The owner was my consultant and she was AMAZING, her service was so good and she truly didn't pressure me nor lie just to make a sale. she was honest, and told me true opinions when i asked her. we also had this entire place booked just my family and i, i loved how personal it felt. it didn't feel overly crowded and i didn't get overwhelmed like i did at the other places. my dress was an amazing price and the quality was insane, i truly couldn't believe it. i have recommended this place to multiple people and they have all loved it as well!

I was greeted nicely when I arrived, and I filled out a form about my style and what I was looking for. We discussed that for a while, which was fine, although the conversation didn't feel particularly fluid. I also want to acknowledge that the consultant helping me was nice. However, I don't know a lot about specific dress styles, fabrics, or materials, so I found the continuous questions about exactly what I wanted to be difficult. I often genuinely didn't know the answer, but I felt like I was expected to have a more specific answer. I was shown which styles were on each rack and then selected four dresses to try on. What really surprised me was that after I selected those dresses, no additional dresses were brought to me and I wasn't really given suggestions based on what I had chosen. I was essentially left to choose what I wanted from the racks myself. Unfortunately, the condition of many of the dresses was also very disappointing. I did see some dresses that appeared to be in good condition, so I don't want to imply that every dress in the store was damaged. However, the dresses that were closest to my style were the ones that seemed particularly worn, torn, yellowed/oxidized, or otherwise in poor condition. Some appeared visibly damaged. One of the dresses I tried on even had broken straps, so I was literally having to hold it up while wearing it because it wasn't staying in place properly. The fitting process was also extremely slow. It felt like it took roughly three times as long as any other bridal store I visited for each dress to be clipped and fitted in the back before I could come out of the dressing room. At one point, the dresses I had already tried on were left on the floor of the dressing room, and they weren't being picked up until I eventually couldn't stand the dressing room. By the time about an hour had passed, I felt like I had barely gotten through two dresses. The overall appointment was also very question-heavy, which became stressful for me. I have a hard time speaking up when I'm uncomfortable, and instead of feeling excited and helped throughout the appointment, I found myself feeling overwhelmed and anxious. The experience became so stressful and disappointing that I ended up leaving the appointment early rather than continuing through the rest of the appointment. Bridal dress shopping is supposed to be a fun and memorable experience, and unfortunately this one was neither for me. I was also surprised by the overall level of professionalism. The consultant assisting me was wearing a tube top, slides, and socks. I understand that dress codes vary, but given that this is a bridal boutique where brides are coming in prepared to potentially spend thousands of dollars, I expected a more polished and professional presentation. After the appointment, I contacted the boutique because I genuinely felt that the experience was unacceptable, particularly considering that I had paid an appointment fee. They agreed to refund my $19 fee, which I appreciated. However, four days later, I still have not received the refund or an update despite following up. I understand 4 days is not long, but I also feel that it says a lot when a bride takes the time to explain how upsetting and disappointing her appointment was, the boutique agrees to make it right, and then fails to respond to 3 follow ups. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously. In my opinion, the boutique needs better employee training and a much closer look at the condition and selection of the dresses being offered. Broken, torn, heavily worn, and yellowed dresses should not be what a bride encounters when paying for a bridal appointment. I left feeling stressed and disappointed rather than excited about finding my wedding dress, so unfortunately I would recommend going anywhere but here.

