Finding my wedding dress with Ariyanah at Impression Bridal was an amazing experience. To begin our appointment, she sat and did an intake with me to really dig into what kinds of dresses I was interested in and what I did/didn't like. The first round of dresses she pulled were magically perfect. She and Jessica made me feel so comfortable and beautiful when trying on different options. I think they could tell which ones I really liked before I said it out loud. Amazing talent! It was incredible - by the second round of dresses, they all ended up looking similar and exactly what I wanted. It was amazing to experience. I was not expecting to my The Dress on my first real shopping experience, but I did! Ariyanah was patient, talented, and joy filled, and accommodating. To my surprise, my dress came in very quickly and if I lived locally, I would've been able to bring it home within 1 month. I recommend shopping for your wedding dress here. They have a large variety of options, they really listen to what you are asking for/interested in and accommodating. To get the most out of your appointment, I think going to another shop like David's for "factfinding" so you know what you like/don't like would help (and did help for me). Walking into the store can be quite overwhelming because of the many options available, and I noticed some people waiting for their appointments, so I didn't expect to receive the level of service I did. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and assigned a coordinator for assistance. Sophie welcomed me and my guest, making us feel very comfortable and confident. I started by sharing my preferences, including styles, colors, neckline, and dress shape. Based on my input, Sophie selected several dresses she thought I would like. She was very helpful, assisting me in changing in and out of dresses, and we discussed my preferences to narrow down my choices. Ultimately, I said YES to the dress, and I can honestly say I wouldn't have been completely sound and confident in my decision without the help of Miss Sophie. She's an exceptional representative at this location. I strongly recommend requesting her when you visit the shop. Planning a wedding is already stressful, and a stylist is supposed to make you feel supported and at ease. That was absolutely not my experience here. I did not feel seen, heard, or respected at any point. To start, my stylist didn't even introduce herself, and I had no idea she was the one assigned to style me until she mentioned it in passing. I made it very clear multiple times that I was open to trying on anything as long as it wasn't strapless or overly glittery. Despite this, there was constant criticism and dismissive behavior. In the dressing room, she criticized a dress my sister chose, saying it wasn't what I wanted, yet moments later criticized me for trying on dresses I didn't end up liking once they were on my body. That is the entire point of trying on wedding dresses. Her comments were unnecessary, judgmental, and made the experience uncomfortable. Every time I came out in a dress, she made no effort to help present it or assist me... especially with dresses that had long trains. There was zero guidance, support, or enthusiasm. Instead, I was made to feel like I was wasting her time. When I decided to leave, she told me my style was "too particular," which is honestly insulting. Wanting to avoid strapless gowns and excessive glitter while being open to everything else is not "too particular." It's basic preference. To make matters worse, some of the dresses were ripped and dirty, which completely ruined the experience and made it impossible to envision the final look. That is unacceptable for a bridal appointment. This experience added unnecessary stress to an already emotional process. It was awful from start to finish, and I would absolutely not recommend this stylist to any bride or the bridal shop at ALL. If I could it would be a zero star!!! read more

This was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses and so far, it's been the best experience! Kristi was the woman assisting me and she was amazing! I appreciated how she really listened to what I wanted and made careful selections based upon my requests. She was also very easy to talk to, empathetic and not pushy, which I also appreciated! Because this was my first time trying on dresses since getting engaged, I had no idea what to expect but they have a wide range of styles, colors, etc - more than I ever imagined! I found the one here! Visited on a Wednesday due to an event that was hosted here around 2 PM. Not crowed at all. Greeted with friendly faces and smiles. Was introduced to my stylist, I believe her name was Tiffany, and told her my vision. Let's just say she understood me from the start. The first dress she selected for me to try on was the one I went home with. I tried over 7 total dresses but the 1st one was my favorite. It left me with tears and excitement. We just got out of this appointment for my sister.. first of all the receptionist was not nice, not giving us guidance on where to go and where to wait for our stylist . I will not say that my experience @Impression Bridal Curve was bad. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely nice. The selection of dresses in my price range were few. I fell in "like" with a dress that I prematurely said yes to. Here's where things took a turn. After trying on several dresses and letting my personal stylist know that I had an appointment with a competitor, I started to feel as though that she would not let me leave until I agreed to purchase a gown. I mean she brought out the big guns so to speak. Long story short, I ended up saying yes and paying a large deposit; however, my measurements were not taken and a dress was not ordered. I did ask that we wait to do that, as I was on a weight-loss journey. They agreed that would be fine. I did sign a contract that read "all sales are final, no refunds"; however, the contract also read that at the time of the appointment, measurements will be taken and the items agreed upon would be ordered. A few days or so later, after thinking things over, I decided that was not the dress for me. I reached out and asked for a refund since (1) my measurements had not been taken (2) the dress had not been ordered. To no avail, I was told that I could not get a refund, but I could use the deposit I paid towards another dress of equal or higher value. This did not sit well with me since the options were few. I was brought back in to look around some more, they even took me to their other salon (for the less curvy brides) but if I selected a dress from there, additional fees would be added to get the gown in my size. Needless to say, I still have a credit for use on another gown, but I am not certain that I will find what I'm looking for since they don't have many choices. I would love to get a refund since they did not take any measurements from me and they did not order a gown. I am trying to understand what they will have lost by refunding my deposit. read more

