my mind. The level of detail and professionalism was unlike anything I've ever seen. We could see every single aspect of the project brought to life: every tree, plant, boulder, material choice, the stonework, lighting, patio cover, built-in barbecue, spa deck, and the sunken fire pit. What really impressed me was that his rendering even accounted for the exact orientation of our lot, allowing us to visualize how the sun would rise and fall throughout the day and how the backyard would look at different times. We could even identify which plants would receive full sun versus shade and make informed decisions accordingly. The entire process felt incredibly thoughtful, creative, and professional from start to finish. One funny story: as my wife and I were walking into Greg's office for the presentation, I told her, "No matter what, we are NOT signing today. We're going to negotiate, take our time, and get other bids." I knew this was going to be a major investment because we were doing an entire backyard from scratch. Then Greg put the rendering up on the big screen. Within minutes, I was completely smitten. The vision was so well thought out and beautifully executed that we signed on the spot. We had to resurface our pool deck along with expanding the footprint, installed pavers to the courtyard and added turf to the front yard. We purchased our own plants but they dug all holes, planted and did all new drip systems. Kevin was incredibly helpful in that I had done AI designs of what I wanted and he created the plan to make it happen. Cheers to the amazing hard workers who endured terrible hot heat but continued to work with a smile. We offered water and food as I believe in taking care of those who help you. Plus they appreciated it. Lester was the supervisor of the team and got the job done. My only suggestion is for corp/management- Create a position Concierge liaison- a Individual who communicates to the home owners on all job sites in the morning by text of when to expect the crew and what part of the project is going to be worked on. Lastly provide easy ups for your crew as these working conditions are difficult. I love the outcome of the job and would highly recommend Pure Turf USA.

First, I live and work minutes away from my daughter, son in law, and grandchildren, and my residence was not questioned when you accepted my money without having met me in person. The sunken, unleveled area near the patio was sunken prior to the children playing there with water, which was brought to your attention immediately by me, and remains sunken. The children were playing on the artificial turf after installation, not during, and also when your crews would come for repairs, always unannounced, whenever they could fit in the time, because new business was prioritized first, according to your employees. My daughter would move toys, including their inflatable pool which was destroyed by cement thrown into it by your workers. The ineffective drainage by the patio was replaced, without a change order, by the structurally impaired lateral drain after I simply asked your professional if it was a possibility. You did us no favor by installing additional drainage that you stated "will help significantly during the winter season", but which we never wanted, never asked for, never saw a change order for, and I supposedly refused to pay for, which is false and libelous. The poorly placed drain at the back of the wall that you speak of was never meant to be located there and was removed because it didn't connect to any discharge or overflow line. The artificial turf, with holes cut in it to fit drain covers in that location, was laid back down and patched up. I cannot accept a repair method that leaves brand new artificial turf with a patched or piece meal finish, particularly to fix an error made by your team. One item I have complained about since the beginning is the safety concerns with the unfastened down and lifting turf which has never been addressed by anyone on your team. And you're saying this is the best you can do.

The contractor then requested the final 50% payment to complete the project. They sent an email specifying that the remaining work would require six days to complete. Based on this timeline, I issued a cashier's check for the remaining balance. Following receipt of payment, the contractor performed two days of work. Evan was also the one who recommended the white decorative rock, which makes the patio feel brighter and more spacious, as well as the gray multicolored pavers for the area where we planned to install our pergola. I am still waiting for that to happen. It keeps getting pushed back. It is the weather or we live too far out. We did not live too far out when they took the job. The last I was told is they will be out Monday, July 27. My items have been sitting on my deck for 3 weeks now. I would like to enjoy my new back yard. Brandon, the salesman, was great. The workers did a good job, and the job supervisor was nice. We had another estimate and we went with Rock and Block because we felt we were getting more for our money. I just want my job completed. I do not understand why it is taking so long to finish it.

