    We've had a few projects at our house and by far the RMK Windows crew was the most professional, cohesive, and pleasant team we've ever worked with regarding home improvements. The purchase process was straightforward. The wait time was long but that's been expected during Covid times. The install, was amazing. A huge crew showed up and just managed everything like clockwork. It was really impressive. But, even more impressive was these damn gorgeous windows that made our house feel brand new. The noise reduction and temperature control has been amazing. I highly recommend. Oh, and we did have a few hiccups that required returning to our home and these guys are back today to replace a window. It's looking great. Totally impressed with the entire process.

    Our first experience with RMK was what you would expect from a company. Good communication, some issues with install that were corrected and handled. From there it all went downhill. Our next experience was when we needed to use the lifetime warranty. Shortly after install some kids shattered one of our windows. It took several weeks for the window to come in and then it was the wrong size. Had to reorder and wait a few more weeks to be jerked around with scheduling and rescheduling because they didn't have enough people for the install and ended up still only sending one person out. Our third experience has never been resolved and our sales person and the owner won't respond. We had to place an order to replace our bathroom windows due to a leak in the master bathroom that caused us to have to re-do our whole bathroom. The one technician that finally came out to replace our shattered window took the measurements, our salesperson sent over the paperwork we signed and paid. As our contractor began demolishing the bathroom he had questions regarding frame sizing for the new windows so he knew if/when he could install new tile. After discussions explanations with several people in the company we never got a straight forward answer and decided to not install tile around the windows until the new windows had been installed. It was going to take 16 weeks to get the windows in as an estimate. I tried reaching out to the salesperson and office manager a few times to try to get an update on shipping so we could finish our bathroom. Each time I either got a response of what their process is or no response at all. Then the week that the windows should have been in I received a call from some random dude wanting to come out and measure for my windows to be ordered. He of course just works for the install contractor and has no info regarding my account. After reaching out several times to our salesperson and the office we finally got an answer that someone lost our measurements and our windows had never been ordered even though they had taken our money. Obviously we were pretty upset given we had tried to follow up and were ignored. At this time our salesperson would not call/email/text us back. I asked the office person to have the owner call me; never happened. Finally 10 months after ordering the windows they were scheduled for install. They were the rain glass windows that go in our shower just as we had before however, these windows were see-through especially in the evening and you could completely make out a person's shape/features from the road on the side of our home. Finally our salesperson reaches out to us because now that they are installed they want their second half of the money. We expressed our frustration with her regarding the process and still not having windows that allow us to use our shower. Unfortunately, they don't make their most obscure glass in the size window we need. After lots of back and forth the owner finally comes out to our house to look at the issue. He stood in our shower and promised he would find a solution to our problem no matter how long it took saying it was a unique problem given the location of our home and the fact that our windows are on each corner of our house facing west. After looking at options he decides it would be best to replace the rain glass with clear glass and find a film to make them obscure. He comes out and installs the film on one window and tells us to check it out at night and see if it works. Unfortunately it didn't. He says he has other options he can order in and will get back to us. After several weeks and not hearing anything I tried reaching out a few times before he got back to me. He assures me he is trying other options but hasn't found one that works yet. Not sure where he was trying them as he has never been back to my house and part of the problem was the unique situation at my home. Eventually after not hearing anything back he says he has exhausted all options and do I have any suggestions. I told him my neighbors had Window World install their windows and they put a tint on the outside of their windows to reflect any light. He said he'd come out and look. The next day the salesperson showed up at my door with two cans of some kind of spray tint and told me the owner told her to drop those off for us as it was his last option. I explained my conversation to her from the day before with the owner and she was just as confused as I was. She told me she would address with him the next day in their meeting and get back to me. Now I've been ghosted and I have one window in my shower that has a semi-obscure film and a completely see-through window. It has been over a year since we started this process with them and I completely regret that half the windows in my house have a lifetime warranty with this company because at this point who knows if they'd even respond to those needing replaced.

    I had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish, and cannot recommend this business…read moreenough! I went into this store two weeks ago looking for ceiling fans for my new build home. I have been avoiding big box stores and this is a locally-owned shop. It can be a bit overwhelming to walk in and see so many options - especially because this is my first time buying my own ceiling fan - but the employees make time to discuss your room sizes, style preferences, aesthetics, price points, all of it. They have options for EVERY style and budget right there in the store... as well as a table of thick books with thousands more options. I landed on some high-end fans, which feels worth it to me because I don't foresee wanting to switch these up for many years (if ever). They are Minka-Aire stainless steel fans with lights, very modern looking and high-quality. I was educated a bit as well, and these are meant to run continuously, meaning my home will get the fresh-air feeling year-round! I paid for the fans after I ordered them, and then they scheduled installation for just two weeks later - the installer showed up a little bit early (which I loved) and got five fans installed in exactly two hours, which was the window they'd provided me. He set up a table and assembled the fans in the home, and mentioned these particular fans happen to have more parts than most so they took a little more time to assemble. He left no trace, taking out the boxes and everything, leaving not a stitch of dust or debris anywhere. He also mounted the remote control holders to the wall, next to my light switches (at my request) so they don't get lost. I am so thrilled with this experience!

We ended up coming by Arizona Fans & Blinds and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Chris. He was very patient, answered all of our questions, and he ended up knocking down the price with a multi-fan discount (and free installation). In less than 24 hours we went from having a broken fan to having a new perfectly functioning fan. Patrick was the installer and was quick and thorough. We have one fan on back order (we ended up buying three to match since only two were in stock). Chris sent over Patrick to install the two they had available so we would have them by the time our guests come by. We are hopeful that the third fan will come in soon but so far we have nothing but good things to say about them.
