TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Peter, Mai and Cindy are excellent and I would give them 5 stars. They are very professional and make us feel so pampered. My problem is with the management. I have been kindly bringing my friend and her husband husband to this nail salon and treating them and another friend to $95 pedicures. I always books 2 weeks in advance and calls to confirm, I tips very well . I have spent so much monemey at this establishment. Today they canceled on me because they double book but lied about it. When I confronted them they treated me like her business did not matter. I have been paying for 2-4 people each time I comes and you would think they would be apologetic and want to do right by her. I don't know why it took me so long to come to this nail salon being that it is literally within walking distance from my community I live in. I got dip on my nails and a shellac pedicure... they both look wonderful and I'm super happy with how they both came out. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable, the salon is super elegant and clean. Which is important right now as we are in the middle of a pandemic and helps to feel at ease while being there. The technicians who did my toes and nails both did an outstanding job. I think it's safe to say I found my new nail salon and I will be back! :) read more

BEWARE before you go to this salon! They will lure you in with one price and add costs on without telling you. My daughter went and was quoted $45 for a shellac manicure. She was "up charged" for shaping the nails, filling her nail beds, and painting a thin line on each nail. They charged her $70! Her natural nails had a dip already applied and they didn't bother to remove it. The manicurist painted a fill over it. This business has very shady pricing policies. My aunt and me were welcomed the moment we walked in for our appointment and were seated pretty quickly. They have some of the most comfortable massage chairs I've ever sat in and did I mention they have a bar? Not only was my cocktail rather strong, but yummy. Just the way I like it. Amy, who was my nail technician, did an amazing job on both my hands and feet. I showed her a photo of the exact ombré set I wanted, and you can hardly tell the difference between the two! She's that good! If you're ever in the neighborhood of the northern part of San Antonio I highly recommend stopping by. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a nail salon. I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile and was shown all nail colors. My Pedicure and Dip nails were completely flawless and perfect. It's hard to find a place that gives a really nice pedicure anymore and this place is it!! Very clean, professional, and classy.. They did a good job with my pedicure. The prices are outrageous. $50 for a pedicure and $25 for a manicure. Gel/ shellack is another $20. The polish application is not the best. On my toes I have bumps and red paint on my skin. The lady who did my pedicure and manicure was nice so I didn't complain. I will go back and see if I get better results. read more

There were 3-5 other employees gathered around the technician doing my daughters nails and speaking in a language not native to me or my daughter, but were pointing at her nails and talking and laughing. Epic fail! Called to make sure someone here could do in-growns on my big toes. I was told that the owner Vivian knows how to remove in-grown toenails. Made an appointment and was introduced to Kimi who began to do my pedicure, I told her that I had in-growns on my big toes and needed them removed, let her know that I was told on the phone that the owner would do the removal and she would complete the rest of the pedicure. When I asked Kimi about this she said everyone here knows how to remove in-grown nails. I insisted to her that she didn't remove my ingrowns when she said she did. I went to this salon two weeks ago. I was getting my service done and five minutes in, the lady working on my nails starts getting really angry and yelling right in front of me, while pointing at me. She then stops my service, goes to the back, and is yelling to the manager so loud I can hear it. It was in a different language so I didn't understand what was happening. I literally said nothing to her at this point besides wanting regular dip on my nails. They brought me a new person who had to tell my lady to calm down in front of me and they had her work on someone else. Come to find out, she was upset because she thought I wanted a design, which I explained three times I didn't want. They also couldn't find my color this whole time. To top it off, the dip didn't even last four days without chipping, resulting in the breakage of two of my nails within a week. I went back to the salon to get them fixed and explained what happened BUT they couldn't find the color that matched. They proceeded to put a color on that they claimed matched on the four nails that broke and chipped. It didn't match at all. I made a comment about it and the manager said "it's a new style" and left it at that. Horrible experience overall. I will never be coming back here again. read more

I have been coming here since a few weeks after it opened. Let me start with I am picky and I don't like pushy nail salons. I love my pedicures and I don't feel pressured to buy a more expensive one and I get what I pay for and expect every time. I have gotten the cheapest one to the more expensive one and I have always been happy with the results. Recently I brought my mom in and she loved it as well. I get dip on my nails and I mainly stick to nude/natural colors and I always leave happy. For the most part I can go 3-4 weeks in between new sets. They have drinks. They are very nice and I liked that my gel nails had no bubbles but, I got a manicure with a full set and no one cut my cuticles and since 2 people worked on my hands and the person helping me kept leaving me I couldn't get in to say what about my cuticles? Then when getting my pedicure done the lady tried to use a cheese grater on my feet. I get my feet done monthly and have never had anyone do that to my feet. The lady got kind of offended when I said no thank you and did my feet quickly and that was that. I had wanted paraffin and she started so quickly I didn't get to ask. So disappointed. Been coming here 7-10x/year for 4 years and today was my last time. Getting our nails done is a huge treat, and maybe happens twice a year for my daughter. For me, I feel like when I don't agree to all the up selling, they just hurry through the job to get to the next person (I only wanted a mani/pedi, which were both done in under 30 minutes). But for my 11 yo daughter, today was a special treat. She showed them a pic of what she wanted and despite her already very long natural nails, they told us she would have to get acrylics for this design. And, it would cost $90!! My daughter had her heart set on this design, so she agreed to pay for half, which is also a big deal for 11 year old. When we got to the front, they tried to charge me $100, claiming the shape was $10 more. I have since learned from others that she could have easily had this design on her natural nails for about $50-$60. Really stinks because this has been my go to place for years. They need to slow down and understand that not everyone blows money on nails. read more

Very rude, I went there with my daughter for a new set of nails, 2 shellac pedi's, 1 shellac mani and the lady assigned to me had a problem having to bend a bit more to do the new set while someone else did the pedi. I worked 10 hours today, I don't want someone who I go to for a relaxing service to tell me that I shouldn't have to relax in order to make her job easier. Seriously? From the second you step through the door, the beautiful, clean ambiance smacks you in the face (in a good way). The menu of services are straight forward and the owner walked me through the options.