Paco is not the ideal small business owner I'd recommend to anyone…read more I contacted him to replace my irrigation valve on Saturday 07/04/26, while the initial conversation was cordial, the end result wasn't (07/06/26). We set a date (07/06/26) for the replacement and what I thought was a fair negotiated price ($250), it really ended not being a fair price at all. Paco initially wanted $280, I negotiated with him to $250. Even at $250 he was higher than all others by $50-$100 more. I asked him if I could use my credit card, he said yes but there would be 4% surcharge. I didn't agree with that, so I asked if he could wave that, he reluctantly agreed. So, date and price was set. Come Monday 07/06/26, he claims his credit card service isn't working, so I agreed to a Zelle payment. Our appointment was for Monday (07/06/26 at 11:30; not only did his credit card service not work according to him, but he continued to change his arrival time. He texted me he was running behind on 07/06/26 and now would arrive no later than 12:30. By this time I'm seeing many red flags. I called him @ 11:46 on 07/06/26 to verify with him that he would arrive no later than 12:30 and was still intact. While confirming his 12:30 time, now he tells me 1 O'clock and blames me for his late arrival because I called to verify the time. During our conversation on the phone he kept interrupting me, talking over me, telling me I was upset that I couldn't use my credit card (furthest from the truth), and that I set the price for the job and so forth. I told him, I no longer needed his services, he was rude and not accommodating or respectful of my time and needs. Who wants to invite someone to their home after a terrible text and phone conversation, NO THANK YOU! To say the least, he wasn't given the job. Be careful who you hire people.

Belated review for the work that was done in early May but highly indebted to David and the work…read morethat was performed. David responded to my urgent need to address a leak in my irrigation system where the poly tubing had ruptured underneath my driveway as well as a faulty joint in the main irrigation valve coupler. David arrived and proceeded to walk me through my system, discussed the age, pros/cons and we discussed the options to resolve. The age of the system was 20-years and In the end, agreed to rebuild the entire system at a very reasonable price. David knocked the work out in less than 3-4 hours. I never knew the layout of my old system, second owner and drip line tubing and emitters were buried. Now, I was able to photo document everyting with a map of how all the main and drip line tubing was laid out for future reference. I came away very happy with everything new and 1-year warranty. Cannot recommend more. A great guy to interact with too.

June 26, 2023. Stay away. I'm a retired veteran, I served 20 years in the US Navy and retired from active duty in 2017. This guy frauded me out of $61,000 and had his bankruptcy attorney tell me not to expect any more work on my project or a refund for any of my money back. We entered a contract to have a pool built with his pool division on July 23, 2022. His salesman, Walter Hellebrand quoted us $55,300 for the pool and $19,700 for landscaping. In December, his team (Jesse Valenzo, Edward Oakes had already left the company) tells us the shell we selected (Latham Fiji) was stuck in TX and to get our project moving along, they wanted to know if maybe we could come down to the lot at 4075 E. Patrick Lane (the JTB Pools business address) and see if there was one there we liked as an alternative to get things moving. We didn't know any better, so his Manager of Pools division, David Stitzinger led me out to the yard to look at shells and we ended up closing a Laguna Deluxe that was on the property. What I later learned was this guy never purchased my shell. He couldn't, he was broke with creditors from past jobs (like electricians he hired, etc.) putting leins on his customer's homes. He just fed me a lie to get me to pick a shell he already had money tied up into. Six and a half months later from contract signing and after $62,000 was requested to be paid upfront by Jon Thomas Banning, on February 06, 2023 Angel Verbis and his team of workers arrived to start the excavation. They dug the hole, laid the shell in and plumbed it. The last day of work from those tasks was February 17th, 2023. They demo'd the brick column my backyard gate was attached to to get the Bobcat in and displaced many pavers in the process with the Bobcat because they didn't lay down any plywood. My contract says any property damage would be restored, but after the 17th, they never showed back up. They left me with no with my pavers in shambles and no backyard gate with my backyard wide open to the public. Then from February 17 to May 30, they lied to me about why my project wasn't being done. Kept telling me my Hayward pool equipment was on back order due to supply chain issues and that they would come back out and compete my job as soon as the equipment arrived. Do you guys remember up above a few lines when I said they never ordered a shell for me because they were broke and couldn't? Same thing happening here. I called Hayward, there was plenty of supply. Jon and his team were lying to