Fantastic experience from start to finish. Just picked up an M760 from Micheal Perez and the transaction couldn't have been more flawless. Great service, fast, and great price. (Normally you can only pick two of these accolades, if that). Will be exclusively buying all my BMWS from this dealer in the future. P.S. this was an out of state purchase. Hands down one of the top car purchases I have made in a while. Michael, if you read this. Thank you. God Bless, Eddie G.

Me & Jeffery (Detail Manager) at BMW of Macon. Getting car serviced under the N63 Oil Consumption Settlement case at BMW of Macon. There's something special about small market dealerships...seems like they work harder to provide a better experience. I drove 50 miles to use this dealership because of their Sevice department ratings. Svc Advisor; Lonnie Coleman, is smart & interested in getting to the bottom of my N63 Oil Consumption Settlement issue. Looks like I'm being scheduled to return at a later date to do the 5-hr engine servicing - - and I'm told it's all under warranty! You definitely want to take the short, against-the-traffic drive to see Lonnie. Tell him Dr. Miles sent ya!

Look no farther than BMW of Macon -- no matter where you are! I worked with Omar Saleh and he helped me lease TWO cars within a few weeks of each other, at unbelievable deals. He went out of his way for me and truly delivered first class service from beginning to end. Omar was kind, professional, and very patient with my endless emails/texts. I'm in Los Angeles and he and his team made both transactions super easy and seamless. Looking forward to my next deal already :)

Bmw of Macon really treated me well on my BMW purchase. A nice 5 series CPO car. Mercedes Shannon helped me secure the car purchase over the phone giving me exceptional service making my purchase fast and efficient. I met the sales manager(Jason Diaz) and the Dealership manager (Scott Smith), both made me feel appreciated. It's worth the drive to BMW of Macon

These required professional removal, I understand why they were missed (looks like dried rain drops) but wished dealership helped

I took it to Lowe Toyota in Warner Robins, their service manager said, "yea the front end was definitely never aligned after tires were installed". $600 down the drain. Never, ever, come here. They lost my business and everyone I'm able to tell all over 2 tires. Also if you're looking to buy a car, the sales team sits on golf carts and will drive over and start asking you about trade in value/buying a car. Very overwhelming and annoying, so if you're not into that, also don't come here. That being said, Lowe Toyota Service team is 1,000 times better and more professional than Butler's.

You get the KBB estimate, decide it's not too bad. You go there and they say kbb is just a tool and their tool they use is wayyy lower based off of whatever they want to say in order to low ball the trade. Keep in mind kbb uses avg of all sales and purchases to give you these trade in prices. Well here is where you get played, they say this amount ($$) is the best we can do. They tell you they don't have a margin to be able to offer more based off "their business" model. They suggest hey we are a certified CARMX certified trade company or something like that. Send in the vin an miles and pics and they will give you a price which is usually more than our. We can use that amount as a trade and CARMAX will come pick the car up and sale it because we can't make a better profit. They already know what CARMAX offer will be and come in lower in order to insinuate CARMAX offers more because they make their profits on the finance side rather than the sale side. We guess what, they didn't sell the vehicle (little blue SUV on their lot) to CARMAX as they said they were because there is not profit in it. They chose to keep it and list it for more than $8K more lol. They lied about this on the front end and the back end in order to get you thinking they were not going to keep it to sell based off no profit to be made, then turn around and keep it to make $8k. No profit?, LOL. You would think a dealer would want home town return customers and to maintain them they build relationships of trust and mutual understanding, I have no doubt a company want to make a profit and 3 to 5K would be not unreasonable but to gauge for $8k and lie up front about it, nope!! ** This is in now way reflective of the service department, we have owned several Lexus vehicles and the service department there is very very good. I just wanted to put this out there.

She was professional and knowledgeable. After deciding that I didn't want the defender, she suggested the 2026 QX80. To be honest I've never looked at a QX80 before because I loved my 2021 Cadillac body style and being unique. After the test drive I was sold and so was my husband. They amount we got for our trade was beyond fair and 5k more than Carvana. Justin in finance was cool and very informative. Robert came and closed out the deal after Jenae left and his customer service was great as well. Brooke up front was very hospitable as soon as we walked in. I think there GM is Andy??? Forgive me if that name is wrong but I how he grew his beard back lol He sat down while we were waiting and chopped it up with us (talked) until he left. Overall we had a great experience with Grand Infiniti. Lastly Jamir in the mechanic bay was beyond sweet and helpful when I went back to pick up my rims from my Escalade.