I came to browse a sample sale (dresses that weren't going to make it to their collection next season are sold for about half the price, sold as is / no alterations) where the entire building was bustling with tons of brides, family, and swishing dresses, but you can book a traditional appointment where one can enjoy a more relaxed and private experience. Their stock of dresses is quite large, as it took a while to just walk around all the rooms with the dresses before pulling them off the rack to look. The sample sale appointment is one hour, and I walked out with my wedding dress at the end of it! For the sample sale, we met with the bridal consultant (Victoria was amazing!) and then I received 5 clothes pins to mark which dresses I was interested while I made a walk through the dress area. She pulled those dresses, brought them to our designated fitting area (there's a sofa for family or friends to sit and watch), and helped me into the dresses. Since the sample sale didn't have my exact size, she used clips to cinch the excess fabric in the back, and that worked well to see what the dress would look like if tailored to my size. You can do as many rounds as you like as time permits. Once I chose the dress, the part that really brought it together for me was putting on a veil :) When checking out, they gave a list of recommended tailors, and luckily some of them are in the loop! The staff here were all very friendly and enthusiastic. Victoria was my amazing bridal consultant; she was friendly, encouraging, patient, and not pushy at all. She was easy to talk to and really made the experience amazing! Ashley was tagging along with Victoria and gave some helpful opinions about dress styles, and the other consultants walking by would cheer. The only thing I would dock a star for would be that I had some questions to ask Victoria after she left to meet her next appointment, and the front desk team told me she would ask Victoria to call me back. I never got a call and had to call twice to ask for her to contact me (by the time she texted me, it was several days later, and I'm pretty sure she forgot who I was / what dress details I had questions about). Overall, a happy place! They even have a metal lock you can personalize and add to their growing collection of successful dress matches + a floral backdrop to take photos. I imagine personalized appointments are a lot slower paced and relaxed. Be sure to bring your strapless bra and skin colored undies to your appointment! I'm glad I chose Whittington Bridal as the first spot to look for dresses-- it was super efficient and a lovely experience :)

They told me that the $300 off promotion for the trunk show would last through the weekend (Saturday). So of course, the manager said she could hold it for Friday for my mom to come in person to see it. Suddenly, they switched up on what they said and told me the $300 promotion is only for the first bridal appointment and they cannot hold it. I confronted the manager, and asked her why she was dishonest and inconsistent. She had no words. I took off the dress and left. I will never do business with dishonest people, and this store and their employees were definitely just that. At least I found my dress, hopefully I'll encounter a bridal shop that can order it for me.

I had a great experience at this Impression Bridal. I went in hesitant as this was my first time dress shopping literally ever. My "sales rep" (I'm not sure her official title) was a very nice young lady named Alyse who was very helpful. I really didn't have much of an idea what I was looking for. I knew a few things I didn't want in a dress but that was about it. She questioned me about myself and what I envisioned my wedding day being like. From there she showed me all the "dress bays" and shared a little bit about all the dresses in each bay. She was extremely knowledgeable about the industry. She asked me to look for a dress or two I'd like to try on for a few minutes while she gathered some that she thought I might like. I ended up trying on about six or seven dresses. Alyse was very helpful in the dressing room, opening up and laying out each dress for me and using clips to help me get a better feel for what they would look like in my actual size. She gave lots of feedback on the different options of how we could alter each dress as I inspected them in the mirrors. She was also supremely knowledgeable on the types of alterations that could be made. I don't quite remember but it sounded like she had been on the tailoring/altering side of the shop for quite some time and thus knew what we could and couldn't do with a dress. She pulled out different swatches of fabrics and put them up under the lace of many of the dresses to help me better envision what it would look like in a different color as well as a few different accent belts. I appreciate that she didn't attempt to push any particular dress on me but instead tried to read my body language and if I was "picking apart" a dress too much. At the end of my time there I had narrowed my decision down to two dresses, favoring one specifically. Alyse pulled out a pretty veil and hair comb as well as a purple bouquet (purple is going to be my accent color). After re-trying on the dress that I favored, she told me to close my eyes, gave me the bouquet, put the hair comb and veil on me, asked me to envision my fiance at the