I would strongly caution anyone considering using Imperial Restoration for water remediation services, specifically my experience dealing with Scott Gamble. After discovering a leak in my kitchen that caused plywood damage and warping, I asked my plumber for a recommendation for water cleanup/remediation. I was referred to Imperial Restoration, and from the beginning Scott Gamble was extremely persistent and pressured me into acting immediately. He repeatedly emphasized the urgency, warned me about mold, placed a blower in the home, and strongly pushed me to open an insurance claim, assuring me the damage should be covered. Because of his persistence, I contacted my insurance company and asked whether they could begin mitigation work while the claim was being reviewed. Based on the information and photos Scott already submitted to insurance, I was told they could proceed. Work started on May 6 and was finished by May 8. Here are my concerns: * No written estimate was provided before work began. * I did not receive clear pricing upfront before authorizing work. * I felt pressured into making quick decisions out of fear of mold and further damage. * Scott repeatedly pushed me to pressure my insurance adjuster for approvals and communication. * The company left my kitchen in disarray, including tarps and debris. * I specifically asked whether they would also restore/replace the damaged cabinets and kitchen components, and was told they had "a contractor" for that instead of handling it directly. Ultimately, my homeowners insurance denied the claim, stating the damage appeared to be long-term and not a sudden covered loss. Now I am personally stuck with an invoice for $3,377.91 due June 1, 2026, for work that I felt rushed and pressured into approving under the belief it would likely be covered by insurance. I was also later informed that concerns had arisen regarding some of the documentation/photos that had been submitted to insurance, which made me even more uncomfortable with the entire situation. Now my elderly father is left without a functioning kitchen sink, garbage disposal, or dishwasher, and this entire experience has created tremendous stress for our family. My advice to anyone dealing with water damage: Please get multiple opinions and multiple estimates before authorizing work. Do not let fear tactics or pressure rush you into making decisions. Ask for everything in writing before any work starts, including estimates, scope of work, billing expectations, and insurance responsibilities. Honestly, I wish I never met Daniel and his son. LOL. Just kidding. They were awesome. Daniel was referred to me by Alpha Plumbing (the company my home warranty hooked me up with). He came out right away and even waited for the insurance adjuster to show up before doing any work. Once the Xactimate was agreed upon, he tore out the damaged drywall, checked for mold, and set up the drying equipment. He even swung by on a Sunday to pick it all up. Talk about service. He also connected me with Pro Restoration to handle the repair work, which made the whole process way easier. While we were waiting for the adjuster (who was, of course, late), Daniel and I got to talking about food. I told him I missed Raffi's in Glendale (I was born and raised in Glendale), and he immediately put me onto Shish Kabab House here in Vegas. Solid recommendation... but nobody is better than Raffi's. Here's the thing. I didn't even know there was a big Armenian community in Las Vegas. Daniel told me there are two Armenian churches. I guess it make sense since Jerry Tarkanian, the legendary UNLV coach was Armenian and did you know Andre Agassi who lives with in Summerlin is half Armenian and his full last name was originally Agassian? Quick response time and free quote/estimate. Alpha plumbing referred us to have an evaluation for whether a leak was present from stains appearing on our ceiling. They evaluated all the potential causes, checking for leak and using their infrared scanner as well. We initially thought they were just coming to cut a hole in the drywall to allow the plumber to assess. They were honest, could have cut the hole and charged us for it but instead told us they thought it was external splatter most likely and to monitor for any changes. We recently experienced a water leak inside a wall. The leak was caused by a failed SharkBite fitting. Our plumber recommended Imperial Restoration. Imperial Restoration responded within 1 hour and were onsite within 2 hours. Imperial Restoration coordinated mitigation with our homeowner's policy and started mitigation immediately. We had a leak under our sink in the kitchen. Imperial was recommended by the plumber. They showed up and took advantage of my wife and brought in fans and a humidifier without explaining everything. After a day or so when I found out the bill was already $1000 I had the remove the equipment. They said they would file a claim with insurance and not charge me. Insurance paid out their $1000 and I immediately started to receive Lien notice paperwork almost daily, without any notice. These guys take advantage of situations and then harass you without a courtesy call. They should be ashamed. Find another service. read more

BEWARE***Do not use this company they are price gaugers first of all we did not call this company they were referred to us from the plumbing company sent out to us.. they charged us $700 just for cutting a 2x3 hole in the ceiling and said that was the cost just for "access" what a rip off ! They did nothing! But cut a hole and run a humidifier they did not clean anything. The owner dan or whatever his name is..is a fast talker! He said the money we paid was a "deposit " he wanted $3,400 for nothing! He said there was mold! A small tiny portion had mold on the drywall and all that needed to be done was to cut that drywall out.