***LEGAL CASE AGAINST DEALERSHIP PENDING***…read more I can only imagine Infiniti USA Corporate's frustration with how this dealership represents the Infiniti brand--I personally spoke with Infiniti USA's VP of the Region (he was a class act--very professional and understanding, eventually finding a resolution). However, this dealership is owned by Grand Motor Cars, which is a separate entity from Infiniti USA. This review is NOT a dig at Infiniti as a brand, but only this specific dealership. I drove 4 hours from South Carolina to Grand Infiniti of Macon to purchase a used QX60. I've since been on a 7-month ordeal that has cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and decreased my credit rating by 74 POINTS. I could write a short novel on this, but here's the cliff notes summary: HIGHER THAN ADVERTISED MILEAGE (photos below) - The car had 5,000 MORE MILES than the Grand Infiniti of Macon website showed--(37,965 vs 42,590). That alone raised serious concerns about the accuracy of the information presented during the sales process. If I didn't just drive 4 hours from South Carolina, I would have walked away then. ENGINE FILLED WITH SLUDGE - The dealership was aware of this issue months before I purchased the car, but they, of course, didn't disclose it. A few days after I purchased the car, the engine began having issues--rapidly losing oil and making strange noises. Over the next couple of months, I serviced the car at an Infiniti dealership closer to me. Eventually they discovered sludge in the engine and found this had been previously internally documented. NEW ENGINE NEEDED & BRANDED TITLE -- After discovering the sludge issue, the South Carolina Infiniti dealership notified me that the car needed a new engine. When they requested, from Infiniti Corporate, that the engine replacement be covered by warranty, they found that corporate had voided the engine warranty 6-months BEFORE I purchased the vehicle, but somewhere along the lines, this was never reported by the dealerships, and so it obviously was not disclosed to me. Had I known about it, I never would have purchased the vehicle. FRAUDULANT VEHICLE REPORTS (see photos) - Despite the issues above, Grand Infiniti of Macon provided me with vehicle reports that showed the vehicle was in flawless condition--no engine issues, full warranty intact, no branded title, etc. - When I attempted to obtain, from Grand Infiniti of Macon, the internal vehicle reports, they said "they lost them" during the transition of ownership (BS--ownership changed a year before the car was ever on their lot) OTHER ISSUES These are less serious issue but took away some of the confidence and excitement of getting a car. I just purchased a $35,000 car and they wouldn't even have the decency to provide some the basic services: -Engine coolant was completely empty -Windshield wiper fluid was completely empty -Engine oil near empty -Key fobs: 1 was dead and the other was near dead -Car was absolutely FILTHY, inside and out--coffee stains on the ceiling, open bags of chips in the center console, gum and candy caked onto the floors and in between seats. It seemed like someone had been using this as their personal vehicle for a couple months (which would also explain why the mileage was 5,000 miles higher than advertised). Their cleaning crew had gone home for the day--aside from the fact that it's disgusting that a car on their lot would even be in this condition, you'd think they have the decency to clean it prior to me arriving. ^ The level of disrespect you must have for your customers to sell them a car with no coolant, no wiper fluid, low engine oil, and dead key fobs just to save themselves $50 is unprecedented. DEALERSHIP DID NOT PAY OFF MY TRADE-IN FOR 3 MONTHS (see photos) - Dealership also failed to pay off the loan on my trade-in vehicle for approximately three months, despite that being part of our purchase agreement. - Multiple late payments were reported to the credit bureaus, - Credit score dropped 74 points - Received communications threatening repossession on a vehicle I no longer owned. Over the following months, I spent dozens of hours making phone calls, gathering documents, following up, and trying to resolve issues that should never have existed in the first place. Instead of enjoying the vehicle I had worked so hard to purchase, I was dealing with uncertainty, frustration, financial stress, and a complete loss of confidence in the dealership. INFINITI OF MACON DEALERSHIP CONTACTS: DAVID MULLIS - General Manager - Saying he was rude is an understatement. I asked that he/the dealership take back the vehicle due to the issues; he declined and told me I "purchased as is". Of course, not disclosing the aforementioned issues is fraudulent and illegal. ROBERT BARRIAN - Sales rep / my main POC - he's essentially the one who didn't disclose any of the car's issues (he was obviously aware of the mileage; unsure about the other issues)

However, the information given about my vehicle was WRONG and almost cost me thousands of dollars. I took my car in to be diagnosed as the Warranty company said please take it to the dealership in which we did. They tried to tell me that my transmission cooler line had rubeed against a sensor and popped it, causing the transmission to be no good and said they were throwing CVT trans codes when hooked to the scanner indicating the transmission was bad. My husband spoke to them and they said if warranty covered it, the cost would be roughly $4800.00. When they called to let us know warranty was sending an inspector out, and that warranty denied the claim I knew something was up. We have one of the best warrantys you could ask for, warranty caught on to the fact they were trying to get more money out of them. Picked my car up after they told me $7050.00 (roughly) to replace the transmission. We then asked warranty could we get a second opinion, took it to Gibsons Garage (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), they did confirm the line was busted, and warranty would not cover the line under drive train. However they had NO trans codes coming up. They replaced the line, added a half quart, to a quart of trans fluid, and my cars been good as new, not to mention they saved me almost 7 thousand dollars. I will NEVER recommend anyone to take their car here. Theyre just out for the money and not looking out for their customer.