end of the isle then had me open my eyes and asked me if this is what I wanted him to see as I looked at myself in the mirror. She asked me if the dress made me feel "like a bride". It had my family that had come with me get a little teary. I felt so beautiful and special. I thanked her for everything and told her I would give it some thought. She gently let me know that I should decide within the next day or so because I, unknowingly, had waited almost a little too late to get a dress. (I wasn't kidding when I said I've never dress shopped before.) I left and went to another shop nearby that same day and was very disappointing with their selection. After taking a dinner break I decided to return to Impression Bridal to try the two dresses I liked best on again. After some painstaking analyzing (I really loved and looked so beautiful in both), and lots of patience and helpful queries from both my family and Alysa, I feel confident that I made the right choice. The shop stayed open an hour longer just so I could make my decision and I could place my order that night. The manager was very professional and informative and Alysa was of invaluable help with all her knowledge and straightforward personality. Now married, and finally have a chance to write this review! I had looked everywhere for THE dress for my wedding, my MOH and bridesmaids have accompanied me to many stores trying to narrow down a few dresses for my Mom (who lives out of town) to help me decide which one. We came into Impression Bridal, and Cristina was quick in bringing me a few to try on based on the styles we described. She also brought out a few that she thought would fit me best. I narrowed down to two dresses and told her that I'd have to bring Mom in a few weeks later - she maintained her patience and professionalism (other stores we had visited just gave me this look, like I just wasted their time). Few weeks later, Mom came in town, so I scheduled an appointment to go back and make our decision...except, Mom didn't think either of the two dresses looked AWESOME on me (to be honest, I wasn't very sure that I felt comfortable in the two dresses as they were more form fitting, and I am not exactly skinny...). Mom looked around and found a dress that had so.much.lace (can't wear anything with beads/sequence because I somehow ruin them...). But this dress, WOW, I was blown away. Mom was SO excited too! We decided on the dress and ordered it with Cristina. She then took out accessories for us to choose from, it took a while, but Cristina was so patient and brought out MANY veils and headpieces for us to look at. And the belt - it completed the look! Months later when my dress came in, I coordinated "presentation" with the time my parents were coming in town to visit. Everyone at Impression Bridal were so sweet, and accommodating and made sure that my dress would make it in and I could get scheduled in during my parents' visit. Dad definitely felt included! :) Then at alteration... Ana was amazing! She took a quick look at how the dress fit me and went to work! At the 2nd alteration appointment, I told her that I will change into another dress and hope that I could wear the same corset that I'd have on for the wedding gown, she said "I will sew buttons to our dress"...I wasn't sure how that will work, but when I came back a week later to pick up the dress, OMG, it was perfect! There were three buttons sew to the "cups" of the dress, so the corset top wasn't visible when I bend over. Everything was so perfect! I felt so pretty. :) Finally, on the day of the wedding, I received so many compliments on the dress, everyone mentioned how my dress was simple yet so beautiful, including male guests! I could not have asked for a better experience overall! Thank you, Cristina and Ana, for making me feel like a princess on my special day. Initially, I had a pretty good experience at this place in the galleria area. I found the exact color bridesmaid dresses i was looking for and they had a pretty good selection to choose from. The ordering process got a bit tideous when it was time for the bridesmaids to get measured as most were from out of town. They got the measurements that were asked by the consultant from a local bridal store. We were told specifically by the bridal consultant at Impression that the dress size is according to specific measurements, NOT by dress size. Well, lo and behold the day to pick up and try on dresses, there was MAJOR discrepancy on sizes for most. They were a whole bust size larger. Those who normally wear a size 14 recieved dresses size 18. In spite of being told the dresses were made to measurements, each dress had a specific size and did not fit the bridesmaids. Needless to say, the price to cover alterations were the same amount that was paid for the dress. I am highly displeased with this company for misleading us in this manner. This is NOT good business, and for this reason, i would not recommend anyone coming here. I would have been better off settling for David's bridal in a different color and knowing the dresses would at least fit. Not to mention, the dresses were given to us wrinkled and i had to take the initiative to request the dresses to be steamed rather than that already being done. And thirdly, the staff's knowledge on handling these situations is less than desirable. They seemed clueless on quite a bit of things. Oh