I came in 3 weeks prior to my wedding in search of a dress and Kristina assisted me with patience and the intent to help me find the perfect dress, and she did! Because I needed my dress within such a short time frame, I returned the next day and was assisted by Amber, Jasmine, Erica and Ana for alterations. My dress selection (which was a simple silk dress and a cape), was intricate and took multiple visits, yet the attention to detail and desire to get it right was unwavering. Impression Bridal was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses. It was easy to make an appointment online and they even worked with me over the phone when I had to change my appointment time. I had the pleasure of working with Cristina to find a dress. I had no idea what I wanted to try on, but Cristina talked me through my style choices and was patient with me. Eventually she brought out a few different styles for me to try on. I ended up buying the 2nd dress I tried on. When you know, you know!!! I ordered the dress that day (March) and they said it would arrive sometime in August. I was able to pay half on the day I ordered and half on the day I picked it up. The dress actually arrived at the store in July...pleasant surprise that it was early! For my presentation try on, I had the pleasure of working with Megan. She was professional and friendly. She helped me get in and out of my dress and let me try on a few veils until I found the perfect one to go with my dress. She was very helpful and patient! Found this place on my Facebook ads. The website looked impressive. I'm not sure if the building has a sewage problem but upon walking in I was greeted by a strong foul odor. The receptionist was friendly but my sales lady made some weird and then some somewhat rude comments to my sister. Maybe they are told to separate you from your family while you try on dresses? I only brought one person- My sister... and even though I requested for her to be in the large fitting room that already had a chair , she was sent to wait out by the mirrors. Which, in turn wasted my time because none of the dresses were worth walking out for. After, a few dresses I left. Quality looks like dresses from Harwin. I don't know who would spend more than 2k here for a dress here. I will say it appears they have a large selection though. People buy from who they like... Might of given this place more of a chance but the service was what really turned me off and I didn't want to stay any longer. read more

This review is long overdue. I was lucky enough to work with Ericka-- she has been with the company since the owner's kids were itty bitty and now they're grown adults. You can imagine how many try-on sessions she's seen and how much experience she brings. Impression Bridal has a wide selection of wedding dresses & accessories with all price points so they can find you something amazing that's budget-friendly or dazzle you with haute couture. The team is friendly, professional and the store itself is spacious and clean. I came with 3 of my close girlfriends + my mom to try on wedding dresses. Ericka helped me in and out of every dress and she was extremely patient, despite being a Saturday evening. She listened to my wishes and offered helpful advice. Like many other brides, you may go into your dress-shopping experience expecting to want one thing (hello Pinterest boards), but end up with a style that wasn't even on your radar. Ericka brought out dresses that were what I initially envisioned, but also included a few wild cards that she thought would flatter my body. She wasn't pushy about this and said if I put anything on and hate it that we can immediately take it off without even stepping out of the dressing room. She was not wrong---I ended up liking the styles she suggested more than what I originally chose. I'm not saying that this is going to be the case for everyone, but it was nice to have a friendly nudge especially if you're like me and tend to stick with what you already know.