me again to buy time because he was too broke to buy the equipment...until time ran out on May 30, 2023 and his staff redirected me to a Bankruptcy Attorney, who informed me nothing was going to get done and I basically lost all my money. As of right now, Jon refunded me $7,500 of the $68,770 he collected from me as that down payment was for the landscaping part of my project. He's done so in an attempt to protect and preserve the landscaping side and keep JTB Landscapers in business. In addition, I'm currently in possession of about the most hazardous and unsafe property in Clark County. If a child wanders into my backyard or if a full grown adult hurts themselves by falling in this hole, I can be sued. My children can't even go into their own backyard for four and a half months now (and counting) because of the mess Jon left my property in while he was knowingly frauding me out of my money. If you don't want this to happen to you, stay away and choose another landscaper. If Jon decides to make this right, I'll remove the post. UPDATE: The last time contractors were at my residence doing work was Feb 17, 2023. It's now July 26, 2023 (2 months after being notified about the bankruptcy with the pools division of the company) and I've been wondering why all my landscaping (plants) in the front and back are dying while my neighbors look just fine. Well a plumber discovered for me today (while over at my house doing something completely unrelated) that these geniuses turned my irrigation valves off (front and back). My plants haven't been watered since February!!! I turned the front on, everything was fine there. I turned the back on and immediately saw water flowing out of the ground where they broke my irrigation and decided to conceal it from me. They did not tell me they broke it, and they definitely didn't tell me they turned my front and back irrigation off. So I guess I will be suing for this as well. These guys are straight up crooks. Stay away! If he tried to run his business at least half decent, he probably would have done ok. read more

I hired JTB to redesign and replace our old yard that was an unusable area with a Paver Patio and Putting Green. This was a VERY big area of our yard. I had many people come by and offer a bid but JTB impressed me the most. While some did not even call back or wanted to take 2 weeks work up a bid Kyle was quick to return my initial call. He scheduled to meet at my convenience to come by and look at the area in question. I could tell Kyle was a Straight Shooter and told me what to expect. He knows his area of expertise well enough he didn't have to "Work up a price at the office", AKA ask the supervisor for final approval for a price quote. Kyle listen to EXACTALY what I was wanting done and took about 20min of alone time to measure and take Pics to work me up a price on the spot. He didn't pretend like he could Squeeze me in just to get me committed with a deposit just to not show up and get started. Kyle showed me his schedule and got me scheduled on his Last and closest open spot. He told me once they got started they would be done in 6 days. They were done in 5. He communicated to me How many people would show up, on what time and date. He also had a rendering done and I worked hand in hand with the artist to make sure it was close to what we wanted. That was just the Bidding process, on to the actual install. Kyle assured me that the crew will show up with a Supervisor that would be my point of contact. So, 9 guys showed up and a Gentleman named Ivan led the crew of Guys. Ivan and his crew were 100% Professional. I have been a field worker all of my life and I was impressed with the "Go Get It Done" attitude this crew exhibited. I am also very particular in the projects around the house, and these guys even impressed me. I would watch them through the windows when they had no clue and they would still preform like they were working on their own house. They made sure everything was done correctly the first time. Ivan himself was a joy to work with, and once I was handed off to him I no long felt like I had to contacted Kyle. I could approach anyone on his team with a concern and they would listen to me and come up with ideas to work towards a good solution. Ivan and his team never sat down with the exception of taking a lunch break. His team started on a Monday morning and finished Friday evening. We also had a small patch of Syn Turf put in our Dog Run area. There was a mix up on ordering the small turf area so they had to order the turf and come back on the following Monday to install it. The point I am trying to make here is not a Negative one. In fact, this was a very Positive thing to happen. These guys were On Point all week long that it demonstrates how Professional this team really was. The minute Kyle found out about the mistake he was on the phone with me (BTW, he found out from his own people and Reached Out To Me, not the other way around). The were very apologetic and they came back on Monday to out in the final Turf Area. While they were hear they also fixed a small leak that we had found. Bottom Line is they are human and made a mistake, but it was the fact that they didn't try to BS me and owned up to it. They came up with solutions instead of excuses. I have done a lot of business in the past with contractors and these guys were by far the BEST I have ever dealt with. Showed up on time, did not leave or leave me hanging, got with me on the final decisions along all steps of the way, and worked within the realm of our original ideas and design. We could not be happier with the results. They were not the Lowest Bid we had received BUT you get what you pay for. Just to put it into perspective, I have a neighbor who has had their yard tore up for 6 weeks and no contractor in site to finish it up. They went with a lower bid and so far all they hear are excuses from their contractor. This IS NOT the case with JTB. I would not recommend any one else for a Landscaping Project. read more