well, 2 months to go for my special day, I am trying not to let this speed bump put a damper on my spirit. Let me just start off saying that Zhariah was the absolute best!!! We had just come from a HORRIBLE experience at David's Bridal, and Zhariah turned our day around completely! At David's Bridal, I felt like the lady was just putting me in dresses, didn't really listen to what I had to say, and wouldn't work with my budget ($500-600) which David's Bridal is very capable of doing. We got to Impression Bridal about an hour and a half before our appointment. I didn't figure we would be able to start trying on dresses yet, but maybe we could at least look around. Within about 10-15 minutes of being there and looking around, Zhariah came to introduce herself and say they had an area ready for us. When she realized how many people I had, 6 and a child, she went to look for a bigger space to accommodate all my girls. Zhariah took the time to get to know me, everyone I had with me, as well as the groom. She listened to my ideas and dreams of not just the dress, but the entire wedding day. Zhariah and the manager worked together to get me my dream dress as close to my budget as possible. For what I wanted, it was HARD, but we were able to find a dress. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted to, but they were able to work an incredible deal! I was able to take an original $907 dress off the rack for $640! After picking my dress, Zhariah dressed me up with earrings, a bouquet, and head piece as if it was the real deal. When I opened my eyes, it was an incredible feeling. I had found my dress. I was looking for a dress that I found on pintrest and I knew that only Impression Bridal sold the designer dress. I showed Stephanie the picture and she immediately knew what designer and dress I wanted. She allowed me to try the dress and even gave me other options to try on. She was very patient and kind when I wanted to try on numerous dresses. She never once get impatient or annoyed with me. I came back to the store asked for Stephanie specifically. She greeted me with a smile and knew who I was AND remembered the dresses I tried and the ones l liked. She didn't even have to go to the computer to remember! AWESOME! So also helped me design my dress that I am going to be wearing on my big day. I wanted an attached train but the one I originally saw was 3000. That was not including the dress. But Ms. Stephanie gave me an idea on how to do my own attached train and it was beautiful and it went along perfectly with the dress I picked out!! I could not be happier. But I still didn't make up my mind. I went back one more time. Tried on dresses again and ALL that. Ms. Stephanie was patient and kind and I told her that I really liked the option me and her came up with and that was the dress I really wanted. She was very happy with making sure I was going to be happy on my day. Not just trying to make a sale, but ensuring my happiness!! That is why I love her. TT Taylor is hands down the best bridal consultant! I was nervous about going into a bridal store and not having the experience that is advertised on shows like Say Yes to the Dress. TT sat me down with my family and asked everyone for what they would like to see me in. More importantly she asked me about my budget and vision. She confirmed my vision back to me so we were on the same page and we went shopping. She found my dream dress and found a way to fit it in my budget. There were tears, and everyone in the store had to come see me in my dress. It was such a beautiful experience. Since finding my dress, I've spent over a year trying to find the perfect accessories to match my dress. I returned later for my fitting appointment and asked for TT. She helped style me and find the perfect earrings and shoes. I honestly couldn't be more excited. TT was able to bring together my entire support system and create consensus among us all. We completely adore her and couldn't be happier with our experience with TT at Impression Bridal. I even invited her to my wedding because I love her THAT MUCH! ABSOLUTELY A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I visited this place in order to find my wedding dress. I was cautious because I had not heard good things from this company but decided to go anyway. Sacha, helped me throughout my visit and eventually was able to find a dress. This is where the problems began! Upon checkout things were very nebulous on what the contract entailed. The return policy was not explained correctly therefore I purchased the dress under a false assumption. When I found out the dress material was not quality, I requested to cancel the transaction. Much to my chagrin NOBODY at Impressions bridal took ownership of the problem and refused to correct the situation. I contacted the manager several times and Christina was very rude and offered no solutions even though they had dropped the ball. Apparently this Christina person is pretty terrible and I don't know why she hasn't been fired yet other than this is how I assume they run their business. I am currently contesting it with my credit card because they refuse to refund my money even though they haven't provided ANY merchandise and misrepresented the return policy. One of the owner's, Ashley Yeh, has not even returned any calls but has time to try to contest the charge. VERY