If Mike was there everyday I'd give it an extra star. But theres a whole bunch of new people in there(new to me anyway) and that makes me a bit uncomfortable. Mike was always upfront about what your car needs and why and will even show and tell it. Which most mechanics don't do. Service isn't terrible but communication needs some improvement. If you drop your car off there you might not hear from them for 3 days. You have to call them to get a service update. Please work on this guys....if any of you read this. SCAM ALERT BEWARE *****DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP***** Took my vehicle there for a smog check and Mitch said that it was not going to pass due to a P0446 emissions code and that they would have to perform smoke test to locate any leaks and that it would cost 150 dollars and then they would be able to fix the problem, bottom line they lied about everything they did not fix the problem. Check engine light is still on after he guaranteed that he was going to fix it. I took the vehicle back because the check engine light came on the next day I dealt with another mechanic there by the name of Eddie. I told him that the check engine light came on and Mitch did not fix the problem. He just reset it the light Eddie then reassured me that he was going to fix the problem. I dropped my vehicle off on 20 February and an attempted to pick it up on 17 March I went there because I spoke with Mike on Friday and he told me to pick it up Saturday so I went to the shop on Monday the 17th upon my arrival, I spoke with Mike about what was performed on the vehicle. He said it was a master reset that they had to do and that I had to drive the car so that it can go through a drive cycle for the sensors to reset so he told me to bring the vehicle back in a week and get the smog done as I approached my vehicle I noticed that it was being used as a personal vehicle lots of trash left everywhere I never had my vehicle that dirty so to it like that just got me so upset knowing that this shop is incompetent to do their job,upon further inspection of the vehicle there was more damage done to the front right fog light and the mesh grill was missing read more

I had a noise coming from my drive belt area, so I pulled up and raised my hood and asked if a mechanic would give a brief listen to see what he thinks and give me a price to look further. I wanted to ask about possible parts availability. They said they wont even talk or glance at my vehicle unless they wrote up a ticket. I will never go back. I have been going here for about a year now due to them having the cheapest Full Synthetic Oil Change. It was really cheap and only lasts about an hour max. But today, this really nice guy named Mike came to the front asking about my car. Rather than trying to get anything out of me, he really was worried about my brakes and wanted to deliver good service. I went in there cause I got a coupon delivered to my home for an oil change. It's gonna cost me about $30. I go in there and they cannot do it because they only have full synthetic oil which I know is gonna be more expensive..(disappointing) on top of that on their they say we accept all competitors coupons and written estimate and beat them by 5% but if they don't have regular oil, that's just false advertisement in my eyes. Went here for smog check. Failed the test here and they said i had a problem with my PVC and would cost $500+ to repair mostly attributable to labor. I told them I would get a second opinion and thought it was suspicious they didn't actually show me what was wrong. Took the car to two other shops i know are trustworthy and passed both smog check and confirmed nothing wrong with PVC. Went in for a smog check. Hadn't been here for many years. What a change. The staff was exceedingly friendly, efficient and the price could not be better. Francisco at the service desk and Mike were quite helpful at not only getting the smog check done but identifying potential problems that need to be addressed. Paperwork handled efficiently and all in the place is very orderly. They were very honest abt how much time could elapse to repair given that I have to leave town.