JTB Landscapers is everything I ever wanted and more! I originally called them out for a quote a year or so ago and wanted to go with something cheaper so I hired a different "company." Long story short, I wasted 8k on two guys that I'm pretty sure didn't have a license and honestly had no business landscaping, and trying to fix the terrible job they did myself. A few weeks ago I got sick and tired of looking at our hideous backyard and called JTB up again. Both times Kyle came over to give me a quote. He is extremely friendly, energetic, understanding and creative. He gave my dogs some pets and gave us a huge range of ideas to chose from for what we could do with our backyard. My backyard is MASSIVE and I wasn't sure how we could tackle my giant retaining wall but Kyle had no shortage of ideas. We ended up hiring them and scheduled for them to come after the holidays on January 2nd. A wednesday. THEY FINISHED THE JOB SUNDAY BEFORE 10am! Barely over 4 days! We had them tear up the pavers and a concrete slab, remove sod, remove rock and debris from our yard and install a huge paver deck, a walkway, a firepit, trees, artificial turf, and rock. It was a HUGE job and they did it SO fast. They take a lot of pride in their work, the pavers were put in meticulously and cut perfectly. We went with kyle and his dad to star nursery to pick out plants and kyle knew exactly what to get, what would look good, and what would fit our needs. He made our yard more beautiful and low maintenance than I could've ever imagined. We had Slade there every day bringing us out and making sure we were happy with the progress as things went along and he was amazing! He pointed out all the little details to show us things were getting done the right way and helped us review the project as it progressed to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. At one point our neighbors got upset because they were taking wheelbarrows through the front yard right on the line of our properties, I didn't even know about it until after. Slade and Kyle took care of it easily and totally diffused the situation, offered to buy them new plants and rock to make everything look BETTER when they left it. They were true to their word and installed new plants even though there was no damage. JUST to make our neighbors happy. Like wow. That was cool. These guys go above and beyond to make every part of this process as stress free as possible for the customer. They bend over backwards to make everyone happy and do an incredible job. I would recommend JTB to anyone and everyone. It was such a pleasure to work with them!!!! Thank you so much for making my backyard a peaceful, enjoyable place to be in. I couldn't be happier! Even though JTB can be more expensive, it is more than worth it if you want the job done perfectly the first time and done quickly. AMAZING! These guys rock. My fiance found them on yelp and was impressed with their work and reviews. I checked them out and watched their video. We hadn't spoken to any other companies yet and we decided to call them up. Within an hour or so Jon came to our house and was on time. We went out back and showed him the yard. We discussed a bit of the process and then proceeded to discuss our ideas and vision with him. Jon was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. After talking over what we wanted, we gave Jon our budget and he was able to work with us in order to get us close to everything we wanted. Jon was very honest and straight forward with us. He was very personable and pretty down to earth and that's what we liked about him. It's hard to find businesses in Vegas that aren't shady but I could tell Jon was a decent guy doing great work for a great price. After spending a decent amount of time with us. Jon got back to us later that night with a drawing to submit to our HOA. I even contacted him that evening with an addon and he replied and got things added. Don't go blowing up his phone all night. I just thought it was cool that he took the time. We met Jon and Kyle the following day to pick out our plants and they were there before us. They walked around and helped us pick out what we wanted and made recommendations. A couple days later they started. They showed up on time and talked with us and answered questions. We were able to go over things with them like paver and wall outlines as well as plant placement. They busted their butts and got the job done in 2.5 days. They were right on time with the quote they gave us. They cleaned up so well that we couldn't even tell