FISHY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! My experience with Jazmine and the management staff at Impression Bridal-Galleria was EXCEPTIONAL!! When I arrived she was there to greet me (as well as a few of my friends) and she was already familiar with what I was looking for. I initially came in and said "Yes!" to the dress but later I wasn't so sure about my choice. When I called her to come back in she was very understanding and scheduled my appointment right away. A couple weeks later I returned with my mom. We walked through the store and pulled more dresses. After trying most of them on, I was still having a difficult time making a choice. Finally, after a few more dresses and shedding some tears I said "Yes!" to the dress...AGAIN! Even though my appointment lasted longer than expected Jazmine remained patient and helpful. She did not give up on helping me find the perfect dress for myself, AND later that month for my bridesmaids. Thanks to her I will be walking down the isle feeling beautiful and confident in my dream dress, not to mention how elegant my bridesmaid dresses are! My sister is newly engaged, and spent her first day shopping for her wedding dress today. I made two appointments for her at two other boutiques. The second appointment was AWFUL. The women were so rude and called her fat- (which she totally isn't, she's got a killer hourglass figure). We arrived at Impression Bridal after the awful experience in hopes that she could try on a couple of more dresses even though it was last minute and we had no appointments. The young ladies at the front desk were so kind. They told my sister they would try to get her some time with one of their consultants. After my sister left, I went over to the desk and explained to the ladies why my sister was so bummed out.. Ms. TeeTee said she would get her taken care of, and that she did! We had the amazing privilege of working with Elyse. She had such a vibrant personality, and that alone helped change my Sister's entire mood. I just bought my wedding dress yesterday, June 9th. Absolutely the best experience I've ever endured ! I had the pleasure of working with Cristina, she is the Berta bridal expert. She was by far the sweetest,most attentive person. She made sure everything was about me and what I liked. Not one negative comment was accepted. Cristina made this day better than I could've imagined. My dress is absolutely perfect and I could not thank Cristina enough for helping me and being apart of such a special day. I had less than 2 months to plan my entire wedding and my first priority was finding my dress. I am so thankful I went to this bridal shop and that I met with Stephanie. I told her what type of dress I had in mind, my budget and how soon my wedding was. She took me to the dressing room and brought me 4 dresses right away. The first dress I tried on was the one she thought of when she saw my body type and heard what type of dress I had in mind. As soon as I tried on the dress, I knew this one was the perfect dress for me. Although I tried on a few more, I ultimately decided on the first one. I loved my wedding dress. The store had to rush the order and it came in 2 weeks before my wedding. The alterations person at the store worked magic on my dress and it fit me like a glove. I am so happy that I found this place. All staff so friendly , sweet and helpful.. Christina and Ana are the best. First I came I was so confusing, I did not even know what I wanted for my dress. It not easy to find one, but Christina she picked the one that I first tried on and I knew it made for me. She understand, she knew what I am looking for. I felt in love with that dress right away. I really really love the dress. All I need is give her my truth and she gave me her passion, more than satisfaction. If you already chose the dress and it doesn't fit you well (too long, too big, too small ... ) or wanna add more detail on. Dony worry, it is Anna's job! I had an amazing experience with Amanda as my consultant. We sat and talked for a few minutes about the details of the venue and she got to know me and my sister and all the details about the wedding and the dress I wanted. She was very down to earth and real with me and didn't try to push any styles or details on me that I didn't want. She brought 5 dresses and after the 4th I found my dress! I have gone to 5 different boutiques and Impression was the most willing to customize and make changes and listen to the things I liked and didn't like about all the dresses I tried on. They are able to do some custom adjustments and work on dresses (I found a strapless illusion dress, but wanted straps attached). That small detail alone, makes me highly recommend this place. We walked into Impressions without an appointment on a whim. They had an opening and T.T. was our consultant. She was wonderful! She listened to what the bride wanted and was even gracious when we told her we had another appointment down the road. An hour later, we called and they said we could come back by. The bride showed T.T. the picture of the dress she wanted from the other shop (it wasn't made well and needed lots of work). They just sold their one of a kind in that style BUT they had another dress similar. The bride tried it on and it was "the one" even though she wanted sleeves. T.T. told her she could make that happen. We were there well after closing and everyone pitched in to help find the right veil. I can't say enough of how impressed I was with Impressions Bridal. I highly recommend and ask for T.T. Taylor. read more

Katherine was phenomenal!!! Our daughter getting married, very few ideas of what she was looking for in her bridal dress. This was our first appointment. We were nervous & not sure what to expect. Katherine listened intensely, extensively & noted the pics of different photos of dresses. She was calming & comforting in all aspects. She did not hesitate to pull one style, then another, etc.,etc. Then viola it looked as if a decision had been made. We left, had lunch & destressed. Went back & my daughter was just kinda looking & saw a dress she wanted to try on. True story, Katherine had this dress pulled & it was supposed to be the last one before we left. I don't even know where to start! My friend Bre was on a quest to find her wedding dress and meeting TT was literally a godsend. Not only did this very special bride find her dress, but after spending a couple hours with TT, I think she is on the way to finding herself. The other bridesmaids and I watched in awe and appreciation as TT took the time to get to know our friend and understand who she was as a woman, and how she wanted to feel as a bride on her big day. There were tears...the good kind...and all the feels. TT was very mindful of the very strict budget and worked her magic to remain respectful of it the entire appointment. My future daughter in law had to find a dress with just 6 weeks until the wedding. We had a bad experience at another shop that ruined her dress. We found this shop and stopped in without an appointment. Our stylist was T.T. Taylor and she was beyond amazing!!!! She was the only person out of the many shops to really ask my daughter in love questions to get to know her style. She selected dresses and we loved them all but the last one was THE DRESS. T.T. accessorized it and we all started to cry! I had already purchased my dress but was so impressed with T. T. Taylor that I asked her to select dresses for me and I bought one!!! My daughter said YES to the dress at this amazing place! Alyse was our stylist and she was FABULOUS! The whole process from beginning to end was pleasant and special! No pressure sales tactics and dresses were gorgeous and reasonably priced! Alyse listened to my daughter's desires but also put her in different styles to make sure she had experienced every possible choice. She found her dress by the second one out of six dresses! She went in with one style in mind but because Alyse was such an expert - my daughter fell in love with something she never thought she'd love. Went with my sister to try on wedding dresses for the first time and it was all around an incredible experience. The store itself is beautiful to look at and organized very well. Everyone who works there was so kind and had smiles to throw around. Alyse was AMAZING to work with. She was so kind and helped my sister to really envision the type of dress she wanted seeing she had never tried any on before. She made sure to ask detailed questions as well as put my sister in some things she wasn't sure about just in case. So my friend Morgan set my appointment up here. My first time ever coming. Everyone was so polite and sweet. So my stylist name was Alyse, this woman is a gift from god. She knew exactly Shitshe was doing she knew what I liked by me only touching dresses on the floor. She knew what she was talking about. Then insert BHLDN: you're greeted with friendly faces in a very relaxed environment! They give you champagne of course and you have a whole little section to yourself. I couldn't get over how non-pressure it was. The sales lady- I forgot her name or I would've written it because she was wonderful- was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the dresses. She brought out several recommendations that were exactly what I was looking for. She listened very well! I found multiple stunning, elegant dresses. The entire experience was very non pressure- non salesy. Probably because the dresses literally sell themselves! They are a fraction of the costs of traditional bridal shop dresses, and believe me they do NOT sacrifice quality. I ended up buying THE dress the next day over the phone! Thank you ladies of BHLDN! The selection is sizeable but not too much to handle and everything is laid out by style vs. by designer, which I found very helpful and efficient. Katherine was incredibly sweet and very helpful. I had my eye on a specific gown and she even took my size off a mannequin to make sure I could try on the closest fit. She went over how their process works, asked multiple questions, then pulled some dresses. We understood eachother and had great communication through the tears as they started flowing. I feel like she helped me capture my vision perfectly, that when I finally put that one on, I immediately knew and couldn't stop crying happy tears. I did not plan on buying a dress this day. This was only my fourth appointment, but the only appointment where I feel like I truly connected with my stylist and she understood my style, my vision, and my story which was very important for my dress to reflect. Also to mention the dress was is the price range I gave her from the start! There was no pressure to budge that price range or even buy a dress that day. It was just the one.
