I rarely tip 100% but today I had the pleasure of paying $100 for two hours of phenomenal body massage, and happily, gratefully tipped $100! Do yourself a favor, call and ask for Rainbow - she is truly outstanding and unique in her skill's especially with severe neck and back pain. As someone with chronic neck injuries who spent a small fortune on self care massages, I can tell who cares, and who is just trying to get through the hour. Rainbow put her whole heart into relieving my pain - she immediately found all the knots and worked till they were pliable and happy again. I literally had been in pain for two months due to an unusually difficult schedule, but she made two months of overwork evaporate from my body with her precise and thoughtful body work. Though English may not be her first language you won't need to worry about communication - just point to where it hurts and she'll skillfully and carefully work on it until it eases up! What a godsend to find her! I already booked her for a foot massage tonight for my family member, she's that amazing! She deserves all the tips and accolades, few masseuses care as much as she does about doing a great job! Oh and this place deserves the five stars - everything here is above board, clean and simple. This is located in the city of Walnut and usually, every time you should make an appointment because sometimes they are busy. I've come here usually at night and on weekdays. They have a variety of different messages from foot massages to the whole body. Also different times but usually I will do a foot and whole-body massage because I just like to get my footsie relaxed too. You can let them know beforehand what level of hardness you want. I usually like strong massages and they will get it done! If you like soft massages I'm sure they can do that too. Overall this place is large with many different sizes of rooms. For the foot massage, it's in a large room with comfy chairs! I always fall asleep either in the full body massage or at the foot massage part! I've been here plenty of times. Probably one of my favorite spots. Very professional. Staff is attentive and polite. The therapists are good too. I always get what I ask for. Firm massage. This place is very clean and well decorated. I like the ambience here. Great parking and they're open till 10. Prices are fair. My only small complain is the tips. Like most places, they are very pushy. You're not obligated to tip. But it's very pushed. I always tip because I like my experience. But there are times I don't have the extra cash. I exercise and train 5 days a week and lift 110lbs 3 days out of the week. To me, this is heavy weight as 5'2" 127 lbs woman and so my body needed definitely some TLC. I came here tonight for the first time, for a 90-minute full body massage with Mary. I called same day on a Saturday for an appointment later that evening at 7pm and they promptly booked my appointment. I arrived and was led to a private room. I requested hard pressure from Mary. I didn't know what to expect. I mentioned 2 spots that were a bit sore/achy which he addressed but then WOW she absolutely found all my other tender spots and knotted spots (from lifting) that I didn't even know I had! She also checked in with me about the pressure throughout the massage. The pressure hurt so good that I felt an emotional relief and release. I walked out of there feeling like I was on a cloud. I am 100% impressed by Mary's skill, customer service, and the overall quiet and respectful atmosphere and attention to detail. I was so pleased with my service. Another great aspect is that I wasn't pressured to leave a tip like at other places. So, yes, I made sure to leave Mary a good tip, she definitely earned it. Making a reservation was super easy and I was even able to bump up my time earlier with no issues at all on a Friday! When I walked in, there were different type of variations of the massages, I initially went with 70 minutes (40 minutes body, 30 minutes feet). The popular options are 90 minutes if you have the time for it! My masseuse Cindy went right into it, she asked me what pressure I preferred and I told her where I was having tension. She immediately got started with familiarizing herself with my aches. She made sure to check in on the pressure and then we went into the body oil. She was able to identify my tensed areas really quickly and spent more time on it. I was super grateful she extended that time to really make sure I was taken care of. I called to make a last minute appointment at 4pm on a Saturday. Thankfully, they had availability for me. I did a one-hour massage and it was $45. They don't seem to take card so make sure to bring cash or prepare to use Zelle. The massage was good, but it could've been better. She rubbed a lot of spots on my body without much force, so it didn't do much for me. I guess I could've spoken up, but I'm not super experienced with going to massage places, so I'm not sure what is polite. She was completely silent the entire massage, except to tell me "turn around" and other such short commands, so I wish she was a bit more communicative. She also focused on my knots, and it was painful, but the next day, I don't feel much difference. I was hoping that I would feel less tight / less tension in those areas, but perhaps she was too gentle. I think the experience was okay. Me and my girlfriend went here for our 4th time massage. The previous ones were ok but today this masseuse named Lucy was massaging my gf near her private parts that made her really uncomfortable. This is the first time we have encountered such an experience especially being a massage goer for years and years.