they were there. I could go on and on but I won't. Our landscaping needed major updating and our retaining wall had a major sag in it due to not being installed properly when it was installed by the prior owners. My wife and I wanted it fixed so it wasn't an eyesore but we wanted it more user friendly for our dog. We contacted JTB Landscapers to set up an appointment and they were out in just a few days. We met with Michael (who was great) to explain what we were looking for and what we wanted. He took down all the measurements and explained the process. We received the renderings of the project within a few days along with an HOA packet to submit. Once we had our HOA approval, we were on the schedule within a week. Day 1 Micheal and the crew showed up, we went over the plans and the crew went to work! Greg and Diablo's crew was amazing! Special shout out to Nemeco for his help when we had any questions! I recently called JTB landscapers to redo my backyard. I wanted to remove decorative rocks, that made my yard almost useless to use, and add a more useful space with brick pavers to install a BBQ area and a Jacuzzi. On my initial estimate with them, they listened to my ideas and gave me their expert advice to guide me through the process of what to expect based on what I was looking to achieve. I couldn't be happier with the end result, which was an absolutely beautiful and professional looking backyard. JTB's staff was very easy to work with, extremely polite, and very professional. I was impressed with how fast their crew was able to get the job done and clean up afterwards, which left no trace of them even being there. As I started looking for company's to upgrade my backyard I found a lot of company's in Vegas only do and are good at certain things and I was starting to get frustrated cause I was gonna have to hire 5 different companies to do certain things I wanted done then I happened to be driving on Ft Apache one day and saw a JTB Landscape Truck that said they offered all the services I was looking for so I gave them a call had a FREE ESTIMATE and they listened to my vision and helped me tweak it so it also fit in my price range and I was still able to get all I wanted done they gave me a price then also gave me a discount again so I could get everything done in my price range they are very professional and they work fast I was told all I was doing would take Mon-Fri and they made it happen in that time frame now I have my backyard done perfectly and done right and it's the exact vision I had I appreciate and love these guys and plan to use them again for a couple other additions so I definitely would recommend using JTB Landscape and I give a 5 Star rating! read more

I've lived in my home 26 years and have all types of contractors and trades do work for me. But I must say, that in a general sense, not contractor has performed overall as well as JTB Landscape. Hands Down! John T Banning, the owner, his brother Kyle and their amazing crew did a complete tear out an transformation of my landscape. The crew works like an well-oiled machine. They are on time and so fast and efficient, and will do whatever needs to be done to satisfy you. John Banning says what he will do, and does what he says. Everyone goes the extra mile to make you happy. Kind of like working with family or friends, only better! No hassles, no need for follow-up, worries, phone calls. We decided to call JTB Landscapers because we received a card on our door, after we contacted a couple of other landscapers and weren't happy with them. Kyle showed up promptly at our appointment time, we only told him we wanted a patio, walkway, and an area for our spa we ordered, we asked him his thoughts on the rest of the yard. We didn't tell him what my husband and I discussed to see his insight on what he would do. My husband and I wanted our yard to be a backyard oasis, because of my lupus and blood clotting disorder I'm not able to travel, so we wanted it to be a place to go and unwind! I could not be more satisfied with the entire process of getting the backyard of my new house transformed from a plain dirt plot to an amazing living space that is a true pleasure to spend time in! Both Jon and Kyle were professional, friendly, and knowledgable from first estimate and brainstorming to (swift) installation and cleanup. My idea for the space was to have artificial turf installed on one side of the yard, pavers with drainage on the other side, and decorative rock and plants filling the rest of the space. Within hours of a phone call Jon Banning was at my house with a free estimate and already working with me on ideas of how to set up my entire back yard with everything I wanted from pavers, trees, shrubs. JTB did a wonderful job landscaping our large backyard. They did a beautiful job with our drainage system, artificial grass and rocks. They also placed a nice 4 foot Windsor border around the perimeter for desired plantings. The team did a spectacular job of leveling our ground perfectly. Every day about 12 members of the JTB team arrived at around 6:30AM and worked steadily till 4:30PM. The job was totally finished in 4 days. I found JTB Landscapers online and called them because of the great reviews I read. After meeting John we were sure this was the company we wanted to use. He was very helpful in designing the landscape of our yard after listening to what we wanted to do. He also accompanied us to Star Nursery to help us pick out our trees and bushes and we are very happy with the choices we made. The solar lights petered out quickly in the winter or after a cloudy day. I went to my trusty Yelp app and came across Las Vegas Backyards and their many five star reviews. I sent information about my project through Yelp, and I received a response the next business day to setup an estimate. The project manager was very thorough, and he explained his recommendations for the project while keeping aesthetics in mind. The estimate was right in line with what my research had told me was an average price for this type of job. I was, however, a little surprised that the project manager did not arrive with a catalog of various lighting fixture choices to peruse. He did send several photos of his recommended fixtures later that day based on our preference for something modern. Communication was quite good through a group text with all the respective players involved. The date for the install was arranged within a week or so of my inquiry. There was a slight snafu on installation day, as the fixtures we had chosen were sold out. We were sent photos of alternative choices and were able to find a contemporary design that was to our liking. The first part of the installation took about a half day with trenching, running power lines, and installing the fixtures. The second day was a quick installation of the transformer. I was happy to see they had installed a smart transformer with WiFi access and an app to set schedules. I do wish they would've gone over this ahead of time to discuss what type of transformer would be installed (again, I am glad they picked a smart model as that's exactly what I wanted). Unfortunately, one of the spotlights was found to be defective by the installer during their testing. They returned the next afternoon to replace it. Payment was handled in phases with certain percentages due at certain points in the installation. Payment is easily made online with a credit card, but unfortunately there is a surcharge for this type of payment. They do have other payment options if you want to avoid the surcharge. Now we have a wonderful, gorgeous, and very upscale looking landscape lighting setup that really increases the curb appeal! Thank you to Las Vegas backyards!

The very same day, Aaron reported to my property to take careful note of the exact dimensions of my yard and to discuss my options in terms of all materials' type, size, color and cost. I most appreciated his patience and the thoroughness of his detailed responses to my numerous questions. Later the same afternoon, after reviewing Aaron's detailed quote, I called his office to sign the contract and request that work please begin as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised that I would be able to be added to the work schedule just a few days later (at the start of the following week). Prior to any work commencing, I reviewed and agreed to all details of the exact scope of work (SOW) over the phone - with the gregarious and thoroughly pleasant Elizabeth (at the main office) - who made the scheduling process quick and effortless. Early the following week, a work detail of 8 landscapers arrived at my home - not just on time, but early, quietly (so as not to disturb my neighbors) and with visible enthusiasm to begin the project. Each of the workers was an extremely professional subject-matter expert who obviously loved his job. Without exaggeration, I can attest to the fact that I have rarely before witnessed such efficiency, celerity, precision, attention to detail (and safety) and/or pride in the quality of work afforded the customer. Communication was clear and concise; zero interruptions were incurred: all materials and tools were onsite, on time and without suffering a single discrepancy or error. Over the course of two consecutive days, the project was completed flawlessly and to my complete satisfaction. I had the opportunity to speak to Rich, one of the company's partners, while he was onsite to check progress. He was clearly (and rightfully) confident in his employees' skills and uncompromising work ethic. I expressed my personal thanks to him for a job extraordinarily well done. They did an awesome job on our yard. We had bought our place a year ago and the entire thing had…read morebeen neglected for 20+ years. Weeds galore, old outdated rock, a giant trench, a watering system from the 70s that didn't work anymore, a bunch of cut up wood and these 2 huge poisonous plants. The yard was not usable for my son and my poor pup would always need goat heads pulled out of his paws after being let out. They got the entire yard cleaned up, the trench filled and the top soil down on day 1. Day 2 they did all new watering system, planted 4 trees, 10 plants, and put down mulch. They asked my opinion before they put anything in to ensure it was what I envisioned. Im so happy I called them. Not only did this make a difference look wise but now my son can play outside and our dog can run around happily. 10/10 recommended them for any job! I'll post before and after pictures. Thanks guy